We have been with Reardon for at least 5 years and LOVE the service!!!! First, we pay month by month and can cancel at anytime. I have never heard of having to sign a contract.They are always polite and I love the fact that they will come out anytime, between regular treatments if you see anything. Two summers ago we had a massive ant problem. They were out the next day and the tech explained why we should not vacuum them up but let the ants carry the poison back to the nest. We also call at the first sight of the horrible camel crickets in our basement. they are out right away and we do not see them the rest of the summer. I am a real client that lives in the the Afton neighborhood of Wilmington.

They would not do our pest inspection because we do not have a contract with them. So they want me to pay for a full year contract to get a termite inspection. Seems predatory to me.
