My neighbors have this business, my problem with these people are, Im retired, they come into the neighborhood at 6:20 Friday mornings, when there is an ordinance in place for 8:00. I never complained about this. My complaint was they drove radically over the speed bumps, when they picked up the cans and emptied they literally heaved hoed the 96 gallon cans and they would land into my driveway. I called the company several times, left messages about this consistent problem, never a return call. Then to add insult to injury they are now coming earlier and go out of their way to be noisier. If evergreen was the only service in Delaware I would take my own trash to the dump. Definitely not customer friendly.
