I was initially inclined to leave positive feedback giving the ease of assembly of the snow plow with universal mounting plate that I purchased. I even got good help from the technical support department initially in getting it to fit my specific UTV. Problem was it required 4 U-Bolts for my UTV and only 2 were included. Two emails to tech support asking where i can obtain 2 more were ignored. So today i called and asked customer support where I could obtain them. The woman rudely put me on hold while I was still talking to her. The she came back and mumbled something about the kit only coming with 2 and I would have to buy the other 2 at a hardware store and then mentioned two online companies that have them. I then asked her to repeat the company names and she literally hung up on me. Why would any company put somebody like this as a point of contact with customers???
