Won a bid for an item through them on Hibid.com. Tried to pay via credit card but they wouldn’t allow me to even though their terms say they accept credit cards. They asked for a Venmo payment or wire transfer for “my protection,” yet neither of those forms of payments offer buyer protection! And then they are banning me for non-payment. Not impressed.

Bought a Lot of knives off them on Hibid they were described right and got a few extras shipping was fair I will be back Good Job Guys & Gals.

I am in NH, and my mom, who lived in NC passed away. Being out of state presented its share of challenges and problems, and I needed to get all of her stuff removed from her home so I could sell it. Met with Jeff, and he was user friendly and great from the start. Got everything out, and even sent me some pictures and other valuables that I missed when I was at moms house. He even went as far as to get rid of moms car, which was sitting in her front yard fir 3 years, with a wasps best in the car!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Jeff and his team
