I give them five stars for sure. This is a top-notch service that knows how to treat customers right from the very start. I have always been treated with extreme professionalism and care for each of the times that I have called them. It is not that they have done a bad job so I had to call them a bunch of times. It is that I own a few different properties that need to have regular chimney cleaning as part of renting them out. Knowing I have a service I can depend upon is important, and these guys have done a great job every time they come out. Everyone is great. Really good at what they do.

We hired them for our recently purchased property since we want to make sure that our chimney will be handled by a reputable service provider. Booking for the appointment was relatively easy. It only took not more than 20 minutes. The process wouldve been much faster if I havent interrupted them and just allowed them to walk me through the entire process. The team arrived in my place, checked the condition of the chimney, they even took a video to show me the problems. They presented a list of possible solutions and they recommended the most cost-efficient method. We are very happy with the service they provided to us.

During the initial analysis, the video that they produced showed that my furnace is failing. They recommended replacing the vent gas fireplace and reinforce the bricks since there were leaks in places where the mortar was crumbling. There were areas that they had to dismantle and recapped it using cement. They never left us until we are satisfied with the result.
