It’s important to me that people with whom you’re dealing know who you are and take your concerns seriously. Union Park BMW has been able to deliver high quality customer service. I especially appreciate having an advisor assigned to work with me. Jeremy Burkland has been my go-to person. It’s wonderful that issues or concerns can be addressed without going through the hoops of explaining everything to anyone who’s at the other end of the phone. It boils down to trust, respect, and honesty.

Installed it incorrectly.warning beeping every few miles after using reverse.had to contact multiple times to get in to get it fixed.no apologies.no olive branch at all.get there and no appointment was on thebooks...got lucky, they had a loaner.service center not well signed...where do I park? do I hand the keys to someone?

My previous experience was good. But this time i feel like they serve to some other customer in my slot. I have to wait 2 hour just to flush my break fluid. Not sure whats the use of appointment system if u r not maintaining it. Also they lost my hitch cover and i need to go back again for that. They need to be more careful.

So many things went wrong with my visit to Union Park BMW..all of them were the responsibility of the Service Staff, all were easily fixed with minor effort (DO YOUR JOBS!), and there was seemingly no effort exhibited to “make it right” or appease the customer. I’m not a difficult customer by any stretch, and it actually takes a lot to push me in a direction such that I would have to put my displeasure online, but I don’t want others to go through what I went through!What began as a basic oil change and the discovery of a factory recall, turned into a disaster in the basics of customer service. In the end, my car was kept over the weekend (I was made aware that this was possible), and yet I was not contacted at any time from the Service Dept on the extended day of completion. I called Union Park close to 6pm Toni quite about my car, and all service Dept personnel had gone home for the day. I had not made transportation arrangements to get to work on Tuesday, so I was in a pinch! The receptionist apologized over the phone, and told me I would be called at 0700 the following day once the service Dept opened. By 0930 I had not received a call, so I contacted the dealership. They had completed the oil change and the recall inspection, put they received a part late in the day on Monday, so work would have to continue the following day. No phone call, no update. I had to call myself to learn of the status of my car..just wish I they did what any customer expects (common courtesy, put yourself in my shoes..you know, the basics of customer service?). For the record, I cancelled my oil change contract since I’d rather give my business to a local shop. Best of luck out there!

Coming from a full service dealer in another state and being a multiple BMW owner, I must say I was disappointed with the service. There is little attention to detail here. Aside from not actually addressing what I came in for because they claimed they could not reproduce the problem, there were no loaner cars, they did not wash or even vacuum the car, and it took quite some time for them to provide service to me despite making an appointment a week in advance. The entire process does not feel welcoming. It feels as if they are too busy even though most folks behind the counter are not attending to clients. With respect to my car issue, I even provided them with context regarding what the bimmer forums say about the nature of the problem. The problem could not be reproduced because it would require driving the car for at least a half hour. I would rather go to BMW of mainline despite the distance so I can receive proper service. Also, the service issue they did address was not recorded on the computer servers so I still receive messages from BMW that the car needs service despite already doing the service. I would not recommend this service center at all!

Had a flat tire on my X5 Monday morning, needed to get to the hospital for work. Xena( sorry if I misspelled it) was incredibly responsive and helpful. They got me in and out quickly and courteously. The staff was efficient and professional. Overall, given the circumstances, it was an excellent experience and I have nothing but the highest praise for everyone I dealt with.

Such a great experience! My wife and I met with Jose Martinez over the weekend. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We came in to look at the X2 and once we realized that it was too small for us, we went over over models and found one more suitable for us. We honed in on the X1, but it wasnt in stock. Jose worked his magic and not only found us one, but he ended up saving us money in the process. First time I ever had a car salesperson start trying to save me money before even being asked to do so. If youre in the market for a BMW, you cant go wrong at Union Park. Awesome job!

Great experience as always! Went in there just looking and left with a 2021 3 series. Wasn’t pushy and answered all questions that I needed to know. Process during purchase was fast and painless unlike many other car dealers I’ve been to. Will keep my business with them as long as I own a bmw (which will probably be forever) I highly recommend!

Did not buy the i3 that Mark allowed us to demo last Friday. I see in the comments Latisha bought the one we wanted. Congrats to you! After the test drive, even though it was late, Mark and the manager Jim spent 20 minutes or so just visiting. They knew the wife and I were not tire kickers and given the i3 supply, there wasn’t much they could do…but they tried.Hadn’t previously but decided right then our current BMW will be serviced here. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience…other than being a day or so earlier on calling about Latisha’s car☺️

I will never take my Vehicle there ever again, every time I service my vehicle there they always say they found a problem so I pay for the problem, then once I get the vehicle back a few days later I find another problem. dont trust these people they will create problems to keep u on there payroll!!!

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. Customer service is non existent. Don’t expect a phone call or update regarding your vehicle. Long story short - I Brought my vehicle in for repairs due to an accident that occurred in January and I JUST got my vehicle repaired correctly (hopefully) and back THIS MONTH - END OF AUGUST. EIGHT MONTHS, PEOPLE! Not only is that completely unacceptable - but they don’t do their job correctly. I was told my vehicle was fixed numerous times through out just to pick it up and the issue not resolved) OH and I can’t forget to mention - I paid over 3,000 dollars of my own money aside from my accident claim to fix an issue that arose while in their possession!!!!!I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST NO ONE EVER TAKE THEIR VEHICLE HERE. Save your time, your money & your peace.

First they dont listen to what you say to them I called twice trying to find out the progress of my car I was told that they couldnt locate my vehicle so I came up there to be handed my keys by Jeremy Burkland like my car was finish he proceed to tell me I said that my car was done on Tues when I said it was to be done on Tues and I was just trying to find out if they could get me in earlier because I was told to call Monday morning early to find out and I did just that.when my car was finish I got my friend to pick up my car an pay for the bill tell me why he bring me back a invoice with a name of Melvin Collins when Cleary my name is Janet and had repeated this to them plenty of times how you going to know who vehicle you working on when you dont even know the name that is attached to the car. Im disappointed in the way they handled business when dealing with customers that is paying good money to get our car fix. Please do better and LISTEN TO YOUR CLIENTSJanet Williams

Union Park BMW’s Service Dept was was excellent. They were very professional and on point, the car is washed when finished. Jeremy was very helpful and engaged in the whole process. With up front pricing and a complete detail of what comes next for the car.I would definitely schedule an appointment next time, as it was a little wait. Jeremy took me in even though they do not except walk in appointments, but I was not told that on the ofphone. I would recommend Union Park BMW any day.

Scheduled my car for a brake light replacement. Got their for my appointment and after waiting an hour was told that they had to order the part. Left my car there. After 9 days I heard nothing. Went back to union park. I was asked who was the service advisor. I said “ you were”. After checking for 20 minutes he came back to apologize that the technician who was to work on the car went on vacation. He went back to do further research. This time he said the part had to be shipped from Germany. But just came in 3 days ago. He promised to call me when installed. He did and I picked up the car later that day. This is the second tome in a row that I’ve had difficulty. Last time I scheduled a 4 tire replacement. I called for appointment gave specific details about the tires I needed. At the time of my appointment they told me the tires were never ordered. Again I had to leave the car. Something is seriously lacking with union park systems and processes

First time using this dealership and will be the last. Pulled up to drive thru service lane and sat there for ten minutes with no greeting or instruction until finally a lot attendant told me I could leave the car where it was and head inside to service. Walked inside to service and again stood there for ten min with no greeting whatsoever. Finally asked a service advisor if I needed to check in and he said he was available to help. Once I approved the work ($1500) requested two days passed with no phone calls or follow ups from anyone. I had to call myself for a status update on the car. Not the experience I was expecting for a luxury car brand. They had the chance to have a new customer and failed.

I recently purchased a certified, pre-owned BMW from Union Park BMW. We agreed on price and the entire process was very smooth.The sales person (Bruna Costa) was great. She replied to all of text messages and answered all questions quickly. I would contact her in a heartbeat when I am in the market again.The only issue was with the title and registration (I assume due to COVID issues). I had to request another temp tag but the dealer provided another tag without a question.I suggest asking for Bruna if you are in the market for a BMW.

Not sure I understand why for a lease we couldn’t start with the 2020 sale price but had to go to the higher original sticker price. The sales person did well to explain some of the car features and followed me home. However, the next day or so I called about a question and he said he would check with a manager and I got no call back. I got a phone call from service that the registration and license plate has been there for about a month to pick up and couldn’t get a hold of me which is not true since I would have had an earlier call or message. It should have been the sales person’s responsibility to call a month ago if true. Disappointed that a high profile dealership like BMW didn’t communicate better. No follow up to see if I like the car. Did have a great young man at service explain all the controls a few days after purchase.

Union Park’s quality of service was excellent. Timeliness was poor: I was told that an oil change would require one hour (so I chose to wait nearby and onsite). Car was ready to go 2.5 hours later. Communication about the need for delay, it’s cause and a new estimate of completion time was not forthcoming. This was an unusual and lesser experience than the norm for this service shop.

Went to get ac fixed a week ago and they said they couldn’t fix it which is fine by me but then the next day I went to go pick it up and the car wouldn’t start whatsoever so the guy said the battery died I guess so Im like ok, I return my key to the guy and then I leave. A week later and nothing has been done…not too sure why I dont have my car back by now but if all you needed to do was to jump the car then why would it take a whole week for something that I could do in 10 mins?

The actual service to the car was fine. Customer service is a bit lacking. They don’t have BMW loaner cars, so I had to wait half an hour to rent a Kia from Hertz. If you have the time to make the drive down to I.G. Burton in Milford they are so much better.

Too pushy and aggressive. Poor follow through. Vehicle was upped to be cleaned and detailed before delivery, we spoke about it several times. Not only wasnt it not cleaned or detailed, the seats were dirty, stains on leather (that were easily removed, so I know they didnt even try), found a used pen in the console and a paper tag stuck between the windshield and dashboard. Sloppy. Seemed like they just wanted to make the sale and move on.UPDATE: after posting the above review, I was immediately contacted by a kind and attentive gentleman by the name of Jim from Union Park BMW. I explained my situation to him. Jim was quick to respond and committed to taking care of every issue I had. Not only did they make things right, they went above and beyond and provided an additional service for me. Very happy with Jim and the service crew for making things right, and for responding so quickly in a positive way. That is exactly what good organizations do! Kudos to Jim and his team! Thank you!!!

Car shopping at Union Park BMW was a pleasure!! I was very surprised by their very non-aggressive sales approach, and truly felt like my happiness was their top priority. This was my first BMW buying experience so I was a little intimidated at first, but the salesman Ben put me at ease and was extremely helpful. Drove 4 hours one way to purchase a BMW that I had been working with Lauren, via phone/text. Being that it wasnt a short drive to take a look at the vehicle, I asked the sales person numerous questions and asked for a video of the car. After several concerns, I took their word for the car being in like brand new condition per her video and responses. I even asked her for a video or picture of the wheels since I had to see the report on Carfax that the wheels had been repaired. Her response to me was that she had already sent me one video of the entire car which didnt show the wheels close up. Spoke with the sales manager in regards to mileage discrepancy and he wasnt very pleasant on the phone and unprofessional in person. The car wasnt in the condition stated and we never even received an apology after a 8 hour round trip of wasted time. The car had low quality collision repair damage, missing emblem and wheel repair was below standard.. They didnt meet expectations especially with the image of BMW quality and the standard they withhold.WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! WASTED 8 HOURS! Drove to another BMW dealership In Va and purchased a vehicle.

So me and my Aunt purchased a bmw from here now granted I I have purchased at least five cars before from other dealerships and at the very min it would take 6-7 hours to do the purchase and even some cases it was a two day process now when went there to purchase a car the staff there was very nice and informative and friendly no pressuring at all we filled application online and came in the next and had the car purchased in done all in about 30mins BEST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED AND WILL BE BACK FOR MORE VEHICLES. Mechanic did what he was trained to do. Took my seat out and told me a small gear had been stripped and there was nothing they could do short of replacing the entire seat for about $4000. No other solution. Poor design of car. Training for mechanics probably prohibits innovation. All or nothing.

Would give zero stars if I could. Turned out a family member was in the market for a new bmw and I steered them to another dealer over the line in Pennsylvania line. Ben was the salesman that did little to nothing for me after the sale when multiple issues came up that I needed some help troubleshooting with my new X5. I was forced into signing up for BMW Financial Services to receive an additional discount. They managed to screw up just about everything in this process. My wife purchased a vehicle from another brand under the Union Park group and they just so happened to put her contact information into the system since she made a previous purchase at union park. I caught her information in the system during the esigning all of the documents for my registration and was assured that this would be a non issue after it was corrected. The DMV received her contact information.... This is a premium product and every aspect of this process should be managed correctly without the customer having to go out of their way:BMW Financial services - I paid this minimal loan off a week after purchasing. Over a month later I received a notice from BMW Financial that the account was closed after title was issued. Now this mean I need to request a new title and take it to the dmv with the payoff to have an additional title without the lienholder on the document for a fee of $35.00. I just spoke to nicole at financial services that stated there was no way around this.Vehicle (2019 X5) - Great vehicle but there have been issues and I needed to go to Union Park BMW multiple times (3 to be exact) because the salesman set it up incorrectly so I was unable to use this feature for over the first two weeks which I had paid for. Ive had multiple issues with the vehicle saying no signal in orange on the main screen. When this no singal prompt is on, I have (1) no radio (2) safety features are not accessible (3) no navigation. I basically can only see what speed Im going. I texted my sales rep Ben about this and no response, not even a suggestion.Registration - I have been told multiple times that I will be contacted to stop by and pick up my registration. No one has contacted me from Union Park BMW and when I have contacted them no one can handle the issue. My temporary tag expires in a week! Wouldnt it be a good idea to schedule a day/time with your customer?!This organization is only interested in the sale and the lack of feedback Ive received falls very short for a premium BMW product. Very disappointing to say the least.

I dealt with William and it was such a pleasant experience! I literally couldn’t have anything but positive reviews on this shop. I’m from out of town and had blown my waste-gate and turbo while doing a quick work visit. I was suppose to leave three days later and they had my car done almost the next day. This was a terrible experience and I would not recommend purchasing a car from Union Park BMW. A couple weeks back I was looking for a BMW M4 to purchase. I found one on Union Parks website. It was the perfect car after I had been searching for several months. I was purchasing out of state and I made it very clear that I was doing so because I wanted to make sure everything went smooth so there would be no surprised when I flew out there to pick up the car. Darin was the sales man who was helping me out and at first he seemed like a very nice sales man who actually cared about his customers (later I went on to find out that I was wrong). He told me not to worry about the interest rate with the loan because he knew that one of my concerns was getting a lower interest rate due to my age. Everything was running smooth and the next day I got a call from Jim letting me know I was approved for the loan with an interest rate that was in my budget and he told me to start arranging the flight details. I booked the flight later that day and we were set to land about 6 days later. Everything was still running smooth and I checked in with them a couple times throughout the week just to confirm that it would be a smooth process when we get there to pick up the car and there would be no surprises. It was about 12 hours before we were supposed to fly out after having the hotel and flight booked and this is when things started to go down hill. I run my own business and it is registered as an LLC, Darin was aware of this and I would assume that Jim would have been aware of it as well. About 12 hours before we were supposed to fly out Jim texted me telling me I needed proof of income for the loan. I then reminded him that I run my own business which is registered as an LLC so I did not have pay stubs but I did have proof of income that shows how much I make each month with dates and my name as well. At first Jim told me it shouldnt be a problem but later he tells me that it was not good enough. Long story short I sent him all I had with my income and at midnight, 7 hours before we were supposed to leave for the flight he tells me that my interest rate increased by over 3% and my monthly payment increased over a hundred dollars. Jims response was just refinance it in a year or so acting like he didnt even care. Another thing that made this whole situation a little odd was I was putting $5,000 down on the car. Jim told me that I HAD TO bring the $5,000 downpayment in CASH and I was not able to bring a bank check which was odd because I had to travel on a plane and through a city I had never been before with $5k cash. I ended up not getting the car and ended up having a few altercations with Jim where he rudely kept interrupting me, telling me I sent him fraudulent information, and telling me that he never said he would refund the money for the plane tickets after he clearly did. I reached out to Darin that night and the next day to see if there was anything he could do, thinking he would try to help me out in some way and I received no response from him. I just hope that someone who is thinking about purchasing a car from this dealer reads this review and decides not to purchase the car from them. No matter how good the deal is, it is a better decision to pass on this dealer especially if you are working with Darin or Jim and go to another dealer.

I was in Delaware visiting family and saw the exact BMW I was dreaming about on Union Parks website- unfortunately I saw it after hours, and was heading home, but I contacted Dan Arriaga on Monday who sent pictures and the CarFax, and put it aside for me to test drive the following weekend. He knew I had a limited amount of time so he detailed the car and had everything ready for me before I even got there. I was nervous about buying a car from a dealership a few hours from home, but Dan was great to work with on this deal and made the process stress free and easy. I was driving off the lot in time to make it to dinner with the family. Dan even checked in with me a few days later when I was back home. I highly recommend calling Dan at Union Park the next time youre looking for a BMW.

I had the most wonderful experience at this dealership. I was approached by a salesperson and immediately thought “I’m getting out of here”. Was I mistaken. Mary Jane provided me with the most in depth experience of the car I was interested in - 2020 BMW X4 M Competition. She was so pleasant and fun to be with, but most importantly she was knowledgeable about her cars. I felt guilty I didn’t buy the car I was looking at. I have a strong suspicion that our paths will meet again05/19/2020I ended up buying a 2020 BMW X3M from MJ. Nice lady. I recently had to take it back for a recall. While there I had the oil changed. Ron Davis was my service rep. A very nice man and very accommodating. The facility is laid out very nice, clean and free WiFi and coffee. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.12/1/2020Made appointment to have oil and filter changed. Met again with service advisor Ron Davis and he took excellent care of me. I had a nice free cup of coffee while I waited and looked around at the nice clean facility. Within an hour I was out the door on my way home. They were very accommodating.09/21/2021Recently, my rear hatch wouldn’t open. I took it back to Union Park and they took care of it. It was there for about a week waiting on parts but they gave me a nice loaner to use so there wasn’t any inconvenience on my part. When I picked my X3 up it was washed and interior was vacuumed. Still a satisfied customer

Very nice dealership, and a great place to do business! Purchased my first BMW (15 BMW 320i xDrive) from Mary Jones (MJ). MJ was super attentive, knowledgeable, and super committed to earning the deal! She really represented the BMW brand well. During the test drive, she did a great job of demonstrating BMWs handling and performance pedigree! Dealership is really nicely designed, and reflects the BMW brand in a great way. I definitely recommend coming here and experiencing The Ultimate Driving Machine while working with MJ.
