I showed up to my appointment on time and they marked me as a no call no show. When I questioned why it was so long and I hadn’t seen the doctor yet they said they marked me as a no call no show and I would have to reschedule, their next appointment was 3 months from then. When I pushed back they told me I was lucky they were rescheduling me. I was there the entire time, and they acted like I wasn’t. Awful experience.

Horrible office staff. Sent in registration last Friday, got a verbal confirmation from Anna that it was received. Called 4 times and left messages to schedule my son to see psychiatrist, no response. Today they called back saying they never received the packet then argued with me then Aliyah said “I’m hanging up what the fuck” because I told her this was unacceptable and someone needed to take responsibility.

Judgmental over cannabis use. Wanted me to quit smoking for 14 days and submit to a drug test if they signed a DOT form. Very antiquated approach to psychiatry. Dr rescheduled multiple times in 6 months.

Office staff is horrible. Whoever I spoke to needs to learn how to use her words. She asks me “what’s your name” so I spelled it out for her then she say “oh I meant what’s your doctors name” so I tell her and she says “oh.. he’s not here” ... what she really meant was “what doctor were you interested in seeing” .. how hard is that to say??? Then she tells me I need a referral, which I had, which she didn’t believe.

Only patients with a Christiana Care physician may schedule here -- they will dismiss all other patients.
