I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There employees have no knowledge or can’t get one simple thing done. Don’t waste your time

I went to have my taxes done here since I was recommended, sadly they never sent my taxes on time and now im facing problems with the IRS.I don’t blame the person who prepared my taxes, but I do blame his assistant/secretary, they have no clue how to run the office. Second part is that I had a car title of MINE that needed to be notarized so I can send to buyer. The front assistant/secretary once again, no clue what shes doing said I could not sign it since the 2 parties needed to be present, even tho I had the bill of sale signed by him and I, and it was my signature needed to release the title. Had the title notarized next door from them. If he had more experienced people at the front office this business would do better.

Julian is the best ....hes a tax specialist, Ive been done tax services with him for couple years and he always give us the best results...saving a lot of money....after all he cares about your results and business.. highly recommend!

Great service and great job

We scheduled an appointment for 11am on Tuesday. We went to the smaller location off of Kerr Ave by mistake. The girl at the smaller office said she would call Julian for us to let him know that we were at the wrong office. When she got back to us maybe 5 minutes later, she goes We cant reach him. I have called him and texted him, but he hasnt responded. So we decided to go to the bigger office of Market Street. Once there it was the same thing. Julian wasnt around or reachable. Although when i questioned this the lady at the counter says he does this sometimes. I wont be giving this company a second chance.

Great place to get taxes done, get a company registered correctly and to get any issues resolved with taxes! Staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help.

March 12th 2018, My account away unfortunately in 2017 a very good man help me every way. I was looking for a new accountant and boy did I find one Julian Resendez at JJ Tax Services .I have some troubles with my taxes this year so he made me an appointment at 11 today and I gave him the information paperwork and he assured me everything would be fine.He sent me on my way with information and telling me that he would be able to help me I really appreciated that. I found my new account when you meet Julian youll know just when you see him. I guess it was just my lucky day
