This agency is the worst - STAY AWAY!!They put on a heavy sales technique. They do not listen to you - they just talk over you. They will try to take your money and they are good at. They got ours.They will sell you insurance that doesnt cover you when you cancel.They will charge you fees when you cancel.You do not get your money back when you cancel.Marie A is obnoxious, pompous, and rude - and she may be their best - the others are no longer with the companyA complete sham!If I saved even one person their money this will be worth it.We have traveled for 53 years - all around the world - not exactly novices.There are some really good agencies out there - this is NOT ONE OF THEM!They do not deserve one star but zero stars is not an option.Good luck to all of you - hopefully you have a great trip through someone else - you wont have a good experience with these crooks

Our family just booked a Silversea cruise for January and had a phenomenal booking experience with LuxuryOnly! We took advantage of their free airfare and transportation credit to/from the airport sale. Were hoping that this becomes an annual tradition for our family!

This is a sordid tale of woe due to the incompetency of Luxury Only Cruise, their agent Marie Abuyousif, and Oceania Cruise lines. We received our flight information Tuesday morning, about 70days prior to our cruise, having us disembark one day and fly out the next. This arrangement was made by Oceania Cruise lines and sent to us by Ms. Abuyousif from Luxury Only. Ms. Abuyousif sent us this information before checking the obvious problem with the fly date. We immediately called Ms. Abuyousif, who was very apologetic and said she would look into what could be done. After waiting on hold for at least one half hour, Ms Abuyousif informed us that nothing could be done. We discussed some possible changes with her and then asked her not to make any changes (at least three times) and that we would call back after doing some research of our own, or she could call us if she came up with something better. We called back about 45 minutes later and Ms. Abuyousif was not available. We then checked our booking and realized she changed our flights to ones that she thought we might like due to our discussion. Her unauthorized changes would cost us a non-refundable hotel and transportation bill. When we finally reached Ms. Abuyousif by phone and explained the consequences of her change, the original flights from Athens to Miami were no longer available and we were forced to accept three flights home instead of two flights in order not to lose our paid hotel and transportation fees. We called Luxury Only again and spoke with Jasen West, who identified himself as a supervisor. Mr. West was able to negotiate an on-board ship credit for $100, and also informed us that he never saw a “forced overnight” that was not compensated to the client without a hotel stay. We also called Oceania to see what could be done, however Oceania blamed Luxury Only and informed us that since we booked with Luxury Only it was their responsibility to make amends.Lessons learned are that when you book with an agent, the cruise line will not help you, and book your own flights no matter what deal is offered.
