Been telling their customer service the driver is not reading the signs on our our doors to deliver to side of building. I was also told twice that the distribution site would call me 2 times I have not received a phone call very lazy unprofessional. I get better service from UPS and the USPS.
For 20 years FedEx routinely dropped my packages at the wrong address. Customer service is never any help. This is never a problem with UPS, USPS or Amazon delivery.
Had 3 years of missed delivery and unnecessary delays which is now accompanied by trying to double charge for duties.
Had a package deliver to the wrong address. Talk to customer service but she didnt seem she wanted to help. Kept evading questions and blaming usps stating it was a smart package yet Tracking says Fed ex is delivering it. Please give customer service some Omega 3 for healthy brain function, if i am bothering them because i am asking questions...then they shouldnt be working in Customer service. I ended up looking through the neighborhood and found the package. 🤷🏻♂️
I’ve been trying to track delivery of a package now for four days have received numerous notices that it would be here, I have waited, only for tonight up here and when I call and told oh it will be there sometime tomorrow. When I ask what time or if it will be before six or before eight I’m told thank you for calling FedEx and then they hang up customer service rating zero stars
This is not what I would call a consumer location. There is no regular staff or ability to tape or print labels. It seems more for small businesses; however, if you have a small parcel, you can go in, pick up the phone that awaits you in the empty room, and get someone to come and take your package. The staff is friendly. There is plenty of free parking.
