Autobell Car Wash does a good job. But the workers dont be in any kind of rush!!! To get you out.

Paid for the full service. They had a special and I paid for 2 for 1 $30 special. The cleanliness of of my car is okay but still needed more deep cleaning. I felt like it was rushed because it was kind of in a rush. It’s clean but not for what I thought I paid for. Overall the exterior is fine, but the interior needed more work.

I just went there 20 minutes ago got to my next Destination and this is what I see I even gave him five dollars. I am not impressed.

Bought exterior wash. Waited 30 minutes to get my car dried ended up leaving with water spots all over my car because they took so long. Could have saved 4$ and 30 minutes of my time. I won’t be back.

Worst experience. These pictures were taken after the service was done.it took 6 calls and 4 weeks later to finally get a coupon that wasnt even equal to my cost of the wash... Smh

The young man rushed on my Vehicle and there was only 3 cars, they took more time on some cars then others mine was one of them, rushed and not wiped down properly.... Disappointed

These guys got the hustle! Car came out super clean and quick too. I would highly recommend the full service if your car is in need of a little love. I would not recommend the monthly program because you would have to go about weekly to make it financially beneficial. Outstanding customer service and work

Came in with a vehicle covered in dog hair and dust. Left with a vehicle as clean as the day I bought it. Would recommend and will be coming here monthly for now on!

Surroundings are not the best. Some interior areas could have been given more attention. All in all a good car wash.

Most of the time we get excellent service. Today not so much. The young man didnt seem very interested in doing his job. I actually had to tell him that he needs to bend down and get the bottom of my truck and the rails. Will still go back but he wont work on my vehicles anymore.

This place is just plain sorry....they let your vehicle sit and air dry then pretend to wipe down and dont even do a good job of wiping a dry vehicle down.....so sad..

I am not totally satisfied. When you drive through the wash and it specifies under body wash it barely cleaned anything. But guys on the crew were very quick and efficient car detailers. So this isn’t a rating against the crew. It’s an equipment a maintenance issue that the owner should take care of so his customers get their money worth. I think the owners could do a better job! Because they get a lot of customers.

Have to go in a special line to have your car sanitized if you are having the interior vacuumed.. thats to protect their employees.... never mind they do not wear masks or gloves when having contact with people. But look out the car is going to give them Covid! Why not just wear your mask AND gloves to vacuum and wipe down instead of inconvenience the customer.... I will use the wash center up on Ward for all this trouble....wont go back

Wow! $28 carwash and no armorall in the interior of car? $28 carwash and no attention to where and what is vacuumed? When I tell on site manager he wants to fix it after the fact, why have me park outside if travel lanes where it specifies, inside/outside cleaning if its not being cleaned properly? What did yall do? NOTHING! Never returning here. This use to be the place to go, how the mighty have fallen!

The best in town. There was no waiting lines and my van was detailed by a very fast young man. I always check my van before I leave the lot and usually there would 5 issues or something they missed. This time there was only one issue, the grill wasnt thoroughly cleaned because there were a few bugs still attached. He quickly cleaned it and he was nicely tipped. 😁👍

They left salt all in the console, never removed mats and called it vacuumed This is the premium wash for 28.81. Don’t waste your time here. Go to local church car wash for a better job.Just ridiculous

Very expensive 👎 and they dont even do everything that the price includes. Went for a superpoly and they didnt wipe the windows or do the rubber mats or clean the inside there was dirt still on the vehicle.. worst carwash place you can go..

You have to everytime you go there show them areas where they didnt clean or grab a rag and clean it yourself. I

Managers should check weather by the week, so as to have full staffing on sunny days, instead of customers having to wait because mgr. Saving $ cut employees hours and you cut customers services.

Stole the change that was under my mat. Geez I forgot about it until a few days after. No use going back since I had removed all other things of value but I forgot about that word to the wise..

Went to autobell in wilson nc kept me behind cars that came in after me watch and my car was not touched for 15 min payed for a lot more than I got.sorry service a 5 year old could have done better.

I called about locations to corporate call center and took forever for some one to answer, but was ok other a 20 minute on hold.

Great place to get your car or truck cleaned. Friendly people make any short wait worth it.

Damaged Head rest in my front seat van, all they can say is Im sorry. Will never go here again, talking to a lawyer. They were going to call me, I had to call them and they havent responded. Not very trustworthy, think Better Business Bureau needs to hear about this outfit.

Terrible value for the money it cost. Doesn’t even look like the interior was even wiped out. I asked for the best they had and for $52.00 I got about $10.00 worth. Not going back.

Friendly people but my truck was not cleaned properly. I explaines to them that I needed the best wash because I planned on selling the truck today but it was not up to par. Even after I bought it to the managers attention it was still not up to par. I will never go there again. My children could have done a better job.

Nice people. Horrible service. Car steering wheel, power shift, and screen was still left with old stains. I had to vaccum out my backseat and front seat again...its like they cover up their cleaning with smells. Its a bunch of young kids out there who appear to have no cleaning skills. I paid $35.00 for armour all and my car had no shine, no sense of a clean feeling. What a waste of money amd time!

Had a problem with vending machine, did not go well,made call to customer service, it was handle emendently..very pleased with customer service and how they handle it...

If Im going to use a carwash, this is my top choice. The quality is pretty consistent, and you have the opportunity to inspect your vehicle after its cleaned. I admire the staffs hustle.

Have gone 3 times since living in wilson and they only do a great job with the interior cleaning if you purchase their most expensive service even though all service packages come with interior cleaning. First time i purchased the basic package and they only vacuumed the floor. 2nd time I purchased the one with everything and they did a great job. However today I did the 2nd one that comes without tire gloss and they barely cleaned the interior

They can clean the cars better than what they do.

I chose the minimum outside wash and interior ; they must think that the $18.00 plus a tip is just a gift because what I got was a rinse and a hit and miss interior clean up, also said they could not vacuum in between the front seats because their hose would not fit in there; really! Worst car wash ever and the acting manager has a minus in personality and management qualities. Want see me again!!

Services has always been great in the past. This visit the employee cleaning our car only wiped half of the dashboard and didn’t do the inside of the windows.

Auto bell in Wilson was fast. And courteous. And did a terrible job on my 2016 Kia Sorento. Still crumbs in the drivers seat which I asked them to clean again (he swiped a rag across it). Inside of the windshield was NOT touched. Passenger window was streaked badly..oily residue? No wiping of the insides of the doors...and I paid 42$! When I got to my destination, a drying towel was still affixed to my luggage rails! Never again!

Great service and super friendly staff. The did an awesome job cleaning my truck, but was I drove home, I noticed the windshield on the inside was smudgy...I would have given 5 stars if it was perfect

I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. I had to get in my car and vacuum it out after leaving because full service I guess means they will get it started and you have to finish it. I paid for the exterior armor all and was left with patches of trim where it was obviously rushed. After paying alsmost $30 here I am highly dissatisfied.

This was a horrible value for the money . Had the 26.99 service and they spent maybe 8 minutes on my car !!! I will not return here ! The doors were not wiped out at the base til I pointed it out ... vacuumed once I got home because I had sand still on the floor mats ... which states they were supposed to be wiped down .... they were not . Also windows still had bug stuff on them ... horrible service and no attention to detail . Not expecting a 4 hour job, but surely more then an 8 minute spotty wipe down for $28 ! Don’t go here !

Okay the only reason you get a one star is because I have to choose. Just left the car wash car still dirty. Dont have time to wait for another do over. $24.00 bucks down the drain. It will not allow me to post the pictures

I have taken my car to this establishment approximately 10 times. Each time the cleaning has been mediocre at best. I have had to instruct staff to re clean areas that they did not clean properly at each visit. The work would have been unacceptable otherwise. Do yourself a favor, and take your car somewhere else.

Not going back I went there to get a full wash inside and out on a Sat I was heading to Winstead Salem for a comedy show stopped to get car washed and the machine broke off two of my stems so I had to leave my car over night because the tire places was closed yes they had my rims repaired but didnt anyone offer me a refund because it rained that night and I didnt enjoy my clean new ride because it sat there UNTIL the next day,didnt offer another carwash or any discounts for my loss and ruined my weekend I understood things happen but if it was my business it would be a protocol set up for mandatory reimbursement for things of this matter

They are the most sorriest people cleaning cars. They wanna charge you a arm and leg and still do a sorry job washing and vacuuming out your car. I wouldnt recommend anyone to get there car wash there. Paid $36 today and it still look dirty. Smh poor service.

Not the fastest but they really do clean your car well so if you are looking for a good job go here. Their prices are great.

Last experience was not good. They took long time to wipe down my vehicle (Thursday evening) not a busy day at all. By the time they got to it, it was already all dry. Plus car wash did not get the back trunk good it still had dirt.
