We booked a place through this website for OCMD arrive on the day we had booked, weren’t given an address or key or any communication until after we had to book a hotel last minute. Awful service.

Update: Tripz refunded my charges and canceled my subscription soon after this review.I posted my listing on Tripz.com a few months back, and found tenants soon after from ANOTHER site. I reached out to Tripz to cancel the listing and received generic instructions from them promptly. However, the site gave me an error saying Ive had a pending listing so I cannot turn off the subscription. After reaching back out to Tripz.com I have not received any response back for months now, but have been continued to be charged the $9/mo subscription. Still would love a response back to cancel my listing..

We rarely ever get to go on vacation and had specific days we could go. The details from the search listing are totally different than when you book. The availability was different, the min day requirement was different, and the price per night was a lot different. I had to go through with it because I had already told the other couple going with us the details. My mistake. I just want to warn other people. I contacted the owner and she said she told them but they said they are in charge of the listings so they knew it was wrong.

I found the perfect vacation rental using this website. I also didnt have to pay the high traveler service fees that AirBnB and VRBO charge. I will be using them again!

I’m glad somebody is fighting fees and policies of the larger OTA’s like homeaway and Airbnb. Everybody needs to support these start up that are helping save travel necessary fees!! Thanks Tripz

Ive just spent the last three hours trying to input dates of availability for our home. The website drops dates, does not have enough options for dates (we rent weekly and there are 52 weeks in a year and all rates are different depending upon holidays, peak season, etc. Additionally, we tried to search for our home and it will not appear despite using various types/names in a search. Website is a waste of money as a property owner. Have to give it one start - wont accept anything less.
