Timeless Properties completely overhauled an existing commercial space, including gutting the interior and replacing everything from the floor to the ceiling per our architectural specifications and business requirements and in line with local codes. Tony and his team took care of all the details from permitting to obtaining final government approvals and our Certificate of Occupancy. Timeless Properties Construction Company remodeled and painted my house earlier this year. The quality of work is like no other. Im not easy to please and have high expectations when spending money on a service, but I am very happy with the results and feel like my return on investment is priceless. They are professional, accurate, on time, and care about their customers and work. I would 100% recommend them and give them 10 stars if I could. Timeless Properties was a recommendation from a friend to repair my homes damage from Hurricane Florence. Tonys team arrived as soon as my roof was repaired and worked in a timely manner to repair the interior damage. Their team was very meticulous about preparing the areas and daily cleanup. Their work was superfluous!!! Looking at the ceilings that were replaced and wall damage that was repaired, youd never suspect that any damage every occurred! Beautiful job done, great team!
