Jeffrey came in was very professional and courteous. He addressed our issue and explained what needed to be done fully. While he was there another issue presented itself and Jeffrey did not hesitate to step in and help resolve both unrelated issues with our plumbing. I would recommend this company without hesitation. Michael came out super quick and fixed our AC on a hot day when the system stopped working and it was climbing into the high 80s in our house. 25 minute fix and it was back to cooling! Plus his taste in football teams is top notch!

Trevor came out from Michael & Sons to do a plumbing check for my buyers. He checked all of the fittings to the gas appliances to make sure they were secure and working properly. He was very professional and explained his findings and will follow up with written report with photos. Great service, Michael & Ryan were the technicians. Very professional, clean,, polite and explained what they were doing. They called before arrival. I switched to Michael & Son about a year ago after they replaced my water heater.

They came out to our house quickly when we needed to reconnect a gas line to our pool heater. However their on site estimate for the work, which was very minor, was over $500! I told the technician “no thanks” but I still had to pay their $69 dispatch fee. Their price for the job was ridiculously high. Don’t get ripped off. I got a local plumber to do the job the next day for $200.

I called the technician out to look at the washer pipes. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me a quote with pictures and didn’t pressure me into doing the job today. Very pleased.

The service was done on time, as per the quote, and much more quickly than I had anticipated. Relocating a condenser to me is a very tricky job, but they handled it like the pros they are. Called them to come out because i thought i had a clog in the main line. The guy said he couldnt figure out if i had a clog in the line or not because he didnt have the proper equipment so i dont know why he came out. He said it could be a clog which is exactly what i called for them to find out. They quoted me around 650 to snake the main line even though they werent sure it was the problem or not. So i paid 70 bucks to have them leave telling me they didnt know what the problem was. Poor service to come out to diagnose a problem but not have the right equipment or diagnose the problem. Only repeated what i called about which was i may have a clog. I thought i was paying for them to diagnose the problem at the very least.

Had an out side leaking hose bib replaced. Old fixture unscrewed, cut off pecks line, clamped new fixture on line, screwed back on house. 460 dollars for a 30 minute job. I did agree to the price before the work, so it is as much my fault as theirs, but I had a running faucet and being sick with cancer could not fit it myself. I do not mind paying for service but come on, what would a real plumbing problem cost? Ill spread the good wordWC

In preparing to sell our 67-year-old house, we received an extensive list of plumbing-related issues the home inspector brought up. Michael & Sons was contacted to come out, take a look and give us an assessment and estimate on any work they thought might be required in order to sell the house.My worry in calling any contractor in this case is that they would be able to say, Oh yes, all this really should be done before you sell the house. Heres an estimate for $12,000, even if some of the issues were minor ones.Taylor arrived and was very friendly. He looked around in our crawlspace for a while, had me run some water to check for any leaks, and told us that none of the issues on the report would be anything that would need to be addressed for some time. I told my wife and our realtor that it might have been the most reassuring $70 Ive spent!I was impressed with the friendliness and the honesty of the service and will definitely call them again if we need plumbing help in our new home.

Would have given 5 stars if not for timing and cost. Work was done well but there was a lengthy wait period before I could get service and was not given any sort of estimate of cost until the technician was on site. The very large bill was unexpected but I felt my hands were tied with a nearly overflowing kitchen sink clog.

I asked for an estimate on line and they called in less than an hour. I made an appointment for the next day. The plumber was on time, gave me an estimate with all possibilities. They were out the next day to replace the Hot Water Heater. It was a difficult job but they got it done with removal of the old unit. Well done! I would choose them again in a heartbeat.

A kitchen faucet is an item that has almost constant use. Seldom thought of until it breaks. Ours was on the verge of kitchen disaster so I contacted Michael and Son by email. I received a call back within moments and was able to set up an appointment for the afternoon the following day. I received a call the morning of the appointment confirming and was given the option of having the plumber come right away as his next appointment had canceled, or to wait until the scheduled time. I was ready for them so I said to come right away and they showed up within 15 min. Trevor was polite, followed all protocol for shoe coverings, mask and social distance and got right to work. The job was done cleanly, quickly and when they left I had a wonderful new kitchen faucet. 10/2020 Now I have occasion to call them again. We have a small rental house and the kitchen sink disposal sent water and gunk all over. One call to Michael and Sons and in less than 24 hours the job was done. Clean, prompt, professional. I always call them first when I have a home plumbing problem.
