This place is awesome! They put a Robbins top on my Honda S2000 and it looks amazing! They were also $500 cheaper than Classic Vinyl quoted me for the same job. Gretchen is great and nice to work with! I highly recommend this place, and I know I will return with any other work I need done in the future.

Best rate in town by far to redo the headliner in my 99 Jeep Cherokee Sport. They did a superb job, same day pick up and they even vacuumed out the foam that fell during installation. They had the matching material I needed in stock and were very friendly throughout the whole ordeal. Cant stress enough how great their pricing was on this job. Would recommend to family, friends and strangers on Google.

I had the nicest experience at Gotcha Covered. I was visiting from Boone, NC and Gretchen helped me, on short notice, retrieve my cell phone from a very hard to get to area under my front seat. She was so interested in helping me. What a nice person she is and I have told my family in Wilmington about her business. My father in law had his truck seat covered replaced and was very pleased.

In trying to repair the split seams on the top center of the rear seats in my 2001 BMW 330i (E46) I went to several auto upholstery shops in Wilmington NC. All wanted to remove and replace the entire seatback with new leather, a $400 ++ job. No one wanted to remove and re-stitch the seams, except Gotcha Covered Upholstery. At their recommendation, I re-conditioned the leather for over a month providing the suppleness needed to do the job. The repair came out great and exceeded my expectations at a faction of the cost others were quoting. Old school upholstery repair by an experienced team with the right tools.

Recently took my 23 year old jet ski seat into the store. They removed and replaced my seat cover and even shaved out some of the seat hump which I requested. Top notch work, along with very nice and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this upholstery shop. And will use them in the future for sure.Steven R. Egger. USMC retired
