From the moment I called Hendrick Collision Center until the time I picked my car up I was treated no less than a VIP. Steve Lawrence is the absolute best!! I was in a car accident with my brand new car. He assured me he would take good care of my car and ensure ALL would be checked out so all repairs could be addressed. He kept me updated weekly and at times daily. He went over and beyond when dealing with the person at fault insurance company. I highly recommend him and Hendrick Collision Center to anyone who need body repairs to their vehicle. My car looks brand new..again… and feels as if all damages have been repaired. Had a incident where someone backed into me. The front right bumper took some cosmetic damage. When I dropped off my vehicle they gave me a week time frame to get it fixed and they got it done right when they said they would. Everything was clean on the outside and they even cleaned the interior for me as well. The staff that assisted me all were prompt and answered all my questions. I was contacted at every step and knew what was going on the entire time. Special thanks to Kevin Kutz who was my collision adjuster. He was very busy and still took the time to speak to me and even transfer my items back to my car from my rental.

The repair took a couple of days longer than expected because of a damaged part on reception, but overall the work turned out great, and Steve Lawrence was very cooperative and helpful throughout the process.

Got my Colorado back yesterday and I found a big scratch on the opposite side that was not there when i left it 2 weeks ago. I called the manager Mr. Smith and he hung up on me. So unprofessional. James in the collision Dept did try to help with my concern. So thankful for at least that. #DontUseJeffGordonCollision or you will get your vehicle back damaged.

I dropped my Chevy Equinox off on 7/15/20 for a simple bumper repair and was advised it would only take a couple of days. Jim said car would be ready by Thursday or Friday. Well, Thursday and Friday came and I had not received any word on my vehicle, except from the insurance company advising Hendrick Collision was requesting more money for further damages found. On Monday, 7/22/20, I receive a voicemail that my car is ready. I switch my entire day around to pick up my vehicle and come pick it up, look at the bumper and leave. The next day I realize there is a deep scratch with a dent on the rear hatch/trunk below the windshield wiper. I call Jim and he says his guys that work on the cars are very careful and they could not have done that. I bring it by and he basically says that I looked at the vehicle when it was ready and left with it. I was in a hurry and looked at the bumper to make sure they replaced it and left. I did not know I needed to examine my whole vehicle. I have added pictures to this review for everyone to see. One picture was taken 5 days before I dropped it off because we were doing a school drive-by. There is no scratch or dent in this picture. The other 2 pictures show the damage I found the day after I picked my car up. Keep in mind, I drove the car straight home after I picked it up Monday. I am extremely disappointed in this service and would advise everyone to find another body repair shop when they need repairs on their vehicle.

Very disappointed with Jeff Gordon Collision. Me and my husband dropped off his Lexus for body repairs on 8/23/20. After 3 days of car in a shop, we were told that it was ready for pick. During pick up I noticed that repair on left side of the car was not completed. I was told by advisor Geico denied that repair and advisor did not notify us about that or asked if we want to pay for it out of pocket. I had to leave the car AGAIN for another repair which was very inconvenient. When finally all repairs were completed and I picked the car and got home, noticed the scratch all over the rim which had yellow paint on it too. I took a picture right away. When we tried to contact the advisor, he stated I didn’t mention anything during the pick. I was looking at repairs and didn’t not expect other damages to the car. Advisor did talk to manager Jimmy who told us to bring it by to take a look. Once again I had to come out to Jeff Gordon and the manager was not helpful at all. He said he saw the picture and they had no yellow paint in the shop. Why did tell me to bring it then?! Very unprofessional and did not even attempt to resolve the problem which his employees caused.

Needed a new paint job on the driver side of my suv from damages done from the hurricane. I worked with Kevin and he was very friendly, answered all my questions. At drop off the guys working the counter were super friendly and took there time talking to you(even though there was several people waiting). At pick up I got the same friendliness, and Kevin walked me to my car to go over the paint job. I would HIGHLY recommend coming here.
Came in for a recall fix and my service advisor recommends a laundry list of service items simply because they are recommended by Chevy and Hendrick based on the mileage on my truck. Never mind I got most of those recommended service items done just a month earlier at this same location! I think it best that the service advisors actually advise customers based on the actual history of each vehicle. Thanks,
I got rear ended and went through the other persons insurance who set me up with this utter disaster of a body shop. I was told it would be ready on a Wednesday. It wasn’t ready until Friday, which is fine I understand things happen. But Wednesday rolls around, no phone call. So I call up and was told “it’s at the painter it’ll be ready tomorrow”. No phone call then so I call again “it’ll definitely be ready tomorrow”. Again no phone call so once again I call up “uh the guy who handles this stuff has been out of office for two days let me see what I can find out” (how is there only one person who handles this). No call back so half an hour later I call again “yeah I guess you can come pick it up now”. I finally get my truck home and realize there’s still paint tape residue all over the rear sides and roof. I just decided I was gonna let it slide and clean it myself and not risk them taking another week for a simple task. Then I get a charge on my credit card for two extra days on my rental car because they lied and told the rental company that it was done on that Wednesday that they had originally told me it would be done. Wildly mismanaged and lack of care and communication within the company. I honestly don’t understand how a “professional” company could be so terrible.

I didn’t want to write a review because it is an all around good business and maybe there was a miscommunication somewhere but, had work done October 14, 2019 due to a deer hitting my wifes car when I went to pick up car and do a walk around I noticed that there was a mounting clip missing from the bumper connecting the headlight so leaving a gap. I brought this up to the gentleman who I was picking up the car from and he took note of it and said Kevin would call to have it put on the following Monday. I said ok but seeing as it is now January 17th 2020 and still no phone call I guess I can order the maybe 50cent part and do it myself. Not complaining about service just wish communication was better.

The best Service Advisor is gone and I didn’t know so when I pulled in with a nail in my tire everyone just looked at each other when I asked for Kevin - leadership should look at why someone that good would leave - no one will replace him
Had collision repair in April. They supposedly did an alignment which was needed as a result of the collision. When I got the car back it was pulling so I called and inquired about alignment; I was told that the alignment was done. I got a flat tire this afternoon; the tow truck driver from Wayne’s tire that came out and took my tire off said that my tire was flat because it has been out of alignment for a few months. I have to get a new tire and an alignment tomorrow. Since Jeff Gordon doesn’t open again until Monday I’m going to have to pay someone else out of pocket to take care of this. I knew they did not do the alignment or they did not do it properly howeve I have to get a new tire and an alignment tomorrow. Can someone out there tell me how long it should take to do an PDI (Pre- delivery inspection) on a new car. Im not stupid. But for for love of Mary and Joseph, it dont take 3 + days. The norm is less than 3 hours.
The work i had done from being rear ended was good and Staff was polite. Work was done 3 days later than i was told and when i was called to pick it up they hadnt replaced my damaged exhaust pipe and muffler which was the main damage from the accident. After driving 30 minutes to the shop the lady was apologetic. They didnt offer anything for the inconvenience(Oil Change, Cleaning, etc). I waited for a survey to give my feedback private but never receive one. Geico should consider supporting a different body shop.

Long, but worth the read!!If I could give 0 stars I would. I will say though, SOME of the staff there are so friendly and welcoming! Basically, I had damage to my car during Hurricane Florence. I went through GEICO to have it fixed here at the Collision Center. When I got there, someone asked me for my name, and my last name is Byrd (pronounced like bird). A woman in the hallway took it upon herself to sing the Family Guy Bird is the Word song where I could clearly hear her. When Im with my friends, sure its funny, but definitely not in a professional setting. Anyway, I give them my car on Thursday (10/04/18) and they later inform me that repairs will be completed the next day on Friday. Friday comes around and they tell me that my car is ready and so I go to pick it up. (Backstory: a shingle hit my rear quarter panel and my gas cap door in hurricane force winds, and something else damaged my hood.) When I look at the vehicle, the hood looked great! My quarter panel? Not at all. They just buffed out the asphalt and the black of the shingle. They did not fix the scratches or repaint where the shingle took off my paint or fix the dent where the shingle hit me. When brought up to Kevins attention, he tells me that hell see what we can do about fixing the quarter panel properly. Tuesday (10/08/2018) rolls around and I get a call about my car being ready. I go to pick it up, and look at the quarter panel. They repainted it, horribly, and it STILL had scratches. Bringing this up to Kevin, he says they can buff it out. So they go to buff it out. Comes back out, and you can definitely tell the difference between the paint of what they used, and what the car actually is. Also, the clear coat is starting to swirl ALREADY, and theres still a dent in my gas cap door. Bringing this up to Kevin again, he said his famous words!! We can buff this out. At this point, my fiance is on the phone with GEICO trying to get it to where we can go somewhere else to fix it because this shop cannot do it. When Kevin is told this, he cops an attitude, says you still have to pay the deductible and walks away from us.This is ridiculous! Insurance is CLEARLY paying you, why not fix the damages right the first time? Why cop an attitude when given THREE chances to fix the car and because it isnt fixed, I want to go somewhere else? I will never bring my vehicle here again. This was nothing but a waste of my time.

Omg if you promise something do what ever it takes and go above and beyond . You would think with a new truck. Which I bought from there they would replace the parts with new ones . Not bondo . Truck was promised on the 7 now the 9 . And we are moving so it really put us in a bind !had to get a rental car ! I will not ever buy or take my truck back to that dealer again. I took a day off of work to try to get this figured out and because they couldn’t finish the truck when they had promised never again Jeff Gordon Chevrole
