Great service, great value, great people. I always have my car washed here and have never been disappointed. Even with the staffing shortage, they delivered. It may take a little longer but I don’t mind waiting. I love supporting locally owned businesses.

We always bring our cars to Coastal because they do such a great job! Affordable and perfectly clean every time. They have also done great work the times we have come in for stain removal or deep cleaning of the mats.

The guy running the controls this afternoon was worthless. Ran the brush across half of the windshield and hit the button to send the car through. Didnt bother trying to remove any bugs from the front of the car. The other guy tried but didnt have any time. Other people there have done a excellent job. This new guy is very lazy.

This place is top notch. The interior was spotless. The inside glass was sparkling clean.

I took my vehicle here today for the very 1st time. As soon as I pulled up someone was there to greet me. The person who greeted me told me right from the start that due to limited staff and covid they were not offering some of their more extensive services, understandable. I had the managers choice package done. When finished they brought me out to my vehicle and as soon as I opened the door to inspect, I immediately could tell a difference in their work vs other car washes in town. Ill definitely be going back. Super job inside and out!

Even though they were understaffed, which they let me know. Service was still quick and my car looked brand new. The best car wash around.

Its an automatic car wash. People goto these places when they dont really care about their car. They just want to give the appearance of taking care of their vehicle. Caveat emptor. Beware the next shiny used car you buy from the Wilmington NC area. Be prepaired to replace engine transmission and brakes the minute you buy any used vehicle in this area. People in wiilmingron dont really take care of their cars at all. They just want to keep it shiney so they can ask for a high price for a piece of junk.

Friendly, well priced and wonderful job cleaning the car. While they take a little longer, it will be totally worth it when you get back in your car. I dont think Ive ever seen a car wash crew clean the inside windows of my trunk/cargo area. Top notch & worth every penny!!!

I am SO pleased with my car wash!! I work a lot and on my days off I really dont feel like washing my car myself, so I figured I would try these guys out yesterday (July 21st). Coastal Car wash did a wonderful job, it was quick and easy and the specific wash I chose was reasonably priced and I feel like they did more than what the package detailed--which is great! My red Cadillac ATS looks brand new again! I am definitely going to be a regular customer-- Thank you guys for working so hard out in this miserable heat!!!**Dont forget to tip your car washer, they really deserve it**

I just used this place for the first Time today. These guys did an absolutely incredible job! I did not expect the time spent and the detail given for the low price that I was paying. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a full service car wash! Will definitely be returning on a regular basis.

Today was the second time I have used this car wash. They are cheaper than their competitors and I feel like they did an overall better job. I had just gotten back from a road trip so my car was covered with bug remains and dirt. The inside did have quite a few crumbs and dirt as well. These young men did a wonderful job ridding my car of any evidence of the aforementioned. The only reason I didn’t give them five stars is because of some water leakage they didn’t mention to me but seemingly saw. I had ensured my sunroof was closed (and it has never had issues with leaking) but it seems that somehow it got put on tilt mode and some water had gotten in. I feel like I need to do a good detail cleaning anyway, so I’m not going to fault anyone for it. I just wish they mentioned it to me since I saw the boys continuing to check the ceiling and talk amongst each other about it.That all said, I do feel like they genuinely care and do their best to leave the car spotless. As I said, they are much better than the other places I have been and took more time really cleaning up my car and making sure I was pleased.

Phenomenal! We were in town and needed a wash because of the dog hair/sand - this car wash exceeded our expectations! They got literally every single piece of fur and sand out of the car! We will definitely come here every time we need a wash in Wilmington! I wish there was a car wash in jersey as good as this one!

I stopped by on my lunch break and wanted to get the Managers Special. I was quoted 25-30 minutes and they had it done in 20! Everything looked and smelled great! Will definitely use them again.

This is the best place to get your car washed. I drive 40 mins just to get my car washed. The staff is great and very friendly. They do amazing job on the outside and inside. I have a dog and dog hair in the car is not easily cleaned. Most places dont even try. They do a great job of getting most of it up. The price is very fair. Make sure to tip the staff they really do deserve it. You will be glad you came here!

I went to this carwash for the 1st time ever and Im born and raised in Wilmington. I wanted to try it since I recently moved to monkey junction. I was not happy at all. I usually go to Cruisers and will start driving out of my way to go there. The prices at Coastal are more than the same I would get at Cruisers. It took 45 minutes just for a BASIC wash and cars that were behind me actually got done before. An older gentleman that was in the car behind me when he was leaving actually said good luck. I took that as good luck getting your car soon. This was my 1st and LAST trip to Coastal Car Wash. I would definitely recommend driving to Cruisers on Oleander before going there.

I love this place I have several car washes close to my house I live in Ogden but I travel all the way to Monkey Junction to let them treat my car to the best wash its ever had. I go there once a month and they do an excellent job cleaning your car!

Its nice to get your car washed for a reasonable price, but there were some missed areas on my Jeep that I could see without looking for something.

These guys are awesome. Dont know what the poor comments were all about. If you dont like the price of getting your car washed then do it yourself. $22 inside and out with armor all on the tires and a special request to boot. Love these guys!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They washed my car and while cleaning it, the workers broke my door. I had already paid for the car wash and tipped before I got into my car and saw the damage. I talked to the manager about possible compensation for damages and he claimed it was a pre-existing condition. This is just not true, I came in and my door was connected to my car and now it is not. I went again to talk to the manager about going to an automotive shop to get a quote on how much it would cost to fix it and he said that I could but he would refuse to pay for anything. I do not recommend going to this establishment, the owner and manager is rude and unprofessional when it comes to how he runs his business.

Got the managers special for $25 and was disappointed that drivers side still had dirt on rug and inside backend of Jeep was not wiped down...told employee and he did wipe down but feel I should not have had to ask them to do the job for the price!
