Talk about awful service. I moved to Wilmington renting a van from Enterprise in a different city. I had a reservation to drop off the van and get a smaller car. I was told though I had a reservation, there were no cars available and they would not be able to fulfill the reservation. Mind you I had to drive to the facility around 20 min to be told I had to keep my car. The Enterprise representative could not have been ruder in telling me this, and made me feel like my request for a car ruined her day.I got over the lack of professionalism and I dropped off the van when at the end of my reservation. Two days later I received a call about a crack on the cars bumper and was asked if I would like to be charged or go through my insurance. This crack existed on the van prior to me renting the car. After repeating my story to 3 different representatives I was informed that the other enterprise location had documented the crack and I was off the hook. Almost an hour of my time trying to do the due diligence enterprise employees. I have been a loyal enterprise member for a decade. Good news is after this they are off the hook from my business.Enterprise close this location down, take away the franchise rights, and do not rehire any of the representatives.

Will make sure to never rent from them again. They care more about making a quick sale than making sure their customer picks the correct coverage for them. I chose Enterprise for my rental after my wreck. When i came to my appointment to pick up my rental car i explained i had never rented a car before and was confused and needed their help. I showed them my insurance declaration page and was advised by a member of your staff that my insurance would not transfer to my rental so i made the choice to purchase two types of coverage. I trusted in your employee’s guidance as this was my first accident & rental experience and i am your customer.This morning i explained to Taylor what happened and explained i in fact was covered by my insurance and would like a refund for those purchases I made under false pretense/representation. She continued to respond her employees would never advise me in this way. I explained several times it in fact did happen.As a customer I feel completely disregarded. I was hit by a car, chose your company in good faith and feel as if i was completely taken advantage of. Car accidents are a completely stressful and confusing inconvenience and create a significant financial burden. I am asking for this to be further reviewed and my request for refund of the coverage be made.I suggest that your managers and employees take the time to explain to first time and returning customers alike what is the smartest choice for them in an effort to help them make the most financially sound purchase. This was not afforded to me.

My rental car was towed with all my things in it . literally ALOT of my things are missing and because their smalls things i guess they thought i wasn’t going to notice… they been giving me the run around for days with my personal property now my things are all over the place where i didnt put them and alot is missing…. One of the ladies at the branch called my mom a LIAR when clearly she spoke with a man that runs the department….DO NOT RECOMMEND && WILL MAKE A REPORT IF THE REST OF MY THINGS AREN’T RETURNED. Enterprises prices are good, the customer service is fantastic, the staff is beautiful, the car they gave me was brand new.Its such a quick process. They look over the car when you pick it up and simply take the keys when you drop it off.

The Enterprise team at our local Enterprise location was great - courteous, friendly and helpful. Our only complaint are the vehicles we rented. The last two rental cars reeked of smoke. At first the smell wasnt bad, I think because the cleaning crew did their best to eliminate the odor, but the longer we had the vehicle the stronger the smell got. I realize Enterprise tries to prohibit this with No Smoking stickers on the dash, but for those of us that dont smoke, that smell is just horrible.

Enterprise were very helpful. When I went to pick up the car at the rental location I had so problems with me card. Jake DAlusio was serving me and he was in his second day of training. He was extremely patient. Assisting him was Christopher Hughes who was the assistant Manager. I am very grateful for them being so patient as I was so embarrassed. I dropped off at a different location and this was very smooth. Thank you again

Working with Enterprise was a joy. Everyone in the office was knowledgeable, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy our needs. Our car was in the shop and our insurance company set things up for us. Enterprise was all ready with what we needed when we needed it. I would use them again and recommend them for others. Got confirmation car was ready then had to wait for it. Didnt have the car I initially requested. Got no confirmation receipt the car was returned or about the mysterious $75 cleaning bill on a car I cleaned before returning. The receptionist was extremely polite and very helpful.

I have always been a faithful enterprise customer but I will never rent from enterprise again. In May we rented a car to bring my stepson home from college during peak covid time. We returned the car after hours like we have done before. During the night the car was keyed all along the side. We were charged for the damage. You would think parking lot would have cameras? No, no cameras, no one would talk to us. Office here in Wilmington kept directing us to the office we rented car from and we had to pay $800 in damages. We returned the car undamaged. Sad, I guess enterprise is resorting to scamming its customers to keep from going bankrupt during this pandemic. They have now lost an entire family of enterprise customers!

HAD VEHICLE DUE TO ACCIDENT CLAIM. I LEFT THE VEHICLE AT REPAIR SHOP AS INSTRUCTED WHEN MY PERSONAL VEHICLE WAS READY. ENTERPRISE CHARGED A 55.00 FEE STATING I LEFT IT WITH A FLAT TIRE. THIS WAS A 2020 AUDI Q7 WITH ALL THE OPTIONS INCLUDING TPMS. THERE WAS NO LOW TIRE INDICATION WHATSOEVER DURING THE RENTAL PERIOD (21 DAYS). I CALLED THE LOCATION AND SPOKE TO A NEW PERSON WHO HAD NO AUTHORITY TO DO ANYTHING. SHE HAD TO ASK THE MANAGER (WHO DID NOT SPEAK TO ME) AND THEY WOULD NOT REMOVE THIS CHARGE. THIS IS TYPICAL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THESE DAYS - IT IS NON EXISTANT. THEY ASSUME I AM AUTOMATICALLY LYING TO THEM OR SOMETHING WHEN I SAY THE CAR DID NOT HAVE A FLAT TIRE OR ANY INDICATION OF ONE.

Easy to reserve online. Quick check-in and return. Poor job of cleaning the vehicle but did not realize that until later. Could barely see through the windshield once sun went down because of all the greasy streaks. And tires were inflated to 49 psi rather rhan the recommended 36, which made the ride incredibly rough until we corrected that.

I received the best customer service at this location. I needed to rent a car for one day and not return it as I was driving to the mountains to stay with my family and attend a funeral. I made arrangements to rent the car in person about a week prior to picking up the car. When I picked up the car the gentleman helping me was able to save me a little more money and give me a better deal. He also called me once I turned the car into the other location just to make sure everything went smoothly. Thank you for taking good care of me and I will continue to use Enterprise for all my car rental needs.

Taylor and Jake are literally the most terrible customer service agents I have ever had the misfortune of having to dealing with. They are unprofessional and rude to their customers.. I rented a car because I was in an accident and the front bumper was damaged on the rental the day I picked the car up and only had 1/4 of a tank- fast forward to me returning the car and they are trying to make me pay for the front bumper and for refueling even though it had the same amount of gas in it when I returned it. I am reaching out to the BBB at this point. I will also be contacting my attorney.ALSO- THEY KEEP DELETING THE PICTURES OF THE BUMPER THE DAY I PICKED THE CAR UP AND THE FUEL LEVEL. Their cleanliness guarantee is also a joke because I found a Uniform Traffic Citation in the vehicle where the previous renter was arrested for DUS/DUI. So the vehicle obviously wasnt properly cleaned.

Hertz, Avis and Enterprise Rent-A-Car all have great cards! Enterprise Rent-A-Car has the best service!Our company uses Hertz and Enterprise nationally. One of our main offices is in Wilmington North Carolina. We are freaking leave rent cars and vans for business purposes and for the use of our staff.In 30 years of being a Hertz Gold I must say that the best managerI met is Enterprise’s Nicholas Esray. Nick is offering his excellent service at the S. College Rd. Enterprise location. Great service. There is no airport surcharge. The waiting area is clean and efficient, but most importantly the customer services is five star! Rates are highly competitive.They pick up also. We highly recommend Enterprise at this location!

Enterprise did a great job on providing rental car for m while own car was in the shop. Only ting I felt could have been improved is that they could have done a better job on cleaning the windows on the rental car. I have to clean them when I got home because they had a lot of streaks. Other than that everything was find and I would recommend them.

My card was refunded, then recharged, then double charged putting me 1400$ negative then locking up my account for a total of $2600+ for 9 weeks rental on what was supposed to be 900$ish a month. Now they’re sending me an $1800 balance due for it as well. They’re system is a mess, and I’ll avoid using again at all cost.PS one star is minimum requirement

I have rented several vehicles from this location. I have yet to have even a remotely negative experience. They are always over-the-top helpful wanting to know about you as a customer and you as a traveler. They made sure that I made use of available discounts and specials. In this particular rental I had rented a SUV and instead ended up renting a Jeep Wrangler. Needless to say family was excited I was more than happy with the change in the rental and the agreement that came with it. They should simply put these Jeeps on their website and that be the only thing they rent they are so much fun. They also are not overly pushy with insurances excetera they staked what they have what you may want and leave it in the hands of the customer please. I given my experiences at this location not only will I never use anything but Enterprise I really dont ever want to use any other location of enterprise these people are great

The van they tried to get me to rent was recently rented to federal officers to abduct and arrest protestors, it was dented and had a cracked windshield. I definitely won’t be supporting enterprise rent-a-car anymore after seeing how they let unlawful officers abuse their vehicles.

This is right next door to a Wilmington Police Station so its a little difficult to find a place to park and wait when youre picking someone up who rented a car.I ended up parking in the back, near the key return at the back door. Easy to find the person dropping of a car this way. They have to walk by.

Great service! I needed a car at the last minute and to be picked up and dropped off. They had no problems accommodating me. The process was fast and simple. I recommend using a credit card. Using a credit/debit card from a checking account is complicated.

I totally love the Enterprise at this specific location. I will never go to another Enterprise Rent-A-Car Center in my city. The customer service is amazing, they remember you by name, and are so willing to answer all of your questions and concerns. Not only were the staff awesome but the cost was so much better than I thought it was going to be and that made the experience even better. Enterprise is the way to go if youre looking to rent a car!!

Ive utilized Enterprise car rentals in the past with no problems. This experience was less than satisfactory because of a tire warning light coming on after 12 miles of driving. I contacted Enterprise and was told to return the car for inspection. Instead of having a replacement vehicle ready for me to continue my trip, I had to wait for the fix. The wait was about 10-12 minutes. The employees that I interacted with, were professional and pleasant. I simply did not appreciate the inconvenience to my day.

First let us say that management must have changed because we have never received such bad customer service as we have this week from this office! We started Sunday by going by and asking about a 15 passenger van. We were told that they felt sure they would have one but would get back with us on Monday. Meanwhile my husband went online and booked through Expedia and was able to get one at this location. This local Enterprise office never called back on Monday. We called them on Monday afternoon to confirm the Exoedia booking and they said they didn’t have a van available. They claimed there must be a glitch in the system. They said it would be Wednesday before they could let us know something. We had wanted the van to take our grandchildren to see Christmas lights on Sat, the 14th. So my husband said please let us know asap. In the meantime, as a backup, we were able to get one booked with Hertz. We have always had great experience with Enterprise and preferred them but at this point we needed something certain. So my husband calls Enterprise Tuesday (this morning) hoping to get one with Enterprise and the guy says yes they definitely have one. They took all of his information. Before he hung up my husband said “now this is confirmed right”? The guy says yes. We call and cancel Hertz only to have Enterprise call back 30 minutes later to say they don’t have one after all! What sorry customer service! Thanks a lot for ruining our holidays.

A few minor glitches here and there, but overall you cant beat the nice, helpful personalities at this location. This is accurate, but, when I request to be picked up by a certain time because I have medical appointments, etc. a good drive away, I need to get on my way on time and not an hour late. However, once I get to the office, I see how hectic the folks lives can be on certain days, and I think back on days when I worked full-time, and I smile at the smiling faces doing their best:)) Still will not switch rental companies:))

This was the 4th time Ive rented from this location......I book a car online and all is ready for me when I show up. Staff is great, friendly, and fast. The cars have been in excellent shape and Ive never experienced any problems whatsoever. Rates are very reasonable and the whole experience is hassle free. Highly recommend.

After being rear ended by someone their insurance company arranged and paid for me a rental. At the walk around the car was parked so tightly close to another car that I didnt see the four inch dent in the driver’s door. I came straight home and when I got out of the car I noticed the dent and took pics of it plus the car was filthy on the outside, I then had to go to work so I couldnt take it right back. Well now that I’ve returned it they are telling me that they would’ve never rented a car with a dent. They said they have to file a claim with my insurance and I have to pay them my deductible and I can dispute it after I pay them. I’ve rented from enterprise many times for trips etc. and have always had a good experience with them. It’s a shame that I’m getting screwed over by them now!!!

If I could post a 0 I would. I rented from this place last year and had no problems whatsoever. This year I ended up leaving without renting a vehicle and looking for another company to rent from now on. I was first told they couldnt let me bring my luggage with me when I came to pay for the rental car and the guy follow me back driving the rental to let me drop my car off and then bring the Enterprise person back to the store and I leave from there like last year.. So i said ok, well I still haft to have a pick up. Then the manager said they couldnt guarantee me a pick up, so I said well, then how am I suppose to be able to rent a car? I haft to have a pick up. I cant drive my car up here and drive them both back. Then manager said, we will see if we can find someone to pick you up. So that meant I was gambling I may pay for a car that I cant get my car back or get a pick up? I thought that was part of Enterprise services? Then they said I couldnt use 2 different methods of payments. I wanted deposit put on credit card and pay for rental out of checking account. The manager wasnt nice at all about any of it. in fact smiling at me like I was bothering her with questions. She shouldnt be in charge if she cant act more mature than that.. I will be using another company for now on. I also wanted to add that the manager suggested I get an Uber up there to pick up the car.. Hows that for customer service.. never again

I rented a vehicle from Enterprise to make a business trip to Winston Salem NC. I have rented for years from Enterprise and always taken out the insurance and road side protection. Luckily, I have never had to use it, but this time I had an unexpected car accident and Enterprise went beyond my expectations and assisted getting the car picked up and I was taken to the closest Enterprise office and a new car given to me to continue my trip. I will always rent from them and their customer service is superb.

I had a terrible experience with Enterprise. The staff was very rude after showing up to pick up my rental. This was being handled through my insurance. When I showed up they stated that I would have to have a pay stub and a utility bill because I was using my debit card. None of which they told me when they called to confirm my reservation. Then when I turned the vehicle in less than 22 hours later they charged me for 2 days. They said it was billed on calendar days not actual time. This was ridiculous to say the least.It will certainly be Avis for now on who I have never had problems with.

This place doesnt like a car sitting in the lot so they overbook reservations for cars they dont have. Im done with this place. The car was grate on gas and total cost for this rental was reasonable, I will use this company has long as I am traveling out of town any time ..

Great service from all employees. The car wasnt cleaned to my expectation; exterior was slightly dusty/dirty, Windows werent cleaned, and seats had spill stains. If the car was cleaned I would have scored them a 5 star.
