As first time home buyers we were in a bit of a rush to find a home before our wedding, Caleb was flexible and able to get is in multiple houses very quickly. Caleb also has gathered a range of people he personally recommends for home services, it’s a very good network. Very thankful for his service!

Caleb recently helped me find my first home. I can not put in one review how great of a realtor he is! From our first connection via Zillow to after closing he made sure everyone involved was informed and taken care of. He made the process so personable and smooth. Not only did he listen to my every want and need for my first home, he hand picked through countless homes to find what I was searching for. His availability is outstanding- any time of the day or night when I had a question or concern he would get back to me with urgency. Outside of being extremely personable and caring, his negotiation skills are impeccable. After getting us a deal on the home with upfront equity, Caleb decided to keep pushing and get us an even better deal after a small hiccup on the home inspection. I honestly could not recommend a better person to work with on purchasing/selling your home. Do not pass this guy up!

Caleb was recommended to us via one of our friends and we are so glad that he was. He navigated our new condo purchase through several challenges and he was always positive and willing to go the extra mile for us. We are in Raleigh and were purchasing in Calabash and he even went out of his way to video conference and stream some places for us when we could not make it down ourselves before we found the exact place we wanted. And it should be noted, this was an hour trip for him as well. Caleb was truly a blessing to work with. He was so motivated and sure he could find me just what I wanted.
