I was able to bring my iPhone in and 45 minutes later the screen was repaired (at a reasonable cost) and they also put a glass protector that I had for no charge. Working well and looks great.

Computer Warriors has some of the nicest staff and workers that I have ever met. They were honest and helpful and did not try to charge me for things that I did not need. I am hopeless with computers and they could have gotten me to pay to have so many things fixed, but instead they took the time to go over all of my options and decide what was the best choice for me. This is the second time that I have used Computer Warriors to set up my new office space. They came in and wired all my offices for my computers and phones, set up all my workstations, and made sure that everything worked, right down to my printers and scanners before they left. My laptop unfortunately received some water damage and I was not sure what to do about it. Having never really needed any computer repair before I took a chance on Computer Warriors because of how many times I have driven past and seen their sign. I was greeted politely when I came in and they quickly got to helping me solve my issues. Everyone who works here had a friendly and helpful attitude and seemed to want the best for their customers. They recommended I pay for priority queue due to the damage that happened and was still happening because of the type of liquid that was spilt. I heeded their advice and left them with it hoping for good news. Later that day I was called and given several options on how to fix or restore my laptop. I feel that for the price I paid and the excellent customer service I was given I would recommend Computer Warriors to anyone in the Wilmington area.

While back I had problem with my Dell computer.When I went to computer Warriors Wilmington front desk young was real polite and told me that when they busy they might send their work to someone in Leland town.Since they were famous for good job I figure out the guy in Leland should be as good as they are,then I agreed2 days later they told me that mother boardwas bad and to replace it cost about 600$.I called a friend of mine who is computer engineer and when he checked it out he said what I need is a new charger.I bought a new charger from best buy and that is what I needed.since then my computer runs as smoothly as before

Computers are a lot of fun when they are working, but sometimes even someone who knows their way around a motherboard may not have the expertise or tools necessary to solve a problem. It is wonderful to know that I can turn to Computer Warriors in those circumstances. They are a thoroughly knowledgeable and professional organization. On my most recent visit I was helped by Alexis and Cameron, both of whom were very helpful and respectful. They indulged every question I had and were happy to discuss some current hardware/software releases. It was a wonderful experience. I am grateful that I can solve many of my issues on my own, but it is comforting to know that such dedicated, polite, and talented staff are available to assist you when you run into a problem.

Staff quickly identified the problem and called me. I was able to use my machine immediately until final parts came in. New parts installed while I waited(less than 30 minutes). Machine running perfectly. Very reasonable cost.

Superb customer service! I was rebuilding my gaming pc and ran into a snag where I needed an adapter cable but it was very late in the day and the store was closing soon. I called Computer Warriors and asked if they had it and they did. I then had to ask if they would hold the store open for me because it was going to take me a good 30 minutes to get there and they wouldve closed by that point. They were so awesome and were willing stay around to wait for me to arrive. At which point they gave me a fantastic discount on the cable I needed! Thank you Nathan for handling this for us, we will return because of your concern and swift action!My husband had a screen replaced on an iPhone 7. When he called ahead he was told $94 plus tax. When he arrived this morning he was told $94 plus tax. An hour later the phone was repaired as promised and the bill was $165. Labor fees were not disclosed on the phone, or at drop off. We were under the impression $94 was the total. Really felt taken advantage of because once the bill was presented to us there really wasn’t a recourse. Very disappointed in that despite Computer Warriors being recommended to us we will not return. The money isn’t the issue, although $70 is a lot, we would’ve paid it but it would have been nice to be told an honest amount up front.

My iPhone 11 Pro Max screen was shattered to the point that I could not use my phone. After two frustrating trips to Best Buy to get my screen replaced and being told on the second trip that Apple wouldn’t let them replace my screen (with no real explanation). I went to Computer Warriors same day and they were able to expedite a screen for my phone overnight. They called me the next day to let me know my screen arrived and replaced my screen in only 45 minutes. These guys were so quick and professional. My screen has been working perfectly since it was replaced. I wish I would’ve went to this guys in the first place!! 10/10 recommend!!!

I needed an appointment sooner than next available as the problem had been persisting for weeks, and with all the virus restrictions, getting help can be difficult. They were able to schedule an after hours visit, with a surcharge, which was OK.The technician, Tom, was wonderful. He recommended a product that I purchased and had ready when he came. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient with non-techies, and most importantly, fixed the problem. He didn’t waste time or suggest additional services/items to run up the bill.Great experience.

The best guys in town!! Long story short, my Mac laptop keyboard and mouse were not working unless you disassembled the bottom and plugged something back in??? (clearly I am incompetent when it comes to computers). But these dudes helped me/fixed it THREE separate times with no charge and walked me through what to do to back-up my computer and keep it working while I wait for my new one in the mail. Took my computer in for a simple cleaning which they said should take 2-3 days. A week later it was finally done so if you want it done quickly, dont take it here. Plenty of places around Wilmington that do good service without being jerked around.

The entire team at Computer Warriors are top notch! Rocco really listened to my concerns and needs in regards to getting new computers for the entire office. He came by and took the time to see what we were currently working with and what we wanted to achieve, put together a plan and even made several changes to better suit our needs and budget. The install was great and they worked with us to try and install 5 computers during business hours with little to no interruption to our work flow. We had some issues with a newly built gaming PC. They gave us some suggestions to try at home before committing to dropping it off. We were able to figure it out thanks to their advice. The shop was clean and the staff was friendly. I’ve never trusted leaving a PC anywhere before, but I definitely would have felt safe leaving my rig here if it was necessary.

Unreal. I had been quoted a minimum of $325 by another company to remove a virus from my laptop. I took my laptop to Computer Warriors on Eastwood Dr (Wilmington, NC). In 5 minutes, while I waited, they cleaned out the irritating virus, recommended some other fixes for me, and charged me $25. These guys are absolutely wonderful. Thanks.

Upgraded my MacBook Air to a new operating system, but lost all my files. Technician at Computer Warriors on Eastwood Road recovered files without charge. Will use their In-Home Service next week to resolve communication issue between computer and printer.

The best customer service experience in my life! I went in because my laptop quit working. Chris was very helpful and explained what happened to my laptop and gave me multiple options on what to do next. also, Chris happily took my laptop apart to try some tips I saw on YouTube. They definitely went the extra mile to try and fix my laptop. Unfortunately, my laptop couldn’t be fixed but they did give me advice on what type of laptop I would want to buy. I felt absolutely no pressure to buy any products from them but I did end up getting a laptop from them that they recommended. They even transferred all my data from my old laptop to my new one, even after Best Buy said it couldn’t be done! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. If I could give more than five stars I definitely would.

When Best Buy couldnt fix my iPhone 6 (because Apple wont let them for some reason), they sent me to these guys. Even if BB couldve fixed it, the wait would have been at least two hours. Brought in my laptop becuase there was an issue with my charging port. It worked for about a month before the same issues arose. Took apart and found the soldering job looked like it was done by a 5 year old. They were the 1st people to work on my laptop. I dont normally write reviews but this made me angry. Now I need to go have it re-repaired. They charged me $140.00 and did not do a great job. Hopefully they will make it right and repair it.
