Was a client of Liz Preston, BEST therapist I ever had. When she left the company, transformative wellness called me & left a voice-mail for me to call back to get scheduled with Robin. Ive been calling when I can ever since, nobody ever answers.Its been over a month & I still havent gotten a call back from my 4 or 5 voice-mails nor does anyone ever answer the phone.I guess I dont really need the help right?🙄Editing to add, they called me back finally after 8 voice-mails left for them & now Im on a waiting list behind 25 other people. Ive called them a total of 16 times with no answer & now I have to wait even longer to get the help Ive been needing since my therapist left the company.Worst therapy clinic Ive had to deal with.
