The Wilson store always has a great selection with courteous staff. Bought alot of jewelry from that store.

Let me just start by saying that I have never had a better experience buying jewelry anywhere else. Kay’s has excellent customer service and they are very professional. The manager Angela worked a miracle on my ring, I do not remember the last time it looked this great! Thank you so much! Derricka and Carolyn were very helpful and knowledgeable when I was trying to find some new gems to take home with me. Thank you ladies for everything you did. Kay’s is a fantastic place to shop for jewelry and I would recommend this place to everyone!

First time in and I enjoyed my stay! Honestly I think this is probably my favorite jewelry store in town now. They have far more options than the other stores ive seen here and the store looks fantastic!

Great service and the best selection of any of the jewelry stores in Wilson. They will sit down with you and select either items in the store or online with there in store Ipads. No standing around and switching chairs every five seconds like the other stores here.

I unfortunately wont be shopping at this store again. I went in to buy a watch and the young lady offered to clean my wifes engagement ring and wedding band. Afterwards in store my wife noticed a stone was missing from the setting which they could not find. So now I have to take the time and energy to go back to the original jeweler and file a warranty claim. To add on top of that I bought a mens watch that costs over $1,000 and had it sized in the store. I noticed later that evening pins were about to fall out. I went back the next day and had it resized and fixed. Later on when I was wearing the watch one of the pins slid out and the watch fell off my arm, hit the ground and got damaged. When I called they just told me to take it to a different store and have the watch sent in for repair. I live in a different state. Poor way to handle these mishaps from a customer service perspective. Highly disappointed in this stores level of service!

So...I’m still waiting in the car for my BF to come out. It’s been 25 minutes since he left...We were just stopping by to pick up my ring that was sent to be sized. My BF walked in and there are 3 ladies working. 2 that “know what they’re doing” and another 1 who doesn’t. I’m not being rude about the situation, that’s literally what the one of the ladies told my BF.Mind you, there were other people in the store asking to “look” at jewelry but we had already PAID for ours. I don’t see why they couldn’t go in the back, get our ring, give it back to us so that we can go on about our day....If he doesn’t come back out within 10 minutes I’m going to walk in! This is so inconvenient, we have things to do too. Smh!!!

Great customer service! Came here to buy both my engagement ring and wedding band. They were very helpful and were able to answer the questions that I had. Would recommend this Kays to friends.

Anytime I come to this location im greeted with a smile and everyone is so helpful! Just recently purchased 2 pieces for both my boyfriend and my father and Angela was so patient and so helpful. Im an observant person i also noticed how they answered the phones and it sounded so sincere and welcoming. I will return!

Went in to buy a promise ring for my boyfriend but I wasn’t even greeted going into the store for the first 5 mins and did not even have an associate ask if I needed any assistance until circling inside the store twice. One lady just stood behind her podium the whole time not serving any customer. Horrible customer service.

Sales lady was very patient. However, we were made to believe we had to purchase a protection plan to get it sized and we did. Then my fiance bought another ring off their website and sizing was free.

Everyone was so nice they helped me get just what I was looking for my mom. Got myself a little gift as well.

Horrible customer service...incompetent and lazy employees. If I were the franchise owner of this store, I would fire every employee here and start from scratch. They dont know answers to simple questions about the merchandise and cant even handle simple requests.

I didnt give yall my phone # when I bought my wife a necklace to get cold call sales pitched, I hate when companies use customer info to later call mid day, mid week, knowing 90% of people are AT WORK. Boo
