RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!Called for stove repair, the man who answered was extremely rude with extensive stove questions that a 20 year technician would only the answers to, not only was he rude, but condescending to the point where I would have hung up, but sadly most stove places Ive called have the same attitude. Apparenty this company is not hurtnig for business. Sidenote: turns out the man who answered is the owner. I wonder how the rest of the employees are following his example of rudeness with customers.
