Marcus and George are amazing! Made our special day soooo much fun!

Marcus was a great DJ! Really made the wedding so much fun, Highly recommend!

We got married a couple of weeks ago and had the pleasure of working with Marcus, our DJ. He helped us with both the ceremony and reception music and everything was absolutely perfect. The communication, professionalism, and service were all top notch. I loved that was able to select some music that matched my taste and vision for the ceremony and then turned it over to Marcus to keep the dance floor full. It was such a fun night and Marcus himself can bust a move! 10s across the board, highly recommend for your big day or event.

Coastal DJ was a great addition to our big day. Our DJ, Marcus, did a great job of keeping things going and had great communication throughout the whole process. I will definitely be using this company for any future events.

In march of 2020 i attended the wedding expo, i left with great information & handfuls of fliers. during the shutdown the week after i began my journey of searching for a DJ for my may 2021 wedding, george was quick to respond back to me. he was the ONLY dj who offered to set up a phone call and go over their planning system instead of just sending a PDF file of their rate. he spent a good half hour/45 minutes on the phone with my fiancé and answered all questions before we even signed the contract. if your looking for a day that goes smoothly coastal dj will 100% make sure it happens. george organized all my details, and answered with all my questions. about 2 weeks prior to the wedding they set up a phone call to go over EVERYTHING. that’s when we met adrian our DJ. i can’t say enough good about him. he kept everyone, and i mean EVERYONE dancing. he was out on the floor with us, he incorporated his own flair to things, and all my guest kept complimenting how amazing he was and that be belonged in a night club because he was so talented. anything we asked or suggested he made sure it happened. he took care of everything from my ceremony music & audio to the timeline of the wedding. i have so much great things to say about coastal dj and george & adrian!if your planning a wedding you WONT BE DISSAPOINTED.

Coastal DJ was amazing for our wedding! They accommodated us last minute after our original DJ quit on us without notice. George came to the rescue and set us up with Marcus, a truly amazing DJ who went above and beyond. Marcus took the time to call me and talk over everything that we wanted, one by one. Nothing felt rushed and Marcus did an exceptionally great job at sticking to everything we spoke about on our wedding day. His music was on cue and he did everything I asked of him. Marcus was available by text/phone call if I needed him prior to the wedding which was also very helpful since I ended up switching some things around. But that didn’t confuse him in the least! I highly recommend Marcus and coastal DJ for your event :) you won’t be disappointed.

George was fantastic for our professional networking event. He was on time, provided a professional aesthetic in line with our theme, and the music kept our guests high energy and having fun. Hes also very reasonably priced and easy to work with. Would recommend him to anyone!

THE BEST DJ & VIDEO SERVICE EVER!!!! We would give Coastal DJ a 10 if it would allow! My fiance and I are forever grateful to Coastal DJ for literally saving our ceremony & reception. We ran into issues with a previous DJ not having the appropriate equipment for our beachside wedding, so Marcus & George effortlessly accommodated servicing our ceremony. Then, the day before the wedding, the same previous DJ flaked on us and couldnt guarantee he would play for our reception. Once again, Marcus & George came to our rescue...a day before the wedding! And effortlessly worked with us to book services for our reception. They even threw in some surprises that brought us to tears.. Despite the pandemic and chaos our countrys experiencing right now, there are still people/businesses out here with a heart! And one of those hearts are Coastal DJ & Video. They are highly recommended by our venue, Courtyard by Marriott in Carolina Beach and highly recommended by us. Coastal DJ & Video, we & our guest thank you for giving us the time of our lives!

Costal DJ was one of the best parts about our wedding. Without an excellent DJ, sequencing and timing of events can fall apart and the dance floor can become lackluster. However, that was not the case our Big Day! They did an amazing job and everyone for weeks after raved about how great our DJ was. We highly recommend them to anyone having a wedding in the costal region of NC.

We had George as our DJ who came recommended by our wedding planner for our wedding in Manteo. We booked him for both ceremony audio and reception. He was absolutely outstanding in every way! In preparation for the event, reminders and recommendations were emailed and given access to some playlists to look through for potential song choices, I found these playlists super helpful in thinking about my ceremony choices! For the reception - I have never seen a dance full for nearly 4-5 straight hours like our was at our wedding. Nearly every guest in attendance commented on how great the music choices, variety of choices...etc. was. We had to book him for an extra hour on the spot because no one was ready to leave! Absolutely perfect evening, thank you George and Coastal DJ & Video.

Hands down the best!George and his crew were so flexible with all the changes due to COVID! He added the ceremony music (which was all acoustic) and the drone at the last minute! A complete and total life saver!! He was as detail oriented as I was, maybe a little more! Our reception could not have been better! Everyone working with George, including the videographers and the guy that was in charge of the photo booth, called me the week of the wedding to introduce themselves and asked if I had any special request. Everyone was very personable and made our special day completely amazing!! Thank you so much for all of your patience and flexibility!

I met George very early on in the wedding planning process and he was so helpful every step of the way. I had no clue how to schedule our order of events for the reception but George was willing to meet and help establish a timeline for the reception and provided excellent recommendations of songs to accompany things such as garter toss, cake cutting etc... Im a country music girl. Love the genre, but fully admit does not make for the best party music. I told George that I just wanted my guests to dance and have a great time, and THAT THEY DID! Our reception was such a blast and a night to truly remember thanks to his wonderful work. He even texted me a video of our send off a couple days later. He truly went above and beyond and I would highly recommend him to any future brides
