When my husband first moved to the States from England, he went to Express to find a job. While he was filling out the paperwork, they asked if he could start a job at 6 am the next morning. He said yes and worked for the agency until they hired him full time with the company. That was a total of about 3 years between the two. We appreciate the fact they put him to work so quickly. Most long term relationships depend on attitude and this company was easy to work with and always a positive attitude. Now, several years later, my husband has his own business and Express helped to start him down that path here in the States. I gave the 4 stars instead of 5 because in everything we do, there is always room for Improvement. It sould really be a 4.5 star.

One of their people claimed to be covid positive and came to work. Claimed not to know protacall for virus. Can this company really have people this stupid and uninformed. Think twice before you use them. Still have no proof but this is like yelling fire in a crowded theater.

Great Company. The reviews are not the best but I still went in. The atmosphere was really laid back. The ladies in the office are really nice and easy to work with. I left with a job and Ive been at my job for over 2 months now. Express in Wilmington is awesome. Dont always believe the reviews you see.

In 2005 I moved to NC. started my job search immediately and applied at Express Employment Proffesionals.Express contacted me a few days later for an interview at a company. Went to the interview. Got the job. With good attendance. Quality in my work and a good attitude. I was proving myself as a valuable employee.The company and Express communicated about my performance as a team member and I was signed on to the company payroll in 5 months!Express was very supportive as I made the transition.I have now been with the company 13 years.Thank you Express for the job interview that started it all!

I worked various jobs for Express and Alana for nearly 3 years! She kept me working which meant I had consistent income! Alana always knew exactly which job were suited for me & my skills! I highly recommend EEP if you need work!!

I would like to leave a review on a company standpoint. I work in HR with a company that uses Express Employment. If you are a company looking for a Staffing agency, then I highly recommend using Express. I will not say what company I work for but I will tell you my honest opinion as well as experience. We decided to try Express out about 7 years ago because we were not having much luck with the other company. I am so glad that we tried them out! The ladies in this office are always eager and ready to help. Alana or Kayla call every morning to make sure the workers are there. The service is great! Sharrie the outside sales representative stopped by and introduced herself to us and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. I’ve never seen this type of support from any other staffing agency!

Ok so I would also like to chime in on THIS branch of express.. I worked for express for 6 years on multiple assignments in Texas making no less than 11 an hour. They are independently owned so my info nor any of my previous experience did not transfer nor did it matter. They fill their low paying positions first. I was employed by Eaton Corp. Through express in Texas. I have years of OTJ training and hundreds if not thousands of hours logged. So I get here and none of that matters. They offer me, a Navy veteran,9- 10 bucks an hour and say that they dont have any other better positions available. What a slap in the face. It is because the majority of people here say that they can do something but really cant. Look at the talent pool that is available here. So the pay is low. Here at this branch. I suggest trying a different branch under a different franchisee because the branches in Texas did keep me gainfully employed once they saw how well of a worker I actually am vs what a piece of paper or screen says. Oh and BEWARE... If you should choose to work for express, that they are known for telling you that its temp to hire so you will work harder...

In response to Lacey Caldwells review, I just wanted you to know that we do require drug testing for specific positions and/or companies. I do not see that you have ever applied with us, but if you are looking for work or know anyone looking for work, we would love to meet them. After we meet, if we have a job that fits your skill set and requires a drug screen, you will have to complete that prior to starting employment with us.

I worked through Express for years and they always helped me in my hardest times. I found A great job that I was signed on to and love it. Thanks again!

Careful reading reviews. I work for Express and I can tell you that our office goes above and beyond to help our associates and our community. People will create fake google accounts just to leave a bad review. Our company is a staffing agency. We work hard to place people just as hard as we work to gain new clientele. The best way to judge a book is to read it. Come by our office if you are looking for a job...Judge us from experience not on fake reviews.

Since 18 I have always used express and have always gotten a good job. Will use them next time I’m in need! Great company and friendly people!

This is one of those places thats numbers based. They have no real interest in finding you employment, despite telling you of all the opportunities during the initial process. They simply want to get you on paper and to say they are hiring.

This place is horrible. They send people to SME, Inc. USA located on Carolina Beach Road. They tell you its a good company that promotes from within - they dont. And what Express doesnt tell you is that the turn over rate at that company is insane! Its a small business with an office of about 25 women and in the 2 years that I worked there, I lost count at 24 people who left or got fired over some bullshit. Most of those people quit. There are only 4 workers there that have been with the company for longer than 5 years. The majority of their employees come from Express so obviously Express knows the turn over and continues to send people there, just to make money. Premier Staffing wont even do business with SME, Inc. USA anymore because they can not keep people. If you want to go to a good, honest staffing agency that wont set you up for failure, go to Premier.
