This weekend my girls and I decided to make a cat tree. I began by calling around looking for carpet scraps and when I called Flooring America and told them what we were up to they enthusiastically invited us to come look at what they had for end cuts that we may be able to use. When we got there they took time to help us find special colors and allow my girls to dig and rummage through ALL of their scraps lol !! The Staff was incredibly friendly and patient, Whats important to me to note is that this was my first time in and they gave us a bunch of great rug pieces and cardboard tube for our at no cost and we have never done business there before. We Loved the experience we had with flooring America from the Sales Associate Jen, Owner David and Installation Crew. The were all kind and polite individuals, with great personalities. When we brought the samples home and reviewed them, we realized we wanted another style and when I called in to let them know. Jen our sales associate was really nice and said that she would send them over with the Owner David when he came to measure. Sure enough David brought the samples and they were all the right colors and styles. They were in and out with in about 5-6 hours and they cleaned up after themselves, we had 2 rooms and stairways completed. The installation crew was amazing with our children, they allowed them to see the progress and answered any questions they had. Our children love their new carpet so much! One loves the feel of the carpet so much that they refuses to sleep in their bed and sleeps on the floor. :)

From the time we walked into the showroom to the time that we first walked onto our newly installed hardwood floors, Flooring America in Williston were outstanding. I am not using hyperbole when I say that the process could not have been any better. Everything was done on time and in an incredibly professional manner. Tim, Steve and Gerard were terrific, very friendly and efficient ( plus they made a fuss over our two black Labs ).This job consisted of replacing the existing carpet with hardwood in two bedrooms. They are coming next week to install new carpet in two other bedrooms, and we are confident that that installation will be just as satisfactory.

We had a wonderful experience with Flooring America. Jen, our sales associate, quickly understood our tastes and budget, making wonderful suggestions in both carpet and tile. The process was streamlined and efficient. The owner came to our home to do the measuring and also offered valuable suggestions - which we took and are thrilled we did so. Tristin and Melinda were our installers and they were absolutely incredible! They were prompt, professional, courteous and dedicated to doing the best job possible. They worked diligently throughout the day and kept me updated throughout the process. When the installation couldnt be completed that day, both Tristin and Melinda said they would do their utmost to return the following morning to finish the small amount of work remaining. They did and we couldnt be happier with the end result! Melinda even took the extra effort to clean up the carpet wisps littering the outside walkway where they had been working! I would absolutely use Flooring America again, although waiting five months for the job to be completed was difficult - this delay was due to Covid supply chain issues - not negligence on the part of the company.

Tyler and his team are great, I would certainly use them again. I had my office, stairwell, 2nd floor hallway, master bedroom and master closet all redone. Flooring America removed all my old carpeting and installed new TigerWood which came out awesome. We experienced a very minor hiccups but Tyler was very responsive and made everything right which says a lot about the company.

We could not be happier with our new floor! We werent sure what would be the best floor for our situation, the kitchen in a seasonal rental property. Friday I had Carpet installed from Flooring America, job was excellent. They called and verified the time, gave me a 2 hour window. Workers arrived on time, wore masks and took off there shoes. The install was done very quickly and looked great! We will definitely use them again.

We had a great experiencing browsing and purchasing our carpeting from this store. There was, however, a notable delay in the actual installation. Ultimately Robert and JP did a good job with removing our carpet and putting the new one in place.

We recently hired Flooring America to replace our old, warn out carpet with carpet tiles at our office (over 4,000 sq. ft). Our space is like a maze, we have lots of small office as well as big open space areas, so its a challenge for sure. Flooring America knocked it out of the park! ETA: Flooring America honored their warranty and replaced the problem area. Paul and Brandyn were professional, courteous and cleaned up the worksite afterward.We had glue down vinyl plank installed in February 2019 per the recommendation of Flooring America. Our initial experience was positive in terms of communication and timeliness. Immediately after installation, our floor had a large bubble. The installer suggested letting it settle for a bit so we did. Then, another giant bubble that looked like a snake running across the floor appeared and we sent photos asking for the installer to return to address the issue. He came a few weeks later to take a look but it is want acting up so be said to contact him when it was more visible. We did but were unsuccessful in getting anyone back to look for a few months. Then comes pandemic and we let it ride for a while. In July, we reached out to the store and they sent the owner and installer out to look. Both acknowledged the issue and said they need to submit a claim to the manufacturer. I followed up weekly and finally received a response three weeks after the initial visit. Now, it has been 6 weeks since they inspected the area and there has been no progress. We were attracted to the lifetime warranty when we purchased our product/service but so far we are very disappointed in the post installation service as this issue has been lingering for 18 months.

We hadnt bought carpet in 30 years so we appreciated Tylers assistance and responsiveness! The install team of JP and Bobby were very hard working and professional. Overall a great job by the Flooring America team!

Easy to make the arrangements and have the carpeting on our stairs put in. Paul and Brandyn did a great job, where efficient, on time and pleasant to work with. Everything was cleaned up and I would hardly have known they were there, other than our newly beautifully carpeted stairs. After a botched experience working with a local big box store, we were a bit anxious deciding who to work with next. A friend of ours recommended Flooring America and going forward, we will do the same! Starting with Jen Wagner our sales person, we were impressed by her personalized service and expertise. We explained to Jen that we needed a fairly quick turn-around on the installation. Despite this being a busy time for flooring orders, Jen and the team at Flooring America made this happen. Tyler came out to measure and was very knowledgeable on placement of seams and minimal waste. When it came to the install, Tristin and Steve are the real deal. They can be trusted to do a great job and they are super nice to work with!

They did a laminate floor for us spring of 2020 and when we got the baseboard back on. We called them to tell them the floor did not go under the baseboard in a few spots. Going on a year this coming spring still havent heard from them. Never again will i or any one i know Have them to do a floor they dont know you after they take your money.
