Beware: Dishonest cleaning/inspection staff.We stayed at 551 S Lumina Ave beachfront property for 1 week in June 2021 - cleaning/inspection staff was not honest or trustworthy. We accidentally left a $250 brand new Airpod Pro and could point with 100% certainty, its location in the house. In addition to our memory serving us well, the last location of the lost item could also be systemically tracked (through an app on our phones) to the house. But despite us notifying cleaning/management staff immediately (Tatiana was the cleaner before our stay, Liana C was the management staff we interacted with) but the staff was indifferent/ uncooperative and mentioned they could not find anything. Not good memories one would typically associate with a beach vacation. Will not stay again.

Buyer beware! Worthless travel insurance and absolute inflexibility with a Covid-related cancellation. I reserved and pre-paid a rental for a family gathering. Because the Bryant RE website strongly recommends travel insurance, I bought it through them. Covid spiked just after making the reservation and family members in their 80s asked us not to visit. When I contacted Bryant Real Estate to cancel, they referred me to the traveler’s insurance policy which, in the fine print, excludes “epidemics and pandemics.” I had assumed, incorrectly, that travel insurance sold during a pandemic would cover cancellations due to the pandemic. Bryant Real Estate offered no refund and no flexibility on moving the reservation to another date.

Working with Bryant Real Estate has been a wonderful experience. Right from the start they were accommodating in helping me “view” the property I wanted to rent by making arrangements for my family member visit the condo since I was coming from out of state. They are proactive with communication in regards to anything going on in the community and services at my condo. The office staff is extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone renting in the area.

By far the best rental company I’ve ever rented for. Not only were the at my house within an hour of submitting an online maintenance request, but they also don’t have breed restrictions when it comes to my fur babies. I can’t count how many places that have turned me down due to having a pit bull and german shepherd mix. I’d give 100 stars if I could! 10/10 would highly recommend. So friendly and efficient.

Ever since even before I moved in Bryant Realty employees I have been in constant contact with me on every aspect of my move-in and any of my needs concerning utilities or anything else that may have come up. I absolutely love the unit! It was perfect when I moved in, it was clean and painted and the fixtures and ceiling fan lights etc. that they chose including the kitchen appliances were all absolutely wonderful! I couldn’t have dreamed of moving into a nicer apartment it was even nicer than the model I was shown before. Every time I’ve tried to contact them through the tenant portal they’ve gotten back to me as soon as possible and everything is always going smoothly. Horrible rental company. Do not rent with them. In the case of a MANDATORY EVACUATION by the state of North Carolina from Hurricane Dorian they wont refund your money. Essentially, it is fully on the guest to purchase their own rental insurance prior to your trip just in case a natural disaster (such as a hurricane) hits. Why would anyone work with an antiquated company like this anymore? You may as well use airbnb if possible since you can at least cancel the night before and still get half of your money back. I am sure that someone from the company will respond to this negative review to say, well, you shouldve purchased rental insurance, but on the flip side I say to you: YOUR coverage as a company should cover losses associated with a missed rental payment in the event of a refund. Mandatory Evacuation means we literally CANT even go to the property, even if we wanted to weather the storm... yet the company will keep our money. Even my AIRLINE has decided to give a FULL REIMBURSEMENT (not just a credit). So, since you wont give me my money back Ill make sure you at least have negative Google and Yelp reviews. Not that this review could ever make up for the fact that youre literally stealing money from my family.

If you are under the age of 30, dont even bother trying to rent a place with Bryant Real Estate. After calling the office several times to ask about different properties, booking a property, and paying the initial payment of 50% of the cost to rent the property I was emailed the day after booking and informed that we would need to submit a written request including background information for all guests and their ages so that the owner of the house might review. I did not see this email until several hours later as I was working, and they had already cancelled our rental. I emailed a written request including all of the information requested, called several more times and left messages, and received no response. The following day, Friday, I did not receive any follow up and was unable to contact due to traveling. I did not receive any more information until Monday when I called at opening, and was told that my information was reviewed and we would not be considered for ANY property. Their website clearly states NO SORORITIES, FRATERNITIES, CHURCH GROUPS, WEDDING RECEPTIONS, HOUSE PARTIES, SPRING BREAK PARTIES, but as our group did not fit into any of these categories I thought there might be SOMEONE who would want to rent their house in the off season. After asking for any recommendations on another avenue to pursue, I was told that no one allows rentals for people under 30 and maybe I should try AirBnb. So, if anyone reading this review has a recommendation for a group of responsible adults that happen to be mostly under 30 years old, please let me know!

Bryant Realty has provided our family’s annual vacation needs at Wrightsville, Carolina, and Kure Beach for the last several years. The selection, service, and quality of the property has always exceeded our expectations. The professional team really cares about the guest experience and I would recommend Bryant Realty to all.

The worst customer service ever. This company is very unprofessional and unorganized. I would highly recommend going to a different real estate agent to do business with.

We rented the McDonald property this past week based upon the online pictures. Misleading is an understatement. Broken blinds, beds felt like 1000 springs in your back, everything is SEVERELY dated, the doors are just slats(no real privacy), we killed roaches and water bugs every morning, had to pay and extra 10.00 for each bed to be made, filthy floors, and it was 2700.00 a week. Unacceptable. Stay away.
