My car caught fire on I95 South, luckily everyone was safe. I had to call Richie’s Roadside Assistance and Mychal came out and towed my car. God Bless him and all the other road assistance people that help us out on the highways. They put their life on the line to help people out. I will forever use their services if this happens again. I had a flat tire on I-95 southbound near Wilson, NC, and K’wame from Richie’s Automotive & Cycle Connection was dispatched by AAA to assist.Although I was extremely close to the traffic lane and the tire that went flat was on the driver’s side, K’wame replaced the tire safely as the traffic zoomed by.I would not even open the door, but he did the job very well and I was able to continue on my way to the beach!

These people are hands down the best! From towing to having to clean vehicle out, they were super nice and very helpful! They we’re definitely a shining star in a bad situation! Thank you to everyone there!

Richies towing has performed service for me in the past, very punctual and professional. I called this morning to have two of my vehicles towed for service and again called Richies towing (Shawn) the response to my request was handled promptly and professionally. Richies sent Craig to handle my vehicles and I was completely relieved and satisfied because I knew they would be taken care of as if he takes care of his own. Craig came out to meet me. He was right on time, very professional and made me feel very comfortable leaving my car with him. My vehicle broke down on the side of the highway and my insurance company scheduled a tow. I’m so glad they used Richie’s. The driver, Mr Eddie, got there much sooner than I expected. He was quick and efficient but professional and kind. We travel a lot between Greenville and Raleigh so I’m definitely hanging onto their business card! I highly recommend.

Things started with the car not starting when I exited the store. I thought it was a battery problem when Richies Full Service through AAA was called. Upon arrival of the roadside assistance technician, it was found that the problem was not the battery but the starter which required a tow. AAA again was contacted and Richies then dispatched a tow truck and the car was delivered to Richies for actual service. The car was available for me to retrieve the next day and is now again road worthy. Service was timely, professional, and well done. I highly recommend Richies for others in distress.

Mr. Craig provided my tow service. My children overheated and broke down along I-95. After I gathered them myself and the tow service was arranged, Mr. Craig called me when he was locating my vehicle, he stayed on the phone with me until he found it and followed up when he was finished per my request. I can not express or praise Richies Towing and cycle enough and the amount of gratitude I have for there driver Kraig is unmatched by just about any other I have dealt with in situations like in was in. After being stranded for hours and no one in Nash County could or would answer the phone even with all the so called 24 hr towing companies that are so dishonest. Richies towingwas there after a call to them a driver was there in less than 20 minutes. KRAIG was so full of knowledge and experience it can only be matched by the best of the best. My situation was very difficult and and average tow driver would not have been able to do exactly what he did and to not damage or destroy anything was a miracle all in its self. I called the office to find the ETA, and the woman was very informative and friendly. I explained to her that I had to walk to location of my vehicle and she gave me a very close ETA. I was crossing the street as the driver was coming up.The driver was friendly and professional. He didnt mind having a conversation with me. This is the type of service I would recommend.I cant rate the fees, but from what the driver guessed... They were cheaper than what my insurance was going to charge.

Eddie was beyond amazing. Amongst the madness of getting a flat tire in a rental car, he was the easiest part of the whole process. He called me as soon as I disconnected from enterprise car rentals to confirm my location to tow my car (there was no spare in the rental car) and was at my car within 10 minutes.He stayed with me on the side of the highway until Uber arrived, and was friendly and communicative about the process.I was just traveling through, but if I lived locally, I’d definitely use this service again for towing.

My husband, me and my newborn got stuck on the side of the road in the mud with little to no gas in the car at around 3:00 am. When I had initially called I spoke with Charise who was extremely helpful, nice and concerned for our well being. She helped connect us to her driver Craig who came to our rescue as soon as he possibly could. They both conducted themselves with the upmost professional attitude and truly helped us get out of an awful situation. Craig was an awesome driver, towed us in a jiffy and even directed us to the nearest gas station and back on the road. My vehicle broke down and I requested a tow through AAA to a repair facility 14 miles away. The driver arrived in a timely manner and placed my vehicle on the truck . Once the car was on the truck he called me and explained I needed to pay $170 extra because he used certain equipment and when I refused and spoke to dispatch decided not to have my car towed. In my opinion this was an attempt to extort money from me and I highly recommend consumers do not use this company.

I needed a wrecker because my car wouldnt start. I have a Verizon Hum device which is like having GMs Onstar service. I pressed the button, got a representative, and the told me exactly how long it would take for the Richies driver to arrive. His name was Mark, and he was dead on time. His conversation and attitude were very pleasing for the situation, and he was very cautious and professional. A great experience in a not to pleasant situation. The Driver Mike is very professional. They hauled my 19 foot boat to Buckhorn Boat Docs. Mike took the time to fully evaluate the safest and best way to load up my rig and get it to the repair shop. Hopefully Ill not need their service again, but if I do Ill be sure to call upon then again.

I had gotten in a car wreck yesterday and the insurance company sent Richies towing to get my car. It had been a very eventful and stressful day and when I couldnt get my car rental straightened out they were already trying to tow my vehicle therefore would have left me without one. The employee sent to tow my car, Craig, was the best face I had seen all day. He was extremely nice and comforting when I was extremely overwhelmed, he helped me get my items out of my vehicle, and let me speak to my insurance company before taking off with my vehicle, and assured me everything would be okay, he didnt leave my location until he made sure I had gotten in safely with my friend who picked me up. Customer service was on point with Craig. Every work place should have an employee like Craig. Other than Craig, I dont know much about Richies but I will being going to this company for my future needs because the customer service was amazing.

There is no way the 5 star reviews this business has are real lol. The two owners are flat out con-artists. They try to keep your car as long as possible, to charge you as much as possible sometimes even hiding your car. They even prey on senior citizens. My aunt took her car there just for brakes and they told her “ her brakes were smoking so hard they almost caught on fire” smh. She received a $1500.00 just for brakes, when she said she would be a day late picking up the car, they charged an additional $50 for storage. The only way they get away with what they are doing is because they are in Wilson. Do not bring your car here, have it towed by them, nothing.

Last few days have been hell. Glad today a is new day and heading back home.Sadly our trip ended early due to a car issue we faced. What was a 1 hour job turned into an 10 hour fiasco due to the incompetent and mismanaged staff at Richie’s automotive recommended by AAA. We are disappointed that AAA recommends Richie’s Automotive a shady business owned by Shaun- who was unprofessional, condescending, provided false accusations, false knowledge of her mechanic experience and gave us a 10 hour run around to scam us out of state customers. We have documented countless phone calls, images, of how poor this establishment conducted themselves. Called the police because we asked questions in regards to the condition of our car. They literally made us wait across the street from the establishment because they didn’t want us to see their incompetence. 10 hours later the only thing they did was break our jeep even more by breaking the speed sensor (which you OWE us). Got our car back, drove it to the next parking lot with 1 LUG NUT holding the wheel. All we asked for was honesty, had they told us from the beginning they did not have time or experience we would have gone elsewhere.An angel was sent from above a local Wilson local, Hamm family and Willis came to our rescue. Friendliest wilson locals that not only took the five minutes to talk to us, offered us water, a seat, and help to fix our car in the dark in a parking lot. No fancy tools from a shop needed. Just honest kind hearted people that more of this town needs. this was Our first time in wilson NC gave us a rough experience but fortunate one to be grateful to still be alive, and understand we meet people for a reason.Lesson learned- The reviewsAre true on social media this company is a ran by con artists out to scan not only locals but travelers as well. Which all their reviews explained it. I guess they saw it as let’s scam them bc they won’t be back.

Had a blow out on the highway, contacted my insurance company and Ritchies was dispatched, although I told them I was safe off the highway in a local parking lot, the driver (Eduardo)called me within 15 mins to let me know hed be arriving in 10 mins, and he was right on time. It was cold and raining he immediately told me to get in the truck, my Car was towed to a local business where Eduardo even told me I needed to get 2 tires to avoid another blow out, he even spoke to the service staff, after telling him I did have ride coming from the repair shop, Eduardo didnt leave until my Transportation arrived!! AWESOME SERVICE, FAST, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT!!
