I worked at Amega over a year ago, and now I am writing a review. I left due to health reasons. But I noticed doing my taxes people saying Amega Marketing Solutions is a Pyramid Scheme. It really isnt. Unlike other companies you move up as you progress over years. You make yourself well known and network and do what you are suppose to do you move up pretty fast. I was a Team Leader and made amazing connections through Amega. This is just a job that you can either do it or you cant but they do train you well and I own a company myself and I have passed on some of their strategies to my company as well. Just like any job if you want to make it big you have to actually do it and this job you have to do it. If you left earlier/write a bad review you just were to weak.... This isnt for everyone. I vouch for this company. Listen to what they teach you Jess and Darron are 2 wonderful people, they will tell you to do some crazy things but if you listen you will benefit from it and move up. It does work. Best of luck if you join.

Over my time at Amega Marketing I have been given multiple opportunities for growth and advancement all while being guided and taught how to properly take on new responsibilities in a supportive team environment. My manager Darron has always been a hands on CEO and its encouraging to see him putting in the hard work that he asks us to do. Overall I am thankful for the opportunity and would recommend to anyone who isnt afraid to work and looking for personal and professional growth.

I have truly enjoyed working for Amega Marketing. There is so much opportunity for growth and advancement which is encouraging! The morning meetings are positive and extremely insightful.

I have been working for the company for 6 and a half months now. I have been absolutely pleased that my hard work and dedication are appreciated since all to often I have been stepped on by others at other jobs I have learned so much in the short period I have worked for the company and continue to be developed professionally as well as personally. With the help of my Marketing Director/ Mentor Darron Monroe I have surpassed my expectations. I will continue to do so as well. Now, with that being said the culture is by far the greatest I have ever experienced in a company. Everyone who I work with are goal-oriented and we all want nothing more than to see others be successful. They will give you the tools to be successful but it is up to you to apply the tools to help you grow professionally. Having a positive outlook with hard work and dedication the sky is the limit. I will say that the career opportunity isnt easy. As I say nothing easy will ever be worthwhile and it will challenge you. Luckily I love a challenge and that is the biggest reason why I will continue to grow with the company.

Amega has much more to offer than meets the eye. That was the thought I had within a few short weeks of working for this company. Our company is growing and expanding at such an exponential rate, there is a limitless possibility of career advancement and opportunity. I was first drawn to Amega when I realized they were heavily goal oriented, on a personal and professional level. My Marketing Director, Darron Monroe, takes time multiple days a week to ensure Im on the right path to achieving what I want out of life; whether it be taking my family on a nice vacation, or striving for that next promotion. Ive been with this company for four months so far, and the best thing Ive taken from it is this -- What you put in, is exactly what you get back. You are in complete control of the goals you set for yourself, the income you make each week, and the timeframe of your advancement. You are learning how to run a company, with in a company, all the while getting paid to do so. The option of employment was a no brainer.

Pyramid scheme. Avoid it like the plague!I saw that comment but went to investigate it myself......Conclussion: Not only is it a Pyramid scheme but the most mind boggling thing was said to me..... we pay $10/hr for 40hr/wk (now pay attention to this next part) we pay $150 per sale you make. So $400/wk salary OR if you make six sales it would be $900/wk. (NOT AND, BUT OR) NOT $1,300 for that week! You have to give up your hourly pay to take your commission.Honestly, I have never been so frustrated in my life during an interview, because it was a sales pitch to me to try to get me to sell names like Direct TV inside of large retail stores like Walmart.I just wondered if they really even looked at my resume at all?!? They should have seen from paper with the background and experience I have that I was not going to go stand at a table in Costco and tell people about the service aka pitch a sale!My God I was embarrassed for them, what a joke!Please, please go to glassdoor and read the comments and trust those people, they are not angry failures as the interviewer said, they were smart!I am still in shock they attempted to pitch me that.... wow!
