WAITED 3 HOURS FOR MY LOAD TO GET TO THE FACILITY. They said that my load was still at the PORT. Once it arrived at the facility, they loaded fast and for that, I give 3 stars. Call ahead and see the status of your load. You might be lucky that your load is ready to go or not and not have to rush to get here like I did.

I would give this place only three stars but they have a porta-potty outside their office and Im thankful for that. The office workers are usually always rude but they have a big lot and allow overnight parking and they have a porta potty so I gave it four stars. some of the employees, however, are very nice.

Easy in and out. Cant speak for live load/unload. Friendly staff. Recommend coming up rt 9 from south. Better than cutting through town.

Not sure about the other reviews but I’ve been waiting for roughly 8 hours and no door assigned. They said they had to get product from the port. The ppl are extremely nice and there is overnight parking so plus for that. Just wish the product was here to load.

Every time I come here the guys are super nice. This place gets pretty busy and they do an excellent job handling all the truckers. I usually get loaded around 1300-1500 its first come.

Fust loading 20 minutes after check in got a door 45 minutes loaded.

Beats all expectations, you get a chance to check all your shocks on the yard. Two choices : mud or dust storms also contribute to the experience. Dont let it fool you its a very efficient low cost operation though it tries to disguise itself by looking like crap. If you say otherwise you just want to pickup a fight. Have at it, go bananas.

I load here pretty much every week. Nice people and lots of spots to sleep and its safe. No washrooms. Just portapoty. Extremely fast loading. No faxing for Canadian loads.

Some improvements have been done to the mud pit. Just a lot of dust from yard jockeys hauling butt all over.Decent time loading, guess i got lucky.

First come first served. If theyre taking a container out of the port for you, try to get there mid-afternoon. Theyve never been rude to me, theyre there to do their job though, and they do it efficiently. Dont expect too much small talk.

Called in to check in to see if my load was ready since I had to stop for the nigh and I was out of hours. Gave my pickup number and was told I dont know. Thats not an optional answer either yes its loaded and ready or no it still needs to be loaded. How hard is it to type in a couple of numbers into computer and check? The blonde kid is not a dusch he is just a complete dumbass who thinks its hard sitting at a desk and typing in numbers all day. He is the most incompetent worker I seen in a long time. He must be family of owners or Leonard himself if they havent canned him.

They load your truck in 15 mins. Pockup up load from here 4-5 times. Within 1 hr you will be out of here.

Loaded quickly but young blonde guy in the office was the rudest shipper ive met in over 3 years.also if id have had full fuel tanks id have been overweight.
