I called I said how are you there was silence then the lady on the other end replied yes how can I help you I thought that was so rude! Her tone definitely said she didn’t feel like being bothered! I asked my questions at the end of the call I said thank you and she just hung up no thanks for calling have a nice day it was straight cut and dry she hung up! Not personable at all no customer service experience at all.

Must have contact for families with children with disabilities. Very helpful, always friendly!
