I’ve been a patient here for a few years and overall the staff has been through some good improvement. Front desk is more polite but needs better communication skills. Dental cleaning would be great if they didn’t try to saw through your gums with floss. My only problem is whenever making a call for an inquiry, I usually end up without an answer or they would simply hang up the phone in my face. I would love to still be a patient but between provider to patient needs to be respect. They lack the respect you deserve as a patient

2 stars for customer service and being friendly. Crown fell off first day it was put in. From research and consultations with other local dentists, they shaved off way too much of the tooth to be a viable base for the crown. Procedure performed was not well explained. Im now possibly running the risk of needing an implant instead of a crown. I had nearly 60% of my tooth left with a temporary filling that lasted 5 months, after root canal by a specialist out of town in Greenville, and would last longer if I hadnt gone in and had it shaved down to a nub. DR. OH had a hard time with the tooth. At 32 years old Ive got plenty of life left in my teeth. It seems overkill to eliminate nearly all of a tooth and not leave enough so that I have a normal and healthy lifespan for my mouth. Thankfully they got me back in the next day and it was explained better this time. They told me it was an easy fix.

I was shown every courtesy and kindness by the entire staff even though I was sent there by the VA. Miss Zaharia the DAT is a delight, Dr. Oh is gentle and adorable, then Miss Lauren the hygenist did a great job of cleaning my teeth. The waiting area was very clean and the mens room was spotless. I look forward to seeing them all again. Bud

I havent been to the dentist since 2014, and Ive been dreading to go (even knowing that I suspected I had a cavity). I finally made an appt and joined their smile club. I dont have dental insurance but I was approved by care credit which this dental place takes! My first initial exam and cleaning went by smoothly. My teeth was a bit sore after (I had a lot of plaque between my teeth) but they felt fresh and thoroughly cleaned. I did have a cavity so I had another appt for that which wasnt as bad as I expected. They will stick you with a needle (that part was the worst) to insert this numbing solution into your gums near the affected area. Drilling and filling the tooth took a while. I swallowed a lot due to nerves/shyness but it made me feel better when I told them that I tend to do that.If you dont have insurance, I would recommend joining the smile club. Yes, it will be pricy if you want them to fill a cavity but I think it was worth it for their service and patience.

I have had two different occasions where I have confirmed my appointment and upon arrival, was told they filled my spot and I no longer had an appointment. I have the messages where I confirmed said appointments, as well as confirmed over the phone, AND in person for the second one when I was turned away the first time. Very disappointed.

I highly recommend the Dental Care Center of Wilson, NC. Ive been going here of 3 years. The staff and doctors are wonderful! I started out with routine dental care; soon after I needed upper dentures. And I must say, in the process of receiving them I needed to have nine teeth removed. Oh, Wow! The doctor who removed them, was Excellent! I had no problems. I was fitted the same day for my dentures. Later came back the same day and had my partial. It was a delightful experience. They do their best and care about the patience. Thank you, Dental Care Center!

Definitely, do not expect I am going to refer anyone to you. Beside the 2 receptionists facing the entrance, beyond them 4/5 are mean, even rude, and doing their strict minimum.

As always Dr. O and her staff were exceptional. Dr. O had to give me some bad news about some dental treatment i will be needing. She pulled her chair right up to me and talked to me like I was her mom. She explained the treatment plan in detail. I just love Dr. O and her staff. I would reccomend her to anyone. Shes the best.Went today for my 6 month check-up. As always I was treated with the upmost kindness and respect from all the staff.I was even told thank you for not complaining when the receptionist asked me to update my medical history. The hygienist told me I needed an antibiotic before getting my teeth cleaned, which I didnt know but my Dr. Had advised them . She made sure I got the antibiotics before she cleaned my teeth. I am thankful she was alert and caught it in my chart. As always it was a pleasure to see Dr. O. She is the very best!!

I was slightly irritated that my 5 yr old at 1, we got there 10 minutes early and still waited until 1 55 for her to be seen. However I feel the wait was totally worth it thanks to Ms Nikki! She was absolutely fantastic as well as Dr Z.

They are so beautiful place and they keep the placeclean and they dont used the tools they cleaned up.

This was the first filling that I have had since moving to Wilson two years ago. This was also the best filling that I have had in my adult life. I have moved around a lot and have developed a negative perception of getting dental work done. So naturally I anticipated this weeks filling to be one and the same. I was impressed with a number of things during my visit some of them include : quickness, comfort, pricing, and staff. Thank you for a great experience!

The front desk could be a bit friendlier, sometimes they seem that im interrupting them. Other than that everything else is great, the team in the back is awesome. I had to get a tooth pulled and i was in and out in literally 10 minutes, they were very comforting. My oldest son goes here and loves it, especially the treasure box. The staff always makes him feel comfortable.

Front desk assistant was rude as hell, I wasted almost 30 minutes for my daughter to be seen, and she was never seen do to them not being able to reach her previous dentist. I had asked for a note for school to show she had come her for a appointment, I was denied note until other assistant said I could get one, she then gives me a note with a big scribble in the blank space as if I was going to write in blank space, it was rude and unprofessional. I never in my life was disrespected in this way. Me nor my child will ever do services with the Dental Care Center again. I’m currently now looking for a new dentist.. I didn’t even want to give it 1 star

First visit was good. The staff was friendly and down to earth. I felt like I had been coming there for years. I would definitely recommend this place.

The staff here is extremely weird....their online service will schedule you a make believe appointment....Just experienced An super Unreal episode with them.... UNBELIEVABLE is all I can say ...and that was my last time trying to deal with them....These people only have to see you a few minutes but will do whatever to make you feel uncomfortable....I literally got up and walked out of the office today and left and where was all the Assistants... STANDING IN THE HALL IN A HUDDLE WHISPERING🙄....

I went to have 4 teeth extracted and I was terrified and visibly so. The dental assistant comforted me by rubbing my arm, bringing me a blanket and explaining to me what was going to happen. She was so calming and comforting and she kept checking on me to make sure I was OK before Dr Higgins came in. Then when he came in he was telling jokes and made me laugh and that made me even more comfortable. They turned s frightening experience into a calming situation. I still have 2 more wisdom teeth that need to come out and Im not terrified at all. They are wonderful at The Dental Care Center and I will continue to be a patient with them and I have been singing their praises to all my family and friends. Awesome staff!!

I am extremely pleased with my 1st visit yesterday at the Wilson location. I highly recommend them. The staff there are awesome...especially Dr. Susan Chang...she is the greatest!

My hygienist, Ashley, did an excellent job with my deep cleaning, very comfortable and efficient. I was at work at 9:15 following an 8:30 appointment. Couldnt ask for more.

Trash at giving information during the time of appointments no apologies was given about their mess up. However you can get good dental care.

From the moment I walked through the door I couldnt believe the problem I had here. The front desk clerk was so rude. She was an older lady. Never have I ever been treated with so much disrespect. From the moment I walked in the door. I have been here before no problem but her attitude alone just through off my whole experience regardless if I had ever had a better one or not. I believe they need to revamp the staff upfront because she was not pleasant. She acted as if my money was not good enough. This was an older white lady. I have 5 children pulse my husband and myself come here. I wouldnt recommend this place anymore. Unprofessional and does not handle patients appropriately I am in disbelief. Not the proper continuity of care for your patients. Inappropriate behaivor as if you are the issue is not what patients want or need to see when the walk through that door. Your going to continue to lose customers and revenue until she is gone. And clearly others have had the same issues read your reviews.

When I first started going to this dentist everything was fine, the staff was professional and the atmosphere was great. Each time I would go I was told I had 3+ cavities, it got to the point where I supposedly has 10+ cavites! Of course I thought it was odd and went to another dental office to get a second opinion, there I found I had no cavities! Beware.

I have been a patient at the Wilson location for years and I have never had any problems. So when my mom needed a new dentist I highly recommended that she go there. While the patient care provided by the medical staff is excellent, the customer service portion leaves a lot to be desired. My mom is no longer able to drive and is therefore dependent on a couple of neighbors and myself to be able to go places. On two different occassions now she hs had to call repeatedly, not getting an answer, and having to leave multiple voicemails and going at least a day with no reply from staff. One option on the voicemail is if you are having an emergency to press a certain button and leave a voicemail. She did that as well and still didnt get a response. She was told yesterday that the staff only checks the messages once a day and they try to return the calls. As a medical provider I am sad and disappointed that this is the quality of service being provided. Especially to someone that I referred. This location is in serious jeopardy of losing two patients.

I highly recommend this practice. they provided me with an affordable payment plan .Dr. OH is the greatest. In my 56 years I have rarely seen such caring and professionalism. THANK YOU DR.OH!!!

My husband and I chose for him to go to the Wilson office for a dental appt last year. Our visit there last year was no problem what so ever. We were referred to an oral surgeon to have some major dental work done and was supposed to follow up with them afterwards. We had our major work done and made an appt and was rescheduled several times so when we finally got back into the office today because my husband was able to get off today, it was a night mare. We get to the office and even with 2 dental plans I still had to end up paying them money beforehand. Then we get to the back after waiting an hour and the beginning of the morning and they inform us that there has been miscommunication and they will not be able to do all the work that needed to be done today that it would have to be scheduled in several different appts. I informed them that was not possible because we were told that doing the work in one day was not a problem so needless to say I asked for a refund and his records and we will not be returning.

Awesome professional experience. You wont be disappointed in the dental care, price of service, and cooperation with company dental plans. The waiting room feels like just being comfortably at home!

Easy visit to the dentist! Staff & reception are very friendly. Had to go back for a cavity and was able to get an appointment the same week. Ill be back in the spring for the 6-month braces!

I was over-charged at this clinic. I recently bought Cigna dental discount insurance and switched to this clinic because they said they accepted my Cigna discount plan. I asked for an estimate and was quoted one price. The actual charge was more than the quote. I called other dentists to ask their prices for the same work. They were charging the same or LESS WITHOUT the dental plan. Will never return.

From giving me the truth about what implants cost to a partial that fits so well I hardly notice it to simple cavity fillings to friendly cleanings, The Dental Care Center in Wilson does it all with grace, kindness and professionalism.

They do not know what they are doing but we need to pay for their mistake.

They always take forever to see you even with an appointment, they will see kids all ages but never bother to explain to them how to brush! Im defiantly changing my kids!

Your a # not a patient here felt that on first visit. When need to get in for an immediate need cant get seen but when have an appointment you wait over an hour past your appointment time to get in. I gave this place 3 chances. No longer a patient going elsewhere.

Just waited a hour and 45 mins and still was not seen. Was called yesterday and asked if I could move up my appointment by 1 hour. Did it to help out, then still hadnt been seen 45 mins AFTER my original appointment. Who has time to sit 2 hours to see a dentist?

I have gone here a few times...first visits where OK....so I have a tooth that has split in half and is killing me...I call and make an appt. Tell them exactly what was going on and what tooth is giving me problems...they schedule me an appt for Tuesday... Go in lady looks me over and says my gosh! Your nerve is exposed that must really hurt bad Which it does I can even sleep...they have the Dr come in and she says it needs an extraction or a root canal... Im like OK lets do this! I cant take it anymore. She says oh no dear cant be done til NEXT FRIDAY!?!?! I already cant sleep or eat, this is crazy!! Why set me the appt knowing they cant help me???? Crazy thing is the Dr that looked it over has extracted 2 wisdom teeth for me, she cant pull a molar??? They want me to suffer 11 days with no sleep or real food...I call today to see if an emergency appt can be made. They dont answer the phone, I get the machine. I leave them a message to please please please call me back to help me out! Im dying with pain here...call again... Another message...no one calls back...thanks you guys for the torture what a great experience... Guess I have to not sleep for another 4 nights...why set me an appt if you cant help me? Toss me a bottle of pills and say deal with it....I cant believe they just left me out to dry...great customer service!!!

Do not go to this dentist office they rip you off they use cheap equipment and not professional at all this place has rude front desk help old fat lady there very nasty and the account manager keisha is just so sorry she hung up in my face i will never do business with them again beware they are fraud!!!!!!
