I received an email yesterday that the inspector would be out between 8 and 10 am today. He was at my house by 9:30 and it was the same inspector I always have and have grown to trust, which I very much appreciate. The visit is quick and brief, but thorough! I couldnt ask for anything more.

Western Pest Services Representative, John Flores, did an excellent job preforming the termite inspection. He was very thorough in explaining exactly what he was doing and answered all of our questions.We were disappointed that we did not receive the Green Post Card alerting us of our appointment date and time. We learned from the office that they are no longer sending out the appointment cards. They will notify us by email going forward. Mr. Flores had come to our home a week ago to do the inspection and we were not home. My wife called the office the next day and rescheduled the appointment.

Charlie was punctual, helpful, and informative. He found the entrance where the mice were entering the house and tracked their path from the outside vent all the way to the top of the chimney! He then gave us affordable advice on how they can fix it. Will definitely call again if/when needed!

My notification was one day by email. Email said someone would be at my home 2-4. The service technician showed up at 10. Luckily I was home. Usually I get a mailing about a week or more before date of service. There was no mailing

I also really appreciate that they assign a specific technician, instead of sending a random person every time. This way they get to know your property and you deal with the same person every time. I highly recommend Western Pest Services. I had an ant problem, called this morning and they had someone out to me right when I came home from work the same day. Kevin has been the same Serviceman coming to my house since 2007. I feel completely comfortable and confident in having him take care of my home. It is so great to work with someone who takes pride in what they do and goes the extra step to connect on a personal level. Prices are reasonable and service is high quality.

Western Pest came out once for a initial assessment and treated my property in the summer. Now that it is time for another seasonal maintenance, I was charged for the service, but no one came to complete a service. One week after I was charged, I called Western four times and left messages, but never received a call back. I then contacted my credit card company to inform them of the fraudulent charge by Western. A few days later Western finally contacted me back. I will never use or recommend Western again due to their negligence and poor customer service.

Our Technical Specialiat is Kevin Brennen. His knowledge as an exterminator is outstanding, and very professional. All of my friends that I have recommended are very satisfied with both, Western Pest and Kevin Brennen. Outstanding company.

Inspector (Greg) explained everything very clearly and knowledgeably. Overall service was very good.

I have a service plan with these guys. They come when they say they will and do a very good job. I also recently used them for termite treatment. Again they came when they said and did a good job. My only criticism is that they had to drill holes in my deck to treat the soil beneath (I was OK with this). Salesman said they would plug the holes with wood plugs. Technician who did the work used ugly grey plastic plugs, said they don’t use wood any more grey plastic is all they have. Matches trex decks well, and they do a lot of trex decks.He eventually came back and replaced with some wood ones he was able to scrounge. I think it is a little silly they don’t have a variety of colors and materials of plugs. I find it hard to believe there aren’t lots of people out there who still have wood decks.

Had a great experience until it was time for billing and payment. We didn’t receive a bill until a month after they completed their service and once we received it, we were practically harassed for payment. Sent payment a week ago and they still haven’t put the payment through. The person who answers my calls is unable to tell me the reason for the delay. They shouldn’t harass people for payment and then sit on the funds.

They are always prompt, and get the job done. High quality folks, always in uniform, and totally professional (thanks Charlie).

On 4/15 Greg came out on a Sunday mind you to check for a BAT problem that my mom thought we had and he was very thorough and noticed there were other problems we had which are very important to maintaining a proper home and the pricing was very fair so we are going thru with the work cant wait to see the difference

They barely put any effort into searching for the bed bugs. It took until we caught a couple ourselves and showed them (in their 3rd inspection) that they were willing to move forward with extermination. Upon preparation we tried calling in to verify a few questions (if everything wasnt up to their requirements, we would have to pay $100 and reschedule) but the guy who answered was rude and refused to speak with me. They have a contract with our apartment building and the owner herself had given me their number for questions, but he just acted like I was dumb. After spraying, they didnt leave any instructions so we had to have the office call them and ask what we needed to do next. We lived out of bags for a week, as they were supposed to do a follow up spray. They never did. We were told they didnt see anything, so they didnt spray. Very infuriating for multiple reasons.
