He listened to what we were willing to spend and showed us the trailblazer we bought.With some help from his manager He made us a generous offer for our 2016 Ford Escape which was in need of work on the rack and pinion . Bottom line we bought it He showed us all the features and offered his number if we had any questions. Cant ask for much more than that.

I was given an appointment for my car to be service, as soon I get there they were like who are you. They couldnt find my name in the computer first that took 30 mins. I was given a 12:30 appointment until 3:30. When 3:30 came I call to ask was my car ready. It took 3 people to check and the first two I talk to never come back on the phone. We call again the 3rd person finally found out what was going on with my car. He said it wasnt ready yet give them until 4:00. We call back at 4:00 they gave me the run around again. It wasnt ready. So I waited until 5:15 and drove there to see whats going on. They suppose to change my spark plugs and thats it. My car was on the side with a number on my window. I ask was my car ready they said yes the bill is right here. Mind you no one call or email me to say my car was ready. The part I didnt like yall charge me 247.00 for labor. When I got in my car it felt and sounded the same before I drop it off. I really believe they didnt do anything to my car. It was very poor service and I believe the service department need some changes. Im very hurt to put my trust in the a dealership that I felt ignore me all together. Yall charge me 314. 00 for the whole service and my car still drive rough. Come on guys Im not stupid. It took 4 1/2 hours to put in spark plugs!! Im never coming back to dealership ever again.

Big props too Calvin . Great salesman and customer oriented. I have been in sales before and know the typical environment and tactics salesmen use to promote consumers to buy a product. Although Calvin was trying to make a sale he made sure to take care of my needs and to make sure I got the truck I’ve always wanted. He was more than willing to do everything he could to find out what fit me and what I could afford. I highly recommend going to this dealer and talking with him.

After purchasing my Malibu brand new in 2013 from this dealership, I am highly disappointed with the service department. I have always gotten my oil changed by them. No problem until recently, oil was changed on Wednesday, the next afternoon, my check engine light came on. When the hood was pulled, I noticed a large oil spill on the motor. I took my car back and showed the oil spill to the service manager. The code was P0013. The manager was on the defensive and tried to accuse me by saying the spill had been tthere. I believe the technician was responsible forthe camshaft sensors going bad. Needless to say, Hubert Vester has lost me as being a loyal customer!The service manager contacted me on Saturday and tried to rectify the situation. I appreciatethat offer!

We called about a vehicle we saw on the website and was told it was still there. We drove in from benson and when we arrived we were told that it was sold the day before. Needless to say we were not too happy. We were first greeted by Johnny then Jason came out to see what he could do. He made us a deal on a 2020 Impala and the buying process went very smooth.Johnny, Jason, and Betty were awesome.

$785 to connect cable to the battery. The cable that controls the negative side of the battery had gone bad. I realize it took over 4 hours to find the problem since the vehicle would not start and had no electrical power but could not they have given me somewhat of a break.

Phenomenal & compassionate service department! Recently, our family was driving from MA to FL. Hallfway through the trip found ourselves in a very difficult situation when our GMC Yukon developed a loud banging sound when braking. We called and stopped at several repair shops and dealerships for a 100 mile stretch and no one had any availability to evaluate our vehicle. Luckily, we eventually made it to the team at Hubert Vester to see if there was anything that can be done to help us get back on the road. They were also fully booked for the day (busy Saturday morning), but Ronnie and Ray (Service Manager) understood our difficult situation and somehow managed to fit us in and saved the day! In addition to receiving great technical service, the dealership itself is awesome. Comfortable waiting area, great cars on display, and the nicest people. Unfortunately I dont live in the area, but I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car buying or service experience!

If I could give this place no stars I would. The service department has the worst customer service. Took my vehicle for an oil change got it back an hour and half late after my vehicle had been there since the morning. Picked up my vehicle only to end up on the side of the road from it over heating. I didnt have this problem before I took it to them. They checked it and came back and said they didnt find a problem. Took it home a week later same thing. Took it back same thing they didnt see a problem. Lisa was the one that handled my vehicle all three times. She was the rudest unprofessional person I have dealt with. Never got a call about the status of my vehicle and when I finally got a call after leaving several messages she was rude. I felt like my vehicle was not even being checked. Just over all worst experience I have had with a dealership. Will never go back even if I paid for free oil changes. I went to the dodge dealerships in rocky mount and they found the problem in a hour and they had the best customer service. They had my vehicle fixed the same day with no problem and even earlier then expected.

Took 3.5 hours for a simple oil change and tire patch. Then find out the next day the tire was installed incorrectly and had to go back and wait another entire hour for the fix. NOT ever going back there. Purchased my truck from here but the service team over the years have put such a bad taste in my mouth that I will be going elsewhere next time.

I recommend you throughly look over your paper work before signing any paperwork. Me and my wife purchase a vehicle and ask for gap insurance. My wife totaled the vehicle and we where under the assumption gap would cover what our insurance would not. Come to find out they did not put our information in right so we where left with the remaining balance. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

The Customer Service was Horrible and Mr. RAY Phillips the service manager of that department communication between his staff and customers Horrible. As a customer I shouldnt feel like my safety and concern for my family in a vehicle that is having problems should be at Jeopardy. Mr. Ray Phillips threatened to call the cops on me because he thought I was going to keep a car that they loan for me to use while they were fixing a piece that broke again on my vehicle that I just previously had brought in there to get fixed before. If this is the type of customer service I will be receiving each time I come to get my car serviced through Hubert Vester in Wilson North Carolina then I would never come back or recommend anybody to get a car from there. Now I do want to make it clear that the customer service reps there in the front of the service center Hunter and his team did a great job in handling the situation but when it came to actually speaking to the service manager I didnt appreciate the way that he handled the situation. When it came to buying the car on the customer service side I had a great and wonderful experience but that experience in the service and its not the best and its not customer service welcome this is not the first time Ive had a bad experience with that service team when it came to anything dealing with my vehicle.

This is the second time I have been in for a scheduled oil change. The first time it took over 3 hours. I have been here now for over an hour and and and 30 minutes. This has got to be the worst place to get work done ever. It is now 1:18 and I have been here since 9:45. It has taken 3 hours and 15 minutes and still not ready. Finally after 4 hours and 15 minutes I am leaving. When my son got home he showed me where he had marked the divers side rear tire so he could tell if they rotated the tires like requested. The same tire was still on the divers side rear. So it was real clear they didnt rotate them. The tire the plugged had 40 psi while the other 3 had 34 psi. Since they didnt rotate the tires and over inflated one I wonder if they changed the oil..

I’m very disappointed in this dealership. We’ve been getting Oil changes here for almost 4 years. This time the oil change price went from $50.00 to $80.00. So not right when you live off of a fixed income! Plus they took it on themselves to change the oil plug and would not give the so-called worn one to my husband! The trucks only 5 years old! Beware seniors!!!!

I was looking for a white 2021 chevy colorado zr2 bison. Could not find one in the entire state of GA. Talked to a couple of local dealers about ordering one, but they could not guarantee a price or when it would be delivered. Searched on GM dealer locator and found two potentials, one in the Tampa area and one at Hubert Vester. Spoke with Johnny on the phone and the quick response and no BS pricing was amazing. He treated me like I was a relative, got a great price and free delivery outside their normal delivery area saving me an additional $400. This was all done by phone, 300+ miles away. I have been buying cars for 40 years now and have never had an experience like this. Thank you Johnny and the HV team. I only wish I could get the car serviced there.

I am very disappointed in the service department, On December 21,2020 I scheduled a oil change, Turn rotors, and new front brake pads, after a few days I noticed a little scrubbing noise coming from my front brakes, I return to the dealership early January 2021,, their reply was we don’t hear anything, So I scheduled a appointment for Monday February 8,2021 so they could hear for themselves and this time they heard then noise. WITHOUT MY PERMISSION they turned my rotors again, Causing serious Pulsation when I utilized my brakes, (I was Told by Hubert that I needed new rotors, )The technician that road with me admitted that he turned my rotors to far on my 2014 Cadillac XTS and caused pulsation that I did not have when I arrived,, on that Tuesday . Management refused to rectify the situation, They said there was nothing they could do for me. Hubert Lamm is still pleading with management that they should pay for new rotors on my car. I don’t feel That Management took in consideration that they were liable for the damages that were done to my vehicle, Very Disappointed in Hubert Vester Chevrolet Service Department!

Let me start by saying I rarely leave a bad review but in my opinion this business gave me impression that during these trying times, they could care less of those needing service and we had no choice but to use them.My nightmare started when I arrived on the previous Friday at 7:45, 15 mins after they opened, to get some break work done and a recall. Met with the manager and he advised that because if so many ahead of me, they wouldnt be able to get to it till about noon and it was going to take a couple if hours. He suggested I make an appointment for Monday, they can get the parts for the recall, get me out in a couple of hours. Great, now I wasnt upset but a little flag went off when he says his crew is down to less than half because, the guys all chose the same week for vacations . My mind is thinking, bad manager to approve all those vacations at the same time. I questioned if perhaps viruses were the issue but no, just vacations. Who would ever allow that? Anyways, not my company so what do I care.Monday I get there at 7:15, they just open and take me in, no other vehicles yet. I drop it off and Im thinking 3 hours total maybe a little more. I get a call around 10:00, Hubert the guy who checked me in and doesnt believe in looking you in the eye, called just to say they got the approval from the maintenance company for my van and they are starting work, but will take most of the day because of a compressor for the jack/lift. This I find is upsetting because had I known, I could have rescheduled or taking it somewhere else. They wasted several hours doing nothing and have only started the work on my van. I did let him know if my dissatisfaction in them not telling me when I dropped it off. Machines just dont stop working, they have some issues before they completely stop working.Lastly at around 4 I had my girlfriend drive me by. My van is sitting next to service in the lot. I called to check and was told it will be ready in 1/2 hour. We did a little shopping and at 4:45 Im at the counter in front of Hubert who head is down typing away and several other printouts later I finally get my paperwork. I could only tell them that I will make sure to try to do what I can to not only me but make none of the other members of my team come to this location.They should consider revising their web site which states they value your time concerning service. Their pledge To make every customers experience easy and stress free must only have to do with sales as in my opinion, they failed so low, I couldnt imagine ever seeing them in a positive light.Do yourself a favor and save some stress as they have a lot to work out here to earn the trust of people in this town.

My husband and I had been in direct communication with a Sales Rep for a few days about a specific car they had on the lot. we called ahead this morning to confirm our appointment and the availability of the car. we were going with the intent to buy. This morning we were told by the sales rep that the car was available on the lot. We called ahead to confirm the appointment because we were driving over an hour to view this specific car. Upon arrival we were informed that the car had been sold the previous day. After this, we were ushered to the sales rep’s desk, where they began trying to sell us on multiple other vehicles that didn’t fit what we were looking for. We spoke with the manager, and the most he could do was tell us he was sorry and offer to pay for our gas. When he left the sales rep told us, as an attempt to comfort us, that this has happened multiple times before.We persuade you to think twice before considering this dealership due to how unprofessionally they handled their customer service.

Our sales person, Rachel Reynolds was great. She even helped me out when my lens came out of my glasses so that we were able to complete our process. Very personable. Worked with us for several weeks until we could decide which vehicle was best for us. She seemed to be very knowledgeable about the vehicles also. Only thing was the finance person was not completely knowledgeable about what transpired between our sales person and us when we met with him. Maybe hire more finance people would be nice for the final process.

I brought my 2014 Chevy Traverse in for an oil change and tire rotation on June 18th. I asked that my tires be relearned because the sensors had been backwards ever since the last visit. I left with my car thinking all was good. I noticed about two days later that my tires were in fact NEVER even rotated.I have a very slow leak in one of my tires and when I took my car it was the right rear tire with the leak. Also I didnt put the valve stem cap back on that tire at the time. So when I checked the RIGHT REAR tire is still the one leaking and the same one without a cap. Obviously my tires were never rotated.I am very upset with the service that I received. I bring my car to a Chevrolet dealership and PAY MORE for their services because I trust that it will be done correctly and this is how I get treated!I called and reported this to someone on June 24th and now as of June 26th I still havent had anyone contact me. I will be calling back today and I will also be posting a review on any other website for this company.

I traded my vehicle 2 weeks ago and they haven’t finished submitting paperwork to the bank yet. I can never get anyone on the phone to communicate to me what is going on. I’ve signed my paperwork and submitted all that was required. Even after I signed they tried to get me to agree on another deal where I would pay more (adding in free oil changes). How is this in my best interest? Getting them to communicate anything to me is an act of Congress. The molding around my door was uneven and the I had a bulb out. Made an appointment to get it fixed—took them 3 hours!!! Never offered me a loaner I sat there for 3 hours. The day I drove the car off the lot, my gas light came on—-I had to drive back to the dealership, drive the salesman to the gas station to get some gas. This process is STILL going on. My question: WHEN are they going to pay off my trade and wrap this up. I have NEVER had an experience like this. Communication is vital. It would be great if I could give them a higher rating but I simply cannot.

This was the worst experience that I have ever encountered when purchasing a vehicle. The saleswoman that I dealt with was not professional at all. In my line of work customer service is extremely key and it should be in her line of work as well. The manager never came out to assist not one time and even get my business which I am definitely good for. Not once was credit looked at. I would have been fine doing a soft inquiry which would not effect my credit. How are you going to talk about any type of numbers and get me a good solid interest rate and a good payment if this is not achieved?? The saleswoman also downed other dealerships and talked about how bad they were. In customer service industry, you should NEVER EVER do this!!!!! That is unacceptable and uncalled for! I can honestly say additional training is required to provide a perfect client experience!! It was very sad that the manager never came out to even work with me! One thing I was not going to do is just “give” my vehicle away!! I have honestly never had an experience like that ever!! If you are going to work in that field and deal with customers all day long, you should be knowledgeable in what you are talking about be professional and treat customers the way you want to be treated each and every day. I wish every experience in the consumer, retail, office place worked as well as my car-buying experience with Johnny Kent at Hubert Vester Chevrolet in Wilson, NC. His knowledge of what I was interested in, along with his customer service skills (friendly but not pushy, understanding of my situation) is the best Ive ever seen. He answered every question I had, found exactly what I wanted and kept me informed every step of the way. Its no wonder people are loyal to Hubert Vester Chevolet for their vehicle needs and that they ask for Johnny Kent by name. Hes the kind of employee everyone wishes they could hire.

Rodneys customer service was awesome! He was really nice and took his time to talk with my mother and I to talk about the car as well as sharing his lunch with us. Rodney made us feel right at home. Thank you!I my overall experience at the dealership was great. I wasnt expecting to get car at all. I didnt plan on getting a new car until October until my mom, brought and picked out a car that I had my eye set on for a while which was the spark. When Rodney told me that I got approved for the car I was crying tears of joy and so shocked! Rodney treated my mother and I so well, his customer service was awesome made us feel right at home. If I could give them no stars I would. They use bait/switch tactics to get you in and then give you incorrect paperwork to benefit them in the end and catching the mistake a day later wont work because they will throw your signature in your face and tell you next time read it before you sign. Never mind the fact, they were turning off lights to close as youre settling the final paperwork. Dont go in if youre in a rush or stressed and grief stricken like I was and expect them to be honest, because theyre not. Its ok for them to make a promise and change their mind but your signature on the wrong paperwork that their employee, who no longer works there and too lazy to redo is justifiable. I didnt even receive final copies of all the paperwork when I left. Almost 2 months later and still waiting on all documentation related to my purchase. Ive never dealt with such messy lying people in my life and I will never buy anything else associated with the name Hubert Vester ever again and I advise anyone else to look elsewhere, you will be better off!!

Went in to look for a new car. Gentleman helped me pick a car and he worked on the paperwork and got everything in my name, even got my insurance set up with the car BEFORE even checking to see if the bank will finance. They shouldve checked that first and saved the 4 hours I spent there !!! Also, the gentleman made me go to the bank myself, when they can easily do all of that at the dealership. Very unhappy with the service. Easily went somewhere else and left with a car in under a hour ! Will never be going back
