I am so very frustrated with DPI, I am promised call backs and they do not follow through. I have complained and asked for different case workers but with no outcome. I had one good placement and then just smoke and mirrors. They tell me about opportunities, then cannot be reached for follow up. I have asked several times for access to the employee site to retrieve my information, and cannot get the my access code reset. This place is a joke!
