I attend ascend flow weekly and I absolutely adore it. I have been to almost every aerial center in the area and its just perfect. Offers two apparatus a session instead of just one like a lot of other places. A great comfortable and encouraging environment for all levels!

I started attending Ascend almost a year ago and my classes are what I look forward to the most every week. The teachers are wonderful and teach in a way that everyone in class can understand and have fun. I’m so much stronger and more flexible because of these classes and I’m doing amazing things I never thought I would. Not only are the teachers and owner phenomenal, but the students are all so supportive and friendly from the very first time you walk in the door. It truly is like a little circus family!

This place is magical. The classes are fun, challenging, and you don’t even realize you’re working out! The instructors are well trained, know how to work with students on any level, and care a lot about keeping everyone safe. I highly recommend taking a class, you’ll do things you never thought you could otherwise!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Its become my second home and such a great outlet for me. Its affordable, with great teachers, and overall terrific gym. It honestly changed my life. 5 stars, definitely!!

I have been going to ascend for almost a year now! I can’t say enough good things about the instructors and fellow students! Everyone is very supportive and encouraging. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to try circus arts or is just looking to shake up their fitness routine.

Ascend is fantastic. I have been going for the last few months and have gotten so much more comfortable in the air. The teachers are great and it is such a supportive community. I only wish I lived closer so I could attend more classes there!

The most amazing place to fall in love with a new and exciting way of exercising! I was terrified and insanely self conscious my first day, about a year ago. That was so quickly thrown out the window. Everyone here, students and instructors are nothing but supportive and genuinely happy to see you succeed. I cannot recommend this place more, I’ve never felt so strong and beautiful!

Even with a busy schedule, I took on aerial arts a year and a half ago. It’s completely changed my life and gave me a comfortable spot where I can relate to many. I feel at home when I’m in the studio and have learned and grown so much over the time. Best decision I ever made was to start classes here.

Ive attended several beautifully arranged performances here, and I also took an intro workshop with Bria and Jackie. My experiences here have been fun, challenging, safe, and educational. Lots of other wonderful, supportive students and teachers here as well, in a very creative, unique environment!

I drive an hour and a half 3 times a week to get to Ascend and it is WORTH IT! I hesitated to start because I didnt have a friend who wanted to make the drive with me. Everyone was so welcoming right away and honestly making new friends has been the best part.

A warm environment to learn new skills - and not just new skills, but awesome things that make you feel likewise. The instructors are patient and work with each student to help them get to their goals. If I could give this place 6 stars I would. There is literally no better place Id rather be training in.

Fell in love with this place after my first class! I have been practicing at this studio for years. I have seen steady growth in students and teachers. It isnt just a place for fitness, but most importantly, the community here is the most supportive and fun I have been part of.

Ascend has become such an enormous part of my life in less than two short years. Aerial is intrinsically so much fun that it has entirely changed my experience of fitness (from “why would anyone ever go to a gym?” to “what do I need to do to be able to do THAT?”). Meanwhile the community—instructors and participants alike—are so warm and generous that it makes me smile just to walk in the door. This is absolutely the place to give a try to something new and different. If it falls outside your comfort zone, everyone at Ascend will take great care of you!

Ascend Flow Arts has enriched my life with a new hobby and work out activity. Students of all ages enjoy classes from youth to middle-aged and beyond! A safe place to explore new skills surrounded by great people-both instructors and students.

I’ve been attending classes here for the past couple of years. I had no prior experience. Now I’m developing skills, learning from highly skilled professional and caring teachers, but have also found an accepting and supportive community. I highly recommend trying a workshop...I did and have been taking classes ever since.

I love this place! Everyone is super welcoming and the instructors are very knowledgeable. I live almost an hour away and make the drive twice a week!

Its just a cash grab. Classes are so full, students get very little attention. If you want to learn anything, you have to pay extra and go to practice.Edit: Obviously Im not going to use my real name. I dont want my child to be singled out. Now that our voice has been heard. Ascend Flow Arts is the absolute best! I came in so nervous, because I dont have a background in dance, gymnastics or any other sport. Everyone (teachers and students alike) are always extremely encouraging and will take the time to work with you until youve gotten the trick down. Maia has been there to catch me quite a few times when I was nervous. Circus arts has quickly become my favorite hobby! The owner, Bria, is really involved with the students and will work with you anytime you have a concern.

Myself, wife and daughter all attend classes here. Love it. Great workout, excellent people and comfortable environment. Highly recommend.

I have been taking classes here for several years and I love it. Its a fun exercise in a supportive environment.

When I started at Ascend I had always wanted to do circus, but never felt I had the strength required and knew there wasnt a class close enough to regularly get to. It was hard work in the beginning (and still is when youre doing it right!) but I had so much support and encouragement that I was able to grow as a student and become a performer.Not only that, Ascend has become my family. Everyone is welcome despite their background, ability, or level - you just have to being willing to work and have a positive attitude! Classes range from basics to performance prep. My fellow classmates and performers are even friends outside the studio (weve had Friendsgiving parties, birthday celebrations, field trips, meet ups for coffee/hugs/tears), and theres always someone willing to lend support or a hand.If youve always wanted to circus but didnt know where to start, please come join us! Were always interested in making new flying friends!😊

I just came back from the student showcase. It was amazing! The performances looked professional. I cant believe that these are regular people who do this for the love of it.
