I purchased a home from them a few years back and have had nothing but problems. Everything they “fix” is really just covered up or hidden. I have called on multiple occasions since buying my house with no response. Buy at your own risk

BUYER BE WARE!! Crooks! HORRIBLE experience!We bought a home from this company in April 2016. Two months following the purchase we noticed a roof leak. The company was Renovo Homes was notified of the problem and their response was we did not do any work in that area. They did not send a service representive to the house and would not return any of our phone calls that followed. Needless to say, the roof was repaired- out-of-pocket expense of almost $2000. The home warranty that they advertise is only as good as the company-- HORRIBLE! DO NOT BUY!! Once you close on the house-- IT IS YOURS!Before closing they will dazzle you with empty promises and seem to be interested in any concern that arises--- THE PHONE GOSE SILENT ONCE THE SELL IS FINAL! That fancy coat of paint that is applied covers up REAL ISSUES! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THESE CROOKS!!KENNETH GREGORY
