Jamie Cook and the Systel family have been a great partner the last 8.5 yrs. He is always quick to respond to any inquires and ahead of the curve when we have anything coming up for renewal or when he gets word we have a new office opening in town or anywhere in the states. He is there nailing down the need for the new spaces with existing infrastructure in mind. It speaks volumes of a company that can maintain the same sales and techs over the years. Great experience with Systel Business Equipment of Wilmington! We worked with Jamie and Ted on the sales process and they are both top notch consultants. Aside for guiding us to the right type of equipment for our needs (we are a direct mail production facility), they also worked hard to ensure the purchases fit our budget.
