We ordered tile for our bathroom remodel. Paid in full at time of placing the order. The person helping us did not seem knowledgeable when it came time to order the correct amount of tile we needed. I even questioned her but she was using her calculator and assured me the amount she came up with was correct. Low and behold it was not. This of course caused a delay with finishing our bathroom and with our contractor. Had to reorder more tile and ordered too much of particular size then gave me a hard time saying we couldn’t get refunded for the extra tile that she incorrectly ordered. Finally agreed to the refund since it had nothing to do with us, the customer. Returned the tile weeks ago and have been getting the run around ever since and still have not rec’d my money back. This process started in the spring. I keep getting dates when the money will be refunded and talking to different people but it hasn’t happened. I will be glad to be done with this company and never to be used again for future remodels. The tile is pretty, that’s why I gave it 2 stars.

I dont know where to begin with my Sales Representative Sara Hill... Id been to so many other Bath & Tile service centers. Whom were unprofessional unwilling to really help or who simply didnt care. By the time Id walked into the doors of Bath, Kitchen & Tile Center. I was disgusted and overwhelmed. My kitchen renovation had been pushed back 2 times by now. Little did I know there was NO need to look any further. Sara walked up to me with this big warm smile like she knew me, hello Michelle she said. Come sit down and lets talk abt what you would like your project to look like. I immediately felt a calm come over me, and as we talked and laughed she asked me my budget, looked at my pictures. Got the measurements, I showed her my backslash and thats when the vision came to like. She said let me show you something. Just relax. She matched my colors and my vision and I never moved from my seat. Service with a smile. Im a single mother trying to do a job I know nothing about. And it was like a little angel on my shoulder smiling and guiding me from the stress and bad experiences. I cant thank her enough. And the Bath & Tile Center for being so reasonably priced! I have been working with Bath, Kitchen and Tile to assist me with the design for my kitchen remodel. Maureen Jacobs was very helpful with assisting me in selecting a cabinet line with the features I requested, within my budget and a door style that was aesthetically pleasing.Communication has been timely and Maureen was able to answer many questions as we worked through the revisions in my plans.

From the time we entered the building for the first time we felt like our business was appreciated, even though we were completing our own installation of products purchased. Jamie was our consultant and she so helpful in helping us choose the right design components for our bathroom and helping us stay within our budget. Bath Kitche Tile kept us updated on ordered items. When our measuring was done for vanity top they arrived on time and were friendly, helpful. Everything we ordered arrived on time and item pickup was smooth.

Beginning with the initial design, and product choices, my experience was fantastic. Wonderful crew installed kitchen island with electricity and granite. Crew was friendly, considerate and went above and beyond to complete the project. The installer happily offered to return to install my hardware (which was my responsibility) the next day, which he did. The electrician happily went back to his shop to get a black outlet to match my black cabinet! With minimal interruption. The project manager was friendly, flexible and considerate in rescheduling my job, when the product was delayed due to weather. He was conscientious, communicated often during the install and came on site 2 times to ensure the installation was going as planned to my satisfaction! I would recommend them to everyone I know!

Jason & Jason (and others) were truly a professional group, from the start of tear-out to the final finished product. As the project progressed Jason kept me informed on what was happening and what still needed to be done. He made suggestions on a couple of install items. His skills were top-notch in all areas of the install, from cabinets to flooring to appliance install. I would highly recommend BKT and Jason Team for kitchen remodeling.

Last update! It was a frustrating 4 months of trying to get my order then trying to get a refund because they would not fill my order. Good news: I used a Wells Fargo credit card. Wells Fargo determine the transaction was fraudulent and reimbursed me. I am done with BKT, but still willing to help the BBB and State AG if they want moving forward with my complaints.

Bath,Kitchen and Tile installed granite counter tops and also installed a backsplash. The installers of the granite did a great job and we are so happy with it. Different installers for the tile work and their work was meticulous. Prior to starting, they covered our granite with cardboard and hardwood floors with drop cloths. When finished they cleaned up kitchen and entry way completely. Even swept front porch where they had done part of their prep work. We are SO happy with our new kitchen!!And, YES, all contractors wore their masks at all times!!

Jamie is very knowledgeable and helpful. She is very good with design and helping you achieve the look you want. The showroom is under construction but will probably be beautiful when finished. A good selection but not overwhelming.

We used BKT to remodel our kitchen including installation of flooring. The difference between a “good job” and an “excellent job “ is attention to detail and the designer, Maureen and the installers Jason and Jason did just that. We were surprised and pleased each day when we would go to the kitchen to see and review the progress with Jason and Jason. Their goal was total customer satisfaction which they achieved. The installers are exceptional workers but good people. We were home most to observe them working and we established a good relationship during the time they were here. We never worried about leaving them along in our home-trusting them completely. We only worried they might need something from us, if we weren’t there. We had some fun too, and we missed them when their portion of the job was completed. For us they set a new standard for meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction. Although the countertop we needed was a small purchase, she helped us tremendously and I would highly recommend her to everyone. Working with Heather on obtaining the materials I need for our bathroom remodel has painless and very professional. I have already recommended Bath, Kitchen & Tile Center to friends and will continue to do so.

(Installed granite counter tops in existing kitchen.) The designer, Devon Garges, was terrific. Spent all the time in the world with me picking out the exact slab of granite I wanted (and saw to it that the one section of the slab that I liked the most got installed by the sink as I asked.) After picking out the slab the next step was to measure. Devon scheduled the the three home visitis on the days I asked for. To measure, a gentleman came to laser measure EVERY detail. I asked him for a 5 inch extension of the existing in one area by the stools and that was communicated and I got it. The four guys who came to install the countertops were terrific, really worked hard to get the heavy granite up a full flight of stairs. All sections fit PERFECTLY. It was so professional. The plan was to get the countertops in, then to triple measure post install and then come back to install the 5 inch back splash. Again, that process was terrific. The end product is 100% nicer then I imagined. Very happy and highly recommend Bath Kitchen and Tile Center.

Phil and Josh did a great job installing our back splash. They were on time and did a great job keeping everything clean and neat. They kept us informed on what was going to happen and the timeline which they kept too. The back splash came out fantasic and they did a great job cleaning up after they were done!

I visited this store on two different occasions to order a Toto toilet, since they are an authorized dealer. On both occasions I dealt with the same man. I think his name was Dan. First visit zig took them over ten minutes to find the color chart. I got the feeling I was bothering them. I picked the color I wanted and said I wanted it installed. The man said he would get back to me with a price - two weeks never heard from him. This week I thought I would try again hoping for a different salesperson. Bingo, same guy. This time as I told him what I wanted he was looking around the room, watching other people come in and then the ultimate insult, looked at his watch. This time they couldn’t find the color chart and he said he would call his manager to ask where it was and give me a call. I’m still waiting for the call. Don’t go to this store unless you are planning on dropping between 50 to 100k or just want to buy a $500 hopper.UPDATE 08/03/20My second visit was successful, I received an email from the salesman regarding the hopper I was interested in.

I stumbled across this little gem a few weekends ago. I was visiting family from out of town and decided to stop in. I was greeted very warmly by the young lady at the front desk. The showroom was very clean. They had some older style displays as well as some newer trendy stuff. I was speaking to a young lady by the name of Michelle who was very informative. I explained to her that I was just looking around and was not from the area and she did not pressure me once for any information. She answered all my questions with a smile. If I did not live so far away I would place my order with Michelle for all my project needs. My sister Martha will be in soon to have some one do a design for her. This company has great customer service and very friendly staff. I know she will be in good hands. Keep up the good work bath kitchen and tile. We need more places like you!!!!

Although we has a few hiccups in the beginning, we are very pleased with the work that Bath, Kitchen & Tile Center did on the installation of our cabinets. Our installer Jason and his partner were very friendly and knowledgeable. They completed a two day job in one day and even cleaned up after themselves when done.

Our initial impression of Bath Kitchen and Tile was very positive the day we visited the showroom. I wont say the ladies name who waited on us but she seemed very on top of it and we were impressed so we gave them our business to remodel our kitchen in a rental unit we own. This was May. Its October and the kitchen still isnt finished and weve missed all these month in rent. We waited the 8-12 weeks for the cabinet delivery. The deliver date came and went 3 times. When it was finally delivered the contractor disappeared for a few weeks and we had to fight with him. THEN we find out one of the cabinets was measured incorrectly and could not be installed. So we waited another 12 weeks for that. Be warned. Take your business someplace else. Cant even justify one star.

We love our kitchen! Phil, Josh, Jason and Jason all did an awesome job on our kitchen and flooring! We still cant believe the transition turned out to be so perfect for our living space. I would highly recommend these two crews for any job!

Installers Phil and Josh were amazing. They were our blessing in this experience. The installation manager, Eddie, was very accommodating and the scheduling coordinator, Tammy, was always responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, our experience on the design side was not as pleasant. Our designer was great at first, but as the initial design phase progressed, she was quite unresponsive. It took about four months for our order to be placed, even after several emails to her requesting completion. When our job finally started, there were missing components, incorrect components, and various mistaken measurements starting on day one of our installation. Multiple orders for correct elements were placed resulting in additional delays in the completion of job. In the end, after seven months and many corrections, our job was finally completed and we are enjoying the results of the excellent work performed by Phil and Josh.

Excellent service from start to finish. Our consultant, Maureen Jacobs, was knowledgeable with a focus on details. The installation crew was professional, cleaned up the work area each day and met the schedule, with one exception beyond their control. The result is a beautiful new tiled shower area and linen storage cabinet. All in all, a 5 star experience.

Phil & Josh did a great job on fixing the grouting on our back splash. They were at it all day only stoping to get more cutting blades at Home Depot. Turned out great.

Unfortunately, our experience with this company was eerily similar to other negative reviews I have read here and on other review websites. Although our designer was very personable and seemingly knowledgeable during our initial visit at the showroom and in her visit to our home the following week to measure, the promise of drawings and pricing in one week did not happen. After three weeks had passed with no news, I reached out by email and received a brief response indicating that she was waiting for some final pricing and would contact us with a proposal in a few days. It is has now been two weeks since that email, and we still have heard nothing. Happily, this company is not the only game in town...we are now working with someone else.

James B and Jimmy were friendly, efficient, and helpful delivering my new washer and dryer. They were very mindful of their movements throughout their time there. I have hardwood floors as you enter the house and this awful to maneuver around (especially with large heavy objects) u-shaped staircase with another tight turn at the bottom that leads to the laundry room.I still had my old washer and dryer down there. I couldn’t get the connections to separate. I tried everything and told the guys I was just going to have help later to uninstall the old and then get them upstairs. They asked if they could try and succeeded at getting the washer and dryer to separate from their respective hoses. They offered to take them upstairs for me. I appreciated that they were going to carry the new ones down as it was and that they didn’t have to.They went above and beyond and brought my two old upstairs and the two new downstairs. They were respectful to me and there were no scrapes, dents, scratches anywhere. And with all those trips with washers and dryers on those stairs, that is a feat!I appreciate all that they did and believe they are true assets to the bath, kitchen, and tile family!

I hired this company to remodel my bathroom. They did an excellent job and it turned out beautiful. Maureen was the designer who helped me and she was a very skilled designer. I am very happy with how my bathroom ended up and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom.

My parents came in last summer to talk with one of the designers about their plans to have their kitchen fully remodeled and they set up a time to have her come out and measure their kitchen. She did come out about two weeks later and she told them that she would be back in touch with them in a few weeks. A few weeks went by, and then a month, and then another month went by and they heard nothing from her. They finally decided to go in on a Saturday to see what the hold up was and the designer was out to lunch. Another associate took down their name and phone number and told them that they would relay the message to her and they still never heard anything. After 4 months of not hearing anything at all, they decided to go elsewhere. They just signed a contract with Ferris Home Improvement for almost $30,000. I was previously a kitchen designer for two other companies and I would have never let a project like this fall through the cracks. In my opinion that’s very poor follow up and thats a huge loss for this company!

I’m giving this review 5 stars because the kitchen turned out so incredibly well that the hiccups we had ended up being small by comparison.First off, the great. Jason was absolutely great to work with. He was professional, conscientious, and a fantastic craftsman. Working with him really made the project. He was very accommodating of our requests - some of them very difficult to do from a construction standpoint.Gayle was incredibly nice, was very accommodating and is a very talented designer. Her design of our kitchen more than we could have hoped for! She really listened to what we were looking for and met every request we had.The tough part was communication. At the beginning and middle of the project we had issues with responsiveness from BKT and a lot of times were left not knowing what the schedule was for construction. Furthermore, there was a breakdown in communication between BKT and the subs at several points. HOWEVER, this totally changed towards the end of the project with Tammy taking over communications for the install, and everything was excellent after that. This tells me that BKT takes feedback seriously.When all was said and done we ended up with a total transformation of our kitchen that we’re thrilled about. It looks like BKT is working hard to fix the communication issues, so I have absolutely no problem with recommending them to anyone looking for a new kitchen. 5 stars is well deserved.

Make sure your designer stays with this company until your project is done, get it in writing. My designer was great and met all my needs but when it came time to order everything she no longer worked there. Had to deal with Richard and it was no we can’t do that and no that doesn’t come that way! Everything was ordered the week of September 18, 2017, the contractor and I are still waiting for material to finish my kitchen. The material won’t be in until next week, we are in November now.and it’s very frustrating. When you pay top dollar you expect top service and that did not happen.

Bath & Kitchen and Tile Center just completed a kitchen remodel for us and we are absolutely in love with all of it! From day 1 when we met with Maureen Jacobs to share our ideas she was helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. She put our dreams on paper and designed the perfect kitchen for our needs. Ed Pacheco was the overseer of our project and he was there every step of the way to guide and direct us, always stopping by to make sure things were moving according to schedule. BKT extended my kitchen countertop and cabinets. The team, led by Phil, did a professional and efficient job. They showed up promptly as scheduled. Mats were placed around the work site to protect my floors. When completed, everything was cleaned up and all materials were removed.The worked was finished in two days as promised. As a Construction Project Mgr and now a Punch Out Tech, whenever I was in need of replacement or missing cabinet and vanity parts Sharon Davis was always spot on getting me what I needed, when it was needed. Sharon also helped logistically and provided requested information. Sharon has always been courteous, professional, knowledgeable and always showed concern for my needs.

What a great company,great experience and great people.Worked with KELLY as our designer she was easy to work with and had lots of creative suggestions. As our Bathroom remodel progressed she continually followed the progress and always was available to answer our questions.Rich oversaw the construction and provided us with a detailed schedule before the project started and he stayed on top of the schedule and visited the project on several occasions.Jason could only be described as OUR DO IT ALL CONSTRUCTION, REPAIR,FINE CARPENTER,AND ALL AROUND GO TO GUY. He was in our home on many days and was always pleasant, professional and accommodating regarding our questions,and all of his work was of the highest quality and craftsmanship.BKT also used 3 subcontractors that they work with on on a regular basis. ALL 3 OF THEM DID QUALITY WORK AND WERE PROFESSIONAL IN THERE INTERACTIONS WITH USH and A flooring did our tile work. First Class Glass did the glass shower door . Tim from Lighthouse plumbing did the plumbing. We can’t say enough positive things about the quality of these companies work and professionalismThe project started and finished according to the agreed schedule

My wife and I had purchased our kitchen through Bath Kitchen and Tile Center. I believe that the pricing was more than fair and they had good quality products (which was a big factor for my family). We purchased Yorktowne cabinets and a stone counter-top. My wife loves it, so I couldn’t be happier! I would recommend them to family and friends.

I ordered some panels from Bath, Kitchen & Tile center and when they arrived the color was not what I expected. I brought them in and discussed the issue with the sales person and the Manager. After some comparisons of the colors the manager decided to refund the amount paid not knowing if he would get his money back from the vendor. I want to Thank the store for doing the right thing. This experience in no way would stop me from returning to Bath, Kitchen and Tile. I will consider my kitchen needs at this location in the future.

They completely gutted my bathroom and redesigned and built a new one. The work was excellent--all the subcontractors did a good job and they supervised them well. The design was great--I couldnt be happier.

We recently had Bath, Kitchen and Tile install a granite countertop and stone-look tile backsplash. We worked with Maureen Jacobs throughout the entire process and she was knowledgeable and so helpful she made a difficult decision simpler. Dawn in the top shop also was very helpful and understanding while were going through the decision process. We couldn’t be happier with the finished job. Is it possible for Bath, Kitchen &Tile to install a glass shower enclosure only? Or do you have to get your entire bathroom remodeled?

Great customer service! Worked very well with my husband and I to meet our requests. The kitchen came out just the way we wanted it to, and I highly recommend this company to anyone thinking about remodelling!

Our designer Jodie was not very reliable. she started out very attentive but then took 2 weeks to get back to us when we were ready to order kitchen cabinets. she changed island design without fully explaining that we were losing our island bar sink! she held up our contractor when she didnt send him blue prints before he was ready to install. he recd them at 10:30am the day they were to start at 8am. i would never recommend them again!
