This is my the most disrespectful company that I have even dealt with they will not get any service. Poor customer service all I did was ask a question and got disrespected!!! And hung up on. Y’all real bold behind the phone 💯💯💯

After my dad let me borrow his enclosed trailer to move some furniture I wanted to get him some new parts. Except I had no idea what I was doing. I explain my predicament over the phone to Jake and he was extremely patient and found the parts that I needed. Upon picking up my parts Jimmy at The front desk was incredibly nice and help me find a little ad on gift as well. Dont know if I will need to use them again but I would certainly come back here and would recommend them to everyone.

I ordered a fuel pump. It never arrived . Ups messed up the shipping information. After two weeks, I contacted Lighthouse. They assured me they would reach out to UPS and when the item arrived back to the warehouse they would credit my card. I told them I would reorder in spring. When I called to reorder, I checked to see they refunded me. To my surprise Lighthouse only returned 98.00 of a 259.00 dollar charge. They came back to tell me that they charged me for the return even though I never received the pump. They offered it up as it was my fault.VERY, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I PAID 200.00 DOLLARS FOR NOTHING BUT AIR.NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Poor customer service incorrect pricing was charged more than told

This place has a lot of items and parts but they are a little over priced some even higher then west marine went in there for a part that didn’t fit for my boat the guy threw the money at me and said thank you very rudely they have bad salesman ship I hope someone says something to them because i know of a few other customers that don’t go there because of that reason my best of luck to the rest of you!!

Bought trailer parts there and brought old parts in to compare, counter girl measure, got parts for me. When i got home they were all wrong size. when i called, different person stated they cant even get parts i need. when i returned parts to store was charge restocking fee by same girl who gave the parts. She stated they measure parts and i told her she did, but she refused to believe. So 2 trips and was charged for their mistake. I understand restocking if my bad but they gave wrong parts.
