I was received normally without scrutiny. The attendant gave a helpful courteous welcome.

I went by here due to my card being stolen, and happen to run into a young lady who I previously ran into a issue with over the phone. I must say she was very pleasant and helpful. Her attitude was great and she was very nice. Sometimes we have bad days but I judged her off the wrong thing great employee.

The employee was very people-oriented. She exhibited knowledge and cared about the customers experience.

Called this place 4 or 5 times. Lady that answered phone acted as though she couldnt hear me. I wanted to ask a few questions b4 i made the dtive to Wilson to see if they could assist me. If service is as rude as she is... Im not gonna waste my time. If i could have understand her when she stated her name i would include it here. I called back after i pisted this...
