My buyers lots its package.. USPS tracking shows delivered. Left in or at mailbox.. company will not take responsibility for package lots at their possession.. I shipped medium flat rat box. How can it fit on that tiny mail box they have c7.Update: turns out they found the package. not sure what happen, seems like they had it all along,, just didnt even know it.

***EBAY AMAZON SELLERS***Do not sell anything to anyone using reshippers, including this one!!They will open a dispute against you and say that the courier lost the package which wont be the case.There is nothing wrong with reshippers themselves, they provide great service, just dont sell anything online and have that item shipped to a reshipper.

They lost the package. Very unorganized. FedEx says delivered but no one knows what they did to my package. I cannot even contact them since there’s only 1 phone number and it goes to voicemail which is full. Who will take responsibility for my lost package??? Very unprofessional!
