Easy to drop off packages here that I need to get scanned.

Package still has not arrived. I purchased items on the 14th of this month. package was supposedly shipping on the 15th, and delivery was to be on the 17th, did not happen. After no delivery, package was supposed to be delivered on the 20th, that didnt happen either. After many hours on phone, still can not get an honest answer as to when i will get my package. Its not the 23rd, and their online updates show there still isnt an answer as to when i will be able to pick up the package. Fedex needs to shut down, move aside for the UPS and USPS, they are honestly more professional and on time, plus customer services is a 1000 times better. Truly horrible shipping experience. Would give a negative rating if possible.

Place is clean, not busy and the staff is extremely helpful
