I would suggest asking price for his service ahead of time. My husband and I had never used a cpa before and Jay was not upfront about his process or his pricing until after he completed the service and hit us with a large bill. He is very nice and seems trustworthy, but definitely not transparent. Do your research ahead of time.

He has been doing our taxes for 3 years, he is the best, we were owing the IRS every year, not anymore, we get refunds thanks to Jay !!! Great guy, very smart !!!
