Went in for the rapid test before traveling out of the state Quick in and out. Staff was very professional. Have to pay yourself; they don’t take insurance. Very reasonable prices.

If I could give Any Lab Test Now a 0 rating, I would. I scheduled an appointment online and drove 1.5 hours to the lab site since I do not have one in my locale. Nowhere in the online information or in the reminder messages sent to me (email and text) was anything prominently (if at all) displayed about required documentation. When I arrived, I was greeted with, Did you bring your documentation? We require proof of citizenship, either a passport or drivers license and birth certificate. Seriously, proof of citizenship? I can vote in this country without proof of citizenship. And if I presented my insurance card, would that not be proof enough? I wasted 3 hours of my time and will never be back. Neither will I recommend Any Lab Test Now to anyone else. The lab should be renamed, Any Lab Test Now if You Happen to Carry Your Passport or Birth Certificate with You.

Went on a Tuesday to get tested for a Latex allergy. The phlebotomist was great she said it should take 2 to 3 business days to find my results it is now Monday and they said they have my results when I called but the service was super rude. Not professional at all when talking to customers.

Went to get a rapid COVID test for school. The woman who came out was INCREDIBLY rude & impatient with us. She was sarcastic and no help at all. If you need a COVID test, I do NOT recommend this place. Also, they do not take insurance and don’t specify that detail until you arrive. I refused to get tested there and left. TERRIBLE experience. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Went to get TSA pre-check. didn’t make an appointment and barely had to wait. SHEILA WAS THE BEST!!! She is so sweet and I never thought I would have fun doing anything related to TSA, but she made the process easy and enjoyable :)

This place is kinda weird for a medical office. The front desk lady was very nice. The phlebotomist was very curt and not talkative, I think she was having a bad day.. she got me first stick though and it didn’t hurt so she was very good at drawing blood. All in all I hope I never have to come back here againEdit: they called me an let me know that they are remodeling

I have never experienced more understanding, kind, and wonderful people than the ones that work at Anylab. They truly are amazing, and the way the treat their patients should be a model of how all others in their profession should conduct themselves. I am truly grateful for their support

I recently had 15 rounds of radiation. In the middle of the treatments I became exhausted. I went to any lab test had a their upgraded b12 shot. Not only did my energy level come back fully but have also lost about 10 lbs. can’t thank you enough! Susan and her gals in Wilmington NC do a fantastic job. Highly recommend them for B12 shots and everything else they offer!!!

I’ve been going here for years and have always loved the small business store atmosphere. It was always an easy process, in and out quickly, with professional employees. Respect for my privacy and keeping my personal experience at a minimum.However, the last couple of times I’ve been in, an employee kept loudly asking me why I was there. I had the information on my phone to give her, but she wanted to know why right then. It got to the point she was guessing why I was having a certain test done, she was completely wrong on all levels.Just a tip, don’t speak loudly and say why you think the customer is there, especially in a room full of people. This is a medical testing facility, you are there to perform a service. You don’t know the circumstances of why someone is having a test or is it any of your concern. It’s the results that matter and they are between the patient and their doctor. Privacy is key, keep this in mind with any customer.

Professional and fast. You can come in with no appointment and get your tests done right away. Susan is wonderful. She helped me and my son many times. And it is usually less expensive than the same tests done somewhere else. Those of us with high deductibles appreciate that.

I like this place.I discovered Any Lab Test Now while visiting a neighboring health-food store, and Im glad I did, for ALTN has become my go-to for vitamin B12 injections (not only are the injections high-quality and reasonably priced, but they are administered in the easiest, most convenient fashion imaginable). Whats more, the staff Ive interacted with there have consistently been friendly, professional, and attentive (and able to deliver painless injections, as it were). Ive had zero problems over the course of my visits, and I plan to keep them up.So, a big thank-you to all the good folks of this business. My husband needed a pre-employment drug screening, so took time off work to go to this business. There was a sign on the door that said that, due to a family emergency, they were closed. It was annoying and inconvenient (and cost us some money), but okay..stuff happens. Just bad timing.Not wanting to take more time off and needing the test done ASAP, he decided to return on Saturday morning, delaying our departure on a trip. We arrived at the posted opening time (10am) only to be greeted by another sign, stating that, due to marathon traffic, they would open at 11. So, despite being pretty annoyed, we waited.By 11:15, the business still wasnt open, and we were among a small group waiting. We left, so have no idea when or if the owner/employee showed up, but after losing hours of both pay and our weekend vacation, my husband will be finding a more professional place to go for his test.
