Better than the average gas station. The food was alright shake was pretty good.

Great to see Sheetz in the Carolinas. Lots of easy access, widely spaced, easy access pumps. An abundance of parking.Inside is a well stocked store with all kinds of snacks, food and beverage and a 24 kitchen serving up made to order meals.Staff was friendly and polite.

My first time in a Sheetz, I find it to be a gas station with a decent looking fast food option/convenience store inside. Clean restrooms, courteous staff, fair prices. Enforcement of mask-wearing policy very lax. Car wash available outside.

Your basic sheetz but with less clean bathrooms and slower service. There is a walk in beer cave and a carwash to make this one a full sheetz but all in all, I would just stay on the interstate for the next one next time

Im appalled that this sheetz only has self checkout, what happened to customer service? We pump our own gas, make our own coffee and check ourselves out. Why are there even employees?

I mean really their bathrooms are huge in their .I dont know the creator of that toilet but man he rather had to pop when he designed it. The toilets are so big that my little bottom fell all the way down in the water that was really warm.but they have great deals😜

Definitely these people know customer service and they do an awesome job. I wish I can give them more stars but 1st impressions are pretty important. If you are getting gas 1st thing you see is the overflowing trash around the pumps and unfortunately it does give the impression of no upkeep. Very important area to focus on Cleanliness

Always have a great experience at Sheetz. Mia and her entire crew always show me great hospitality and are always a pleasure to talk to first thing in the mornings. Mia is always on top of things and always has a huge smile for all of her customers. Will definitely be back.

Halfway through an Italian wrap and I found plastic wrap.

I stopped here for gas on a road trip a few weeks ago. Nivea helped me at checkout. She was extremely friendly and helpful. Her excellent customer service really stood out.

Today I was pumping gas and when I was ready to take it out it was stuck. In my attempt to get it unstuck it came out of my tank. Gasoline got in my eye and sprayed everywhere. It was at $25 when I tried to pull it out and didn’t get loosed until $35. I went inside to rinse my eye and one of the associates came to ask if I needed medical attention I said I think so and she went to the back and came back with a sheet of paper for me to write my info on. The manager never came to see if I was ok and they didn’t do anything about medical attention. I will be calling corporate myself

Got some gas & food. Left to run errands. One of my food items just didnt seem right. Come back a little later, talked to manager, he made everything right. No hassle, or fuss. Thankx for the quality service guys. Thats why this is the best convienance store in Wilson. Long time customer & will continue to be.

This Sheetz has no customer service at all. Let me tell you about my experience here. First, I went to the restroom and the damn toilet overflowed. Then, I went to order my food and it took them a good 30 minutes to give it to me. I went to open my sandwich and would you look at that, it is burnt. Not a surprise taking into consideration their customer service skills. 1 star at the most.

It is amazing the workers are very friendly! It does take them a little while to get some stuff done but no more than 5 minutes!! I go there all the time!

Sometimes have cheapest gas in Wilson. Recently went up ~25 cents/gal for 3 or 4 days while others were going down slightly. Then today were back down as low as $2/gal depending on which product you fueled with.

Only wanted a blt and fries took 20 minutes and was wrong order then wasnt told that they fixed it was half cut and enough lettuce for 3 sandwiches!

The staff was friendly and the inside of the store was clean. However, there was litter all around the entrance and outside of the store. Not up to Sheetz standards.

Save money on gas, sure. You just have to ignore the overflowing trash and the windshield wash bins filled with trash. I finally got tired of ignoring it and will switch to someone else.

Stop by to use restroom and buy water. Thats how clean the bathrooms were.

Used the car wash. Even with the top-tier wash option, it didnt get the dirt off the back end of my car.

They dont keep TP in the bathrooms. You have to ask for it, and they cant just give it to you, they have to go through this whole ordeal and close the bathroom so you cant use it anyway. Essentially there isnt a usable restroom here, and this is the second Sheetz Ive encountered this month that did this.

All I had to do was get gas but it was awesome

The sheets in Wilson NC, have horrible customer service and this is not just coming from the employee but the manager that was on duty... I wouldn’t recommend coming to he sheets in Wilson NC poor customer service over not putting right ingredients in he salad I had made to order

Idiots can go 20 cents lower on the price in 3 hours. They can do business only in monopoly areas like airports. In busy street like Forest hills in Wilson, they need to be reported for price gouching
