Would get notification that a package arrived, so would travel to get the package late in the day and they would say there is no package, seeming upset with me asking. Come the next day or 2 days later and the package was there and the date that SHOWED PACKAGE CAME IN when I asked for it previously would be crossed out with todays date..This happened many times...Then one day I asked for a service I used before and they gave me higher price...When I informed them the previous price, the older gentleman look on a paper list said sorry WRONG PRICE...I left this Mailbox service and went somewhere else AND NEVER HAD THESE PROBLEMS AGAIN!

My package was dropped off with a pre printed label to Fed Ex. My package was never picked up, therefore I am unable to have it tracked by Fed Ex. I am now being charged $250 for a defective item that I was sending back. I was given no confirmation that Fed Ex ever picked up my package but was only told that Mailbox Express is not liable! If you want to ensure your package gets to its intended destination, do not use this mailing facility.

NOT GOOD!!! Not very professional and they often misplaced my packages. They send a text whenever they want, to let you know a package arrived. One time they finally texted me that a package came. I arrived, they said no package. I said I received a text (this happened several times before I spoke up), they spoke out loud and said, Everyone makes mistakes. My response, Ok. Came the next day, did not receive a text BUT I had a package and yesterdays date was crossed out. This is when I made my decision, I am closing this Personal mailbox. Just closed it TODAY!!!

Bad...nice at first...unorganized... unprofessional

Took a package to this place for UPS ground shipping and requested to buy an additional $5K of insurance. When the guy told me that the insurance alone was going to be just short of $140.00 I nearly passed out. Told it that could not be right and he gave me some line about the rate. So, took the same package to the UPS Terminal near the airport and requested the same ground service with the same additional insurance and they shipped it for $50 total!! Who does this character use as an insurance carrier?? Lloyds of London?? A real cheat!! Avoid at all costs.

Not a good store... go to the one in landfall center instead. My first time here I stood around for 5 minutes while the owner chatted with who i assume was a regular customer or friend because they received much better customer service. No one even said be right with you or acknowledged my existence. The other employee simply ignored me and continued browsing the internet. I needed to print a pre-paid shipping label, and they charged me $3 just to print a single sheet of paper!!?? not to mention neither of the employees could figure out how to print from a flash drive.. took them nearly 10 minutes just to be able to print a standard word document. Another time, I brought in a flat rate box package, and the guy charged me over 4x the actual USPS rate... RIDICULOUS!! I will never use this store again, I dont even understand how they are still in business... You can even see from the owners response on here how they treat the customer.. always wrong... i came back once bc it was the closest store to me at the time, and i wanted to make sure it wasnt just a fluke in service the 1st time.
