I love supporting the local community through banking with self-help, and I feel my money is safe in a credit union.

Ive been with this bank for 12 years and Ive never had an issue! Whether that be with my account or a loan. They are always SO friendly and eager to help! Ive always had GREAT customer service with a smile! I will never change banks!

NEVER A ISSUE WITH SELF HELP CREDIT UNION (used to be Firestone CU) WE COULD NOT WORK OUT....THE STAFF IS VERY NICE...THEY WILL EVEN TAKE THE TIME TO LISTEN TO MY BORING STORIES....LOLX2I WOULD SAY TO THE PEOPLE THAT COMPLAIN ABOUT NFS FEES...KEEP SOME MONEY IN THE BANK...YOU WONT HAVE THAT PROBLEM!!!!

Maybe one of worst bank in Wilson: there are a lot of better one in Wilson. I never want to use them again. They are trash. Me being with was worst I ever seen.

Self help in Wilson is such a wonderful branch, they are so sweet and kind with the want to help answer any questions that a person may have. Any time Ive been inside, everyone has been ideal hosts in this form of setting.
