We had an amazing experience with OK Video. Our project manager was Sue Oldenburg, one of the owners. From our initial contact, her detailed communications, the video set up and recording, and video editing producing several versions, Sue was professional, responsive, accommodating, detail oriented, and a joy to work with. If we ever have a need to more professional videography services, I will not hesitate in contacting Sue and OK Video. My only negative feedback is they should think about changing their company name (if it wasnt so established in the Delaware Valley videography world). They are far superior to OK. Their company is a top notch Knock Out and should be called KO Video instead.

My parents gave me a full box of media with two different cameras and VHS tapes. There were a total of 4 different formats. The team at OK Video transferred all of my family videos to DVD. They were flexible, affordable, and very helpful. They even scanned photos from my wedding from 20 years ago, so I was able to preserve the quality. I like that they are local and I didnt have send out my projects.

O.K. Video has done all of my familys digital media conversions! Whether conversions from personal audio cassettes to CDs or from VHS to DVDs, and even uploads to the cloud, they have done an amazing job! They are extremely professional and accommodating to personal requests. And my family is very particular! The conversions are in excellent quality and we couldnt be more relieved that our familys memories are preserved in a better format. Thank you for all the effort!

OK VIdeo transferred all of my familys VHS-C recordings to a portable hard drive and DVDs. The family can now easily watch them. The video quality is great and the turnaround time was very short. Were really pleased and will definitely use them again.

For professional video production AND personal, OK Video is fantastic! I had a basket of mini camcorder videotapes chronicling our childrens milestones from birth to present. Nobody had ever actually SEEN these memories because they were on said tapes in a basket. OK Video not only took great care of these personal treasures, but were so personable, easy to work with, and just plain NICE people. The whole experience was a positive one. I have also worked with them for professional video production, and they were just as easy to work with. I highly recommend OK Video.

A short time before christmas I called and spoke to Trish and I wanted to take 10 old vhs tapes and have them put on dvd. Trish took care of it all and was able to complete it before Christmas day which made it even more special. If you need older video technology moved to todays newer formats, just call O.K. video and Im sure they will take care of all your needs.

Outstanding results with transferring old home movies to Disc. The picture quality is much better than watching them by projector with none of the hassle of trying to control lighting, picture flutter and of course the aggravation of setting up the projector, screen, and listening to the constant noise of the projector. Their results were well worth the cost. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

OK Video handles my daughters dance recitals. I have bought the videos for the past 3 years and have been VERY pleased!! I would highly recommend!

I will be bringing the pictures to OK Video on Monday to have our 4th slide presentation made of our family photos. We show the video at the Birthday party of the recipient as a surprise, using pictures that tell their life story and OK Video also adds the music of our choice to go along with the pictures. We have never had anyone not cry during the entire show because they are so moved watching as the memories roll across the screen. They are a wonderful company to work with and our family members have a gift they will treasure forever. I would never go anywhere else!

Year after year my kids school hires this company to record the the schools show. I think they send the same camera operator every year (and maybe there is only one camera operator) because every year the recording is just amateur looking. From zooming in and out and from panning left to right and not showing every kid is just very amateur looking. Sound quality is horrible too. Voices sound muffled. I believe they record audio in MONO. I have seen YOUTUBE vids of kids shows and compared to OK VIDEO they look very superior. I really hope the school doesnt hire this company again.

Thanks to the many snow storms recently we began sorting through Super8, video camcorder tapes, slides and other memorabilia that O.K. Video will be converting to DVD format. I was immediately impressed with how the staff organized my disorganization when I entered with an array of mismatched, partially labeled items.Now, I am sorting through VHS tapes so that when I go in to pick up my DVDs I will be able to drop off more memories....thanks for the professionalism and patience!Sincerely,Lois yD
