Super disappointed I decided to try this place because I heard nothing but great things about it I went in there for my appointment and after waiting almost thirty minutes past my appointment time the lady calls me up to the counter and says my dental insurance isn’t dental insurance like what? so they said if I wanted my appointment I’d have to pay for it out of pocket so I reschedule and call my insurance company and they said it was dental insurance and the lady just didn’t know what she was doing so I call back the next day to ask about what happened and the lady (not the one that served me first but another one) cops an attitude with me and basically says it’s my problem to fix which isn’t true my company said if they had any problems they should have called not saying you’ll have the same experience though I will say the lady that helped me first was super nice and the staff seemed super friendly just disappointed that it didn’t pan out

I cannot say enough, how kind everyone is. First office that emphasizes what cost they give me are ESTIMATES. I loved how they were very specific to tell me yes we are in your network ; not just say yes we take your insurance and what would happen if they were out of my network. I just scheduled my appointment but from the moment I called in I was treated like they have known me for years, everyone made sure I was informed. I will definitely update it when I come for my visit next week. AND THEY ARE BILIGUAL!!!

They service was excellent. They communicate with your very well about the service they are providing also letting you know what they are doing during the visit. I was able to call and make a same day appointment and get everything done in that one day with no hesitation. This is a dentist I would most definitely recommend in the WILSON county area of North Carolina.

The staff was very friendly which helped to let me relax. We have recently moved to Wilson and needed to find a new dentist. They came highly recommended and I agree.

This is the best dental practice Ive ever been to. I was extremely nervous about my first root canal and they were able to make me comfortable, get me numbed and get it done, all the while explaining what was happening so I wouldnt be more anxious. Everyone Ive worked with in that building has been so caring and knowledgeable, from the hygienist to the dentist to the endodontist who was fast as well as thorough. The people seem genuinely happy to be there at their jobs and even the front desk/receptionists are so courteous. This is my forever dentist.

They were all very professional, the atmosphere in the office was awesome. The Staff was excellent and they took very good care of me. My new Dentist Office. I highly recommend them to my friends and family.

He checked my pain levels consistently (there was no pain!) my fillings are perfect! The dental assistants are top tier help for the dentist (Secaly, you were amazing!). My cleaning last week was easy and pain free, thank you Ashley!!!! I will only use this office from now on!!!!

Issues issues issues. Between coordinating basic appointments to billing issues, this office is not run well. Often the reception people are unable to answer simple questions. Distracted.Went in for a root canal and not only did they have issues numbing me but the dentist broke other peoples teeth during what seemed like a marathon run between them.They also misaligned a crown, and didn’t follow up to fix it.

I absolutely loved the service. Everyone was so attentive and were really polite. They answered all questions that I had. I definitely will recommend this place to anyone and everyone. They’re amazing!!!!

I went to Wilson Dental Group with an infected molar. After x-rays and the dentists probing in my mouth for a while I left with only a referral to an endodontist. I was still in pain and still had an infected tooth. When I went to another dentist she told me that I in the very least Wilson Dental should have been given me both a prescription for an antibiotic and some sort of pain relief. I would not recommend Wilson Dental.

Dr. Patel and the woman that assisted her are awesome! It was the best experience getting a filling that I’ve had. They are super sweet, friendly, and always make me feel comfortable.

The folks were very,very nice and helpful. However, the price and the extent services are quite different. I had a cap come off and needed professional help to get it put back on redone whatever needs to happen. In a very short statement, after X-rays they said I would need to get, a comprehensive cleaning, more X-ray,s, full blown cap replacement ....(I thought I was at a car dealership). We would love to help you for $1734.00!! After getting some local advice. I was recommended to go to a well established dental firm on Church St. in Nashville NC. Went there,NO X-ray needed, asked why no X-ray. They said, we can see theres plenty of tooth surface area to work with. Hmmm. They Cemented the old cap in place, one hour in the chair making sure it took and cleaning margins around tooth an gum. Wonderful People! Oh, the best part $90., wow $1600. savings!

I really wanted this to be our new family dentist. But I was told they wont see my 6 yo, but only after I said he couldnt go back without me. Hes autistic and doesnt like strangers by hom self.. The receptionist was acting as if she didnt have any idea what she was doing. She had to ask me Several times for the same information even though my information is already on file. Just really disappointed.

Yesterday was my 2nd visit for a general cleaning and they did an impeccable job of that...the staff is especially courteous and professional...Ashley who attended to me both times is so friendly and clear in her explanations and suggestions. I was in search of a new dentist and was happy to find Wilson Dental Group! The staff is very kind and understanding of any issues you may have. I recently had to have a crown put in. I am so pleased with the results!! It looks very natural! So happy to have my smile back!!! Dr. Vamsi is very patient and takes time to explain the procedure that is needed. I highly recommend this practice for any dental work you may need.

Was told my daughter needed a filling and a pulp cap. Went back the following week to have both done. Paid when I got there for services. We waiting only to be called to the desk to be told that Dr. Patel said she would now need a filling and a root canal. So my $135 payment was now going to be over $1000. When Dr. Patel finally came out to speak with me I asked what changed from the week before. She said well change in symptoms. What changes? They hadnt even seen her that day. Dr Patel said well when we bring her back if there are any symptom changes then a root canal will be necessary. Thats not at all what we were told. We were definitely told they could not do the pulp cap and she would need a root canal and the payment would now be over $1000 before they ever even saw her. So, I cancelled the entire visit and requested a refund. That was Oct 14, 2020. As of today (Nov 3, 2020) I still have not received a refund for the $135 I paid even though I have now been told weekly that it would take up to 7 business days.

Went in for teeth extraction and the dentist was absolutely amazing! He walked me through the whole process and made sure I was comfortable all the way through the process! So happy with how things went!

The staff was very polite and nice and comforting The dentist that pulled my two teeth was excellent I felt a lot of pressure didn’t feel any pain into after but overall she was good I loved her and the staff that assisted her was great as well but the Front desk lady should not be there she is not very welcoming and doesn’t know how to talk to customers she has a very dry personality. My complaints that I do have about this office they are a little high and The front desk staff that they have are horrible because of the front desk people I want to find another dentist office and depending on if they resolve my issue today I will This is what is so funny and I really do hope people read this because I know it’s a long review lol . when I told the lady at the front desk I was looking for another dentist she started telling me about collection agency I said now I didn’t say anything about not paying my balance I just said I would prefer to find another Dentist office how unprofessional is that I’m grown as hell you don’t need to tell me what happens when you don’t pay a bill REALLY!!!!!! To add they put stitches in my mouth I owe a balance of $100 that I already told the doctor that I will be able to pay on the 19th right my stitches been in going on two weeks they won’t even take my stitches out before I pay the balance and the front desk Man told me that this is not a free clinic lol wow I said again a front desk person is being unprofessional and disrespectful how dare he say that to me after charging my insurance I said that’s unsanitary to keep stitches in your mouth too long and they should have had dissolvable stitches anyway my insurance covered most of the cost and taking the stitches out is completing the procedure that was already done I’m not asking you to do anything new and I will pay the hundred dollars on the 19th but it would be so wrong to make me wait a month to get stitches out all because you’re chasing $100 wow I’m going to Attempt to talk to the doctor there and see if I can get them took out today but I was told that I couldn’t without the money but that was the front desk person so I think I should talk to the doctor we will see you guys just do your research when you are looking for a Dentist,a primary care doctor anything do your research.... well guys I talked to the lady in charge I apologize don’t remember her title or name but she was nice and understanding and she told them it was okay to take my stitches out and I didn’t have to pay a thing so I’m grateful for that ... the vibe when I went in was a little off but understandable considering all things but I’m going to continue to go there and just make sure i ask what I need to bring before the appointment and we all good

I can’t emphasize enough how awesome these people are!Dental assistants: Linda, Secaly, and AlexandraSUPER Duper kind. They are kind and (we all hate those X-Rays) but they have some way to make it less painful? I guess that’s the right way to put it. Any way, great assistants. Linda is super awesome! Always cheerful, patient and friendly. Highly recommended if you want someone to brighten up your day. Sacely is extremely awesome as well. You can’t go wrong with her kindness and patience as well. I have no complaints for her as well! Alexandra, super friendly and helpful as well. All around, just a patient and kind person.(This is just Tip of the iceberg for all of these assistants. Went to have a wisdom tooth removed back in January of this year almost a month ago had to go back to get the tooth beside it pulled because when they pulled the wisdom tooth they had cracked the one beside it and half of my tooth ended up breaking off and had to get it pulled because they told me it was going to be close to 5000 because i was going to have to have a filling done a cap and a couple other things done to get it fixed like it was supposed to. Long story short I ended up getting a infection in it and still have an infection in it and to be honest I AM REALLY SCARED TO EVEN GO BACK TO THEM. ALSO I WOULDNT EVEN BE GIVING A STAR BUT I HAD TO TO LEAVE A REVIEW

This was my first visit and I was nervous, but I can truly say I had a good experience. The dentist was wonderful along with everyone that I came in contact with. Thanks everyone for a wonderful visit.

Went here for a cleaning I also have insurance they said that would do a cleaning and and two feelings they told me I’d have pay a additional $173.20 dollars out of pocket for the feelings they said they could do the work that day, after I explained to them I didn’t have the money for the feelings after there main dentist took look at my teeth all of a sudden I was told they couldn’t clean them today that And I had to make another appointment smh seem like they more interested in running up your insurance all I wanted was a cleaning I recommend the “Dental care Center over Wilson dental group.

So yesterday I had a dentist appointment at Wilson Dental Group to get a deep cleaning and man was I nervous! When I got there all the staff were beyond nice and helpful and made me feel welcome. The dental hygienist Ashley did an amazing job and I was shocked at the difference in my teeth after one visit. I have an appointment today and I am looking forward to it!

Today was my 1st visit after finding this office on Google. I was terrified from past dental visits and after reading reviews from other offices in the area. But they are the friendliest group and they actually take time to answer all of your questions/concerns. I relaxed immediately, I’m so glad I found them!! Cant wait for my next appointment.

Spoke with multiple secretaries over the course of 2 weeks trying to confirm my appointment and reminded them everytime that I was going to be driving from 2 and a half hours away. Day of appointment they called me to try and reschedule my appointment for early that morning... not even enough time for me to drive there. Convinced them to keep original appointment time and thus drove 2.5 hours there. Once I arrived I sat in the waiting room for over an hour past my scheduled appointment time to be told their internet is down and has been for most of the day thus they cant do the treatment. Thanks for the heads up. A courtesy call could have gone a really long way.

Even with the Covid they took all precautions..made sure you washed your hands before entering the back...they were very upfront about my situation telling me. We can either save the tooth or we can pull it for you...1st time having a tooth pulled. Ofc it wasn’t pleasant but the dentist made sure she asked was I do Fine through out the procedure the whole time.

John is ALWAYS a pleasure as well was their hygienist. I gave 2 stars because for a year now, they have been over charging me for work done because they didnt have my insurance information in their system correctly. The manager couldnt fix the system due to her not being in the office but assured me and John that she would fix it once she came in later and she would contact me. I paid because I received services but 24 hours later I still have received no call or email from her about the issue at hand. 2 weeks ago, I left a voicemail because I thought I was charged incorrectly on my previous visit and still no one has returned that call either.

I went here with my two kids, one of whom is autistic, and they were absolutely wonderful with them. They were very patient with my autistic son and ensured he was able to get a checkup. I spent less time there than at my other dentist, who could have you waiting for over an hour just to get to the back. I was in and out in about an hour with two kids. I also love that they have weekend hours every other weekend and they actually email, text and call you to confirm your appointment. Other dentist offices, better yet ALL medical offices should take a page out of their book.

My kids and I have been going to Wilson dental group for awhile, but my latest experience really made me feel like I needed to get up here and leave a review finally. The staff are all kind like most of the reviews mention, and Dr. Vamsi has the best “bedside manner”. He let me know the situation beforehand and any complications he saw that may arise so I would go into it realistically. This most recent time I had some complications arise from an extraction (I should have handled the tooth prior, but life happens). Dr. Vamsi personally checked in on me to make sure his approach was working, and that my pain was subsiding. The fact that he took time out his schedule not only once but twice speaks volumes to me. He could have easily delegated that task, so I appreciate him.

They need to get it together. Found this place to be very unprofessional and had a terrible experience. It was the closest endodontist to us within my network, which was a 2.5 hr drive there. They changed the time of the apt a week before. My husband confirmed the apt time to make sure. And then the day of, they call to ask if he can come earlier, but we said no because it’s a 2.5 hr drive.We drove 2.5 hours in heavy rain and got there right on time. Filled out forms and waited. And waited. And waited. During the wait, we listened to staff chatter and laugh with one another. An hour after the apt time, I finally go up to ask when my husband would be seen. They tell me “he’s next” but couldnt say how much longer. Then finally explain that their internet and phone are down because of the storm so they can’t take his Xrays or even receive Xrays from our dentist office. They don’t know when the internet will be back on. We ended up leaving without having any work done and driving alll the way back home.Also note that patients ahead and after us were upset for different reasons and I also felt they were getting the run around.

From the first to last time which is today my visit have always been a pleasure. The whole staff including the dentist the and the dental hygienist has as always been pleasant and very professional and always make you feel welcome to be there. I love going and visited.

I broke a tooth. They were able to set me up with a temporary crown the next day. I didnt have to wait. Just got back from their office with the new permanent crown they installed. Dr. G and the staff were terrific. Excellent service.

I had a dental emergency on a Friday evening.A front tooth filling had fallen out.I called the call center and he said someone would get in touch with me in the morning.I didnt hear anything so I called. They had tried to call, but didnt have the right number. They took me immediately and repaired my filling. Everyone in the office was very knowledgeable and super nice!I definitely will go back!!

Absolute worst dental experience Ive ever had! Office staff are very nice but dentist and his assistant did not know what they were doing. I had a top molar pulled and the root was up in my sinus. He packed and stitched it and sent me home with ibuprofen which didnt touch the pain. Went back in 2 days due to pain and swelling. A different dentist had to fix some of their sutures. She couldnt view my x-ray from the prior day because it was saved to someone elses medical record and nobody knew who it was so she could find it... She washed it out, put antibiotics up in it and gave me a script for Tylenol #3. I had a reaction to that and contacted them for a different med. Lady said shed talk to the dentist. I still havent heard back..Now day 5 and still in severe pain... NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

Worst experience ever.Went there as a new patient after checking out the online reviews.I was 15 min. early to register my two kids,but I had to wait almost 30 min. because someone else was using the only iPad they had to register.By the time I went to the desk asking what was going on, or if they were going to do something. They said, the dentist cant do anything because we need x-rays and the insurance doesnt cover it, so I should re-schedule.The dentist seemed confused,while going around, like he had no idea what hes doing. Once they saw my frustration they tried to fix the problem,but I took my kids out of there to find some other dentist.The one star is for the front desk lady only.

Dont go there unless you have all day to wait! This is the slowest office Ive ever been to in my life. I waited over an hour after my appointment time, in which I was on time for, 2 mins early for actually, just for them to start my service. Which I find extremely unacceptable because I couldve done other things with that time. Seems like they were over booked. I just moved to Wilson & never had this issue with my previous dentist theyre just too far away from me now. I will not be returning.

Worse experience ever! They had removed my top right wisdom tooth, they didn’t give me any antibiotics or pain medicine I was in horrible pain for 2 weeks or more. Went back because I had stuff coming out where they pulled the tooth & I was in so much pain, the dentist couldn’t find on record at first where I even got that tooth extracted then said it was normal and wrote me a ibuprofen. Which didn’t help! Then I started having sinus problems on my right side, went to urgent care 2 for antibiotics and neither worked so I went to a ent specialist in Raleigh and now I have to have surgery on my right sinus because it is packed with all this infection i mean packed!! Do not go here!! Yeah the staff at the front desk was nice but the dentist acted like they didn’t know what they were doing! & I have been to other dentist & got my teeth cleaned I also feel like my teeth wasn’t cleaned properly.

Went there for an appointment THEY made for me to have my tooth removed just for them to tell me that they have to make another appointment because their system is down! I will not be returning! I don’t have time to keep taking days off for them to keep giving me the run around!

I always have anxiety at the dentist. I went here and got botched up. I needed 3 extractions. They only performed 1 properly. They left one with an exposed root tip and another with a root fragment....then referred me after over charging my benefits. DO NOT COME HERE TO GET TEETH REMOVED!!!!

The customer service is phenomenal! Best, friendliest dentist office Ive ever been too! Ive found my dental home for sure!

The staff at Wilson Dental Group are very warm and caring. I didnt have to wait at all for my appointment and I like that they have convenient Saturday hours.
